My service person was friendly and attentive. He made a same day appointment for me and I was grateful. The car was done quickly for a standard oil change. The technician did not reset my service wrench light so I had to go back and have it done. I also would have appreciated a car wash. My service guy says that it was under construction but I know the car is taken to the BMW dealership bays for service where there is one. All my other service people wash the car on the outside.

It was my first time servicing my car at New Century Mazda & overall I had a wonderful experience. Jerry and Isaiah had excellent customer service. They were both helpful and friendly. I felt a warm welcome despite the cold and rainy weather. I really appreciated Jerry taking the time to check my maintenance policy and ensuring that I still had coverage. The overall service was quick and efficient! Thank you to all the staff at New Century Mazda! Will definitely be back again! Highly recommend for your Mazda needs.

My experience with New century Mazda was pleasant. I got an immediate appointment. Everybody was so helpful during phone call and in person. Car was repaired in no time and I received video on mobile explaining the car issue in detailed.

As I arrived to drop off my car for service, I was greeted with a good morning, my name is..., someone will be right with you. The rep came out and could have not been nicer and polite. He asked, if besides the service, I wanted to mention any concerns about my car. He made a suggestion about my service and tire rotation. Let me know rhat I would be receiving a video of my car inspection (which I did) and a text keeping me updated on the service progress. Lastly I received a text letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up. So happy to have found them. Excellent customer service. Smiles and helpfulness all around!!

I visited New Century Mazda in Alhambra recently even though I live closer to a another dealership because I wanted to try a different dealership and I was not disappointed. I needed a new key fob and had some issues with my door locks on my older model Mazda6. They gave me a quote but then after looking at the car more closely, shared that it didn't need as much work as initially thought, so that made me feel very confident that they were not just trying to get me to spend more money. The car works great now and plan to go back for some future fixes.

Our purchase experience with New Century Mazda was great! Thomas was very professional and responsive in answering my initial questions before visiting the dealership. He also went above and beyond to make sure we have a smooth experience with no surprises. Cornell was very helpful in solving an issue and very professional in helping us through the paperwork stuff. Every one is friendly. Overall great experience with New Century Mazda and we are very happy with everything.

Jerry is absolutely top tier in the service department. I've worked in the car business for 10 years now and I have never seen the level of service that Jerry provides. Jerry is attentive to my text messages and always replies within minutes. He's personable and just all around a pleasure to be around.I would also like to shout out Lucio, our technician. Lucio recorded a video showing us the progress of our vehicle as well as going over any information we may need to be updated on concerning wear and tear that we can't see.All around, this service team is incredible and I am very happy to do business with them.

I came in here not wanting to work with anyone too "salesy" and pushy and I'm glad I found Justin from meeting him a few weeks ago at a street fair booth. He was really calm and explained everything patiently, made the dealership experience nice and chill. Thomas stepped in to help as well, I would recommend on working with them, they seem to have the customer's best interest at heart.

Great service, fast but also with attention to detail. I was able to get a loaner car and pay by credit card (without additional fee) online prior to picking up my car, making that step a bit quicker too. New Century Mazda will be replacing the Mazda dealer in Glendale as my go to place for service!

As a business owner we put our client s satisfaction as our number one priority. My name is Charlie and I m co-owner of SWRLIES FROYO LLC & we specialize in catering for all venues from birthday parties to celebrity events and corporate events, we always go above and beyond to provide quality five star service (rated 5 stars for a reason). So I know great service when I see one. RENEE and I went back and forward on pricing for a few days on our 2023 CX-50 Turbo Mazda, the full package. I, like any normal consumer, shopped around and got a few different quotes. When I called this location I spoke to Omar, apparently some type of manager. His attitude was HORRIBLE and became agitated when I asked for the MONEY FACTOR on the lease. I do all my research before shopping, it helps if your sales rep can help you. After this call, I decided to go elsewhere. Then I get a call from RENEE and she turned everything around. Her dedication to lower the price and assist me with the full paperwork was smooth as can be. I m sure if I kept shopping around I would of gotten a better deal, maybe. But to me customer service is number one and RENEE gave us 5 star service.We closed the deal over the phone and she personally delivered the vehicle to an event we were catering for (YOUNG LA) since I was getting this vehicle for my wife/business partner I wanted it to be a surprise and she was very shocked! RENEE is not hungry for money, she s passionate about quality service and I admire that in a business person. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by both service advisors. I appreciated that they provided me with a video of the vehicle inspection after servicing it. It was also a plus that I could pay online before picking up my car. Overall, my experience was fantastic! I felt like a valued customer, and I thank them for that.However, my suggestion is that they should consider offering a courtesy car wash. At least, they should have the option available. Although my vehicle is not a luxurious car like a Mercedes, Lexus, or BMW, it's still a Mazda that meets my needs. It's disappointing to drive away from the dealership with a dirty car.

