I Had no appointment. I just showed up and they took my bike and reset the service engine light on a Saturday within 15 minutes. New Century BMW is a top notch dealership. They were fast and very courteous. I ll be bringing my GS here and only here.

This place is great. I brought many KTM s here and now I bought my first one off the showroom floor. I found the same model for 500 less told them about it and they easily matched it. I highly recommend.

Mechanical work was 5 star. Communication and follow up was a 3. I requested that they check the rear brakes. When I picked up the bike I was told brakes were fine. When I got home I read the mechanics report and he recommended new brake pads. Now I have to make a new appt to get pads installed. I also mentioned that I had a recall notice on the drive shaft. Nothing was done on the recall.

my go to for service place. everyone is here is as friendly and very comfortable to chat with, one of the nicest ppl. Alex with service dept he s the dude, very relax professional super friendly no pushy attitude , doesn t make you feel guilty towards any service decisions you have plan for. I have purchased two bikes in this place i just wanna keep coming every year, karen with sales i can t say enough she s amazing. thanks guys

Karen was super communicative and helpful throughout the process of buying my new 1250 gs, which is my first BMW. She answered all my questions, clearly explained my buying options, and generally just made the entire sale process low pressure and easy. All the staff I interacted with in sales and parts were very friendly and helpful, and seemed genuinely excited for me. The dealership has a great selection, is in a nice location, and has a very chill feel. I d highly recommend New Century Motorcycles.

I am German and have been traveling in America on my BMW F 800 GS for months. Shortly before LA I had a problem with the fuel injection system. The guys at NC Motorcycle helped me very quickly and professionally. I can only recommend the store.

I purchased a 2023 Duke 890 R from KC a few weeks ago, and can say without a doubt that this was the best purchase experience I have had in over 40 years.I was actually at another dealership who assured me I was getting the best deal possible, and they told me to call around. So I did. KC answered my call, and within the first few minutes, before even discussing price, I knew that this is who I want to purchase from. We closed the deal on the phone, and he was prepping the bike when I arrived 90 minutes later.Although the dealership is 70 miles from my home, after seeing the comradely of not only the staff, but of customers stopping by after a day of riding, is something that is hard to duplicate.Century BMW and KC have gained a very happy customer!

I just had a 6000 mile service for my 2022 BMW R18-B at New Century Motorcycle in Alhambra; the service was fast and the process was very smooth. Alex, the service manager, was so helpful and knowledgeable about the type of services that my bike needs for particular mileage. Not to mention, the fee was very reasonable. I still give them 5 stars. I m very happy with New Century Motorcycle Alhambra.

What a great experience dealing with New Century! I had asked a few other dealers for an out the door price on a 2023 KTM 890 Adventure. I was getting the run around, like I was at a used car lot! I emailed Karen Rickman on the sales team at New Century, and Karen emailed me back quickly with an out the door price, AND a detailed breakdown of that cost!! No back and forth, no monkey biz, she was up front and honest! So I purchased the bike! Such a great experience! Highly recommend Karen and New Century!!!

On Saturday (11/11/2023) I took my bike to New Century Motorcycle dealership for service. have heard a lot of good and positive things about them. So, I live in BREA (near Anaheim) and decided to be there in the morning.Generally, they are very polite and responsive.I would like to give a special thanks to Alex (my service advisor) and Danny (parts department) for being responsible, respectful and responsive.Thank you New Century!Update 1 (21-Nov-2023):On November 21, 2023, I took my bike to this dealer to have the fork seals replaced. I got there in the morning and got the bike back in the afternoon which really surprised me.Thank you New Century for quick services.

The team at New Century were great, felt like they treated me as a regular well established customer yet first time passing through on rode trip. They had the tires I needed in stock and were able to get them installed on short notice- same day- and was able to continue on my road trip. Excellent service!

My experience at New Century motorcycles is always great. Everyone from each department is approachable, nice, helpful, and always looking to make sure that you find everything ok. Throwback to buying my first bike from there in 2022, was my first time going there and as soon as I walked in Gigi and Caesar were very enthusiastic at helping us out. They made my experience buying a bike very easy and hassle free they also continue supporting my racing as well along with the parts department Danny and Chad. They are always there to find ways getting parts asap along with providing updates when parts have been received as well. I am always there and will continue going I just bought a second bike from there a 2024 KTM 350 SX-F and again they provided the best experience and pricing. They are unbeatable. I always refer people to always check them out and recommend everyone to stop on by.

Just purchased my new and first BMW motorcycle. Went to this dealership as I was referred over by a friend who also had a good review of the dealership. Personally I had one of the best experiences purchasing my bike. I never had a smooth and easy, straightforward process like this before. KC was the best to work with me and offer any help during the process. He was honest and straightforward which made the purchase a breeze.

If you own a Zero and need service, THIS IS THE place to bring your bike. Pete the mechanic and Alex make an excellent service team. If you deplete your battery within 5 miles of the shop, no worries, Thomas will gladly pick you up.

I would just like to thank New Century BMW Motorcycles of Alhambra for their Excellent Maintenance on my 2012 K1600 GT bike. Starting with the Maintenance Supervisor Geraldo and his Service Crew. Also thumbs up to Danny in Parts Department and Alex Esquivel Service Advisor. They all worked as a Team and Serviced my Motorcycle in a Professional way and ahead of schedule.GREAT AUTHORIZED BMW SERVICE CENTER! 10 Plus in my Book!

Prompt attention upon walking in. My salesperson (KC) was excellent! The entire Stagg is very friendly and approachable. My purchase took less than 45 minutes. Will absolutely recommend this place to friends and family.