Office is in a temporary warehouse for now, but people are friendly. Went in for an oil change but they also sent me videos of possible recommended services to be done and what had already been done, so it was great to be updated that way. Would definitely get serviced here again

My wife and I worked with both Thomas and Tommy for our lease. From our first inquiry, they were helpful, flexible, and willing to work with us on numbers. Ultimately, they offered us a better deal than the other Mazda dealerships we spoke with. So although they're a new business, they're all pros!

I had a very positive experience working with Steven for my recent purchase of a CX 50. Driving a few extra miles enabled me to get the exact car I wanted and saved a significant amount of money.Communicating by text was very efficient and effective. I especially appreciated Steven going out of his way to program my home address into the nav system ahead of time and review all the functions of the infotainment system with my wife and I. Other members of their sales team were equally pleasant to work with.

I had a great experience working with Tommy, Bryan, and Thomas! I felt that Bryan and Thomas answered all of my questions thoroughly and the whole New Century team really collaborated to ensure I was taken care of. I am happy with the experience from start to finish. I walked away with a great deal and felt no pressure. I just got what I needed, hassle free. I got the cx30 carbon trim and that thing is loaded, didn't hurt to get an amazing deal not offered in other dealerships as I browsed around. I would definitely recommend swinging by this new dealership that will work with you and treat you with VIP service.

Justin and the team were great to work with! We had a very clear idea of which car we wanted and how we wanted to handle buying it but none of the other dealerships would take that into account. New century was the only dealership that didn t try to sell us something we didn t want and was very transparent and easy to work with.

I usually have my car serviced at Star Mazda in Glendale, but this time I decided to try this location. The customer service team was great! Jerry at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helped me choose the right service for my car. Even though they estimated it would take about two hours, they finished much faster. They send you a video of the mechanic who worked on your car to suggest any additional services your car might need. Plus, they gave my car a thorough wash. I'm usually not a fan of dealership car washes, but they did an amazing job. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I'll definitely be back for future car services!

My mom and I came to New Century Mazda looking for a replacement after her last car was lost in an accident. Even though we were working within a short time window, the reps at New Century were patient and informative throughout the process. We worked with Briana, Ali, and Cornell all of whom helped make the buying experience a good one. We ended up picking up a CX-30 at a great price. The deal was way better than those offered by other dealerships in the area. My impression is that they will not shy away from offering you the best deal, whether you are an inexperienced buyer or someone who prefers to gather information before going in. Overall, New Century was friendly, fair, and true to their word.

So happy to have a Mazda dealer in Alhambra again after the other one closed about three years ago. Took my 2018 CX-5 for its 50,000 mile service. They took great care of me and had me out within two hours. Great customer service and the waiting area inside the trailer was pretty roomy and comfortable.

Truly love this place. After having a Nissan Altima for many years and dealing with their horrible service I am so happy to have switched over to Mazda and the 5 star service they show. The Alhambra location is truly amazing. From their staff, to the location and to their professionalism. They offer white glove service and are beyond helpful. In the past I have hated dealing with dealerships because they always try to tell me more is wrong with my car than it truly is. At Alhambra Mazda they communicated with me throughout the whole process and were nothing but kind, professional and didn t try to scam me. I can t thank them enough for restoring my faith back to dealerships. I will only purchase Mazda from now on after receiving such wonderful service from the staff at that specific location. Thank you for everything. Amazing staff is beyond hard to come by these days.

This is only for my experience with Service Dept:Although I think the initial follow up can be better when it comes to confirming parts availability, rest of the service appt experience was excellent! Jerry provided updates to my repair status every step of the way and provided a manual transmission loaner to my delightful surprise (because my car is manual). Given they're relatively new, I can understand the logistic and equipment shortcomings that may occur, but overall the experience was great and Jerry was very nice to work with.

My first experience here. Seemed like very nice people. Got basic oil change tire rotation check up etc . Had a coupon that they had emailed me which is how I knew that they had opened and they honored it.They said that there would be a video of the inspection but I never saw/received that. Maybe I missed it but anyway, the car seems good. I feel that they did the work that they said that they would do. and they washed it too.
