Great used car buying experience with Gustavo! He was straight forward from the beginning, we submitted our offer online and that is exactly what we paid. The car was ready when we arrived and we were out the door in less than 2 hours. He even put a bow on it so we could send a picture to our daughter as it was a college graduation gift.We had visited several other dealers closer to home and they all ended up being a waste of time with the current dealer mark ups and no upfront pricing. They all tried to sell us a newer car out of our price range.Gustavo listened to what we wanted and sold us the car we could afford. It was a very pleasant experience!

My recent experience with Kia Alhambra has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I recently purchased a brand new 2023 Kia Niro from this dealership, only to encounter a barrage of issues within the first 48 hours of ownership.The troubles began the morning after bringing the car home when I discovered I couldn't unlock the car door using either the provided keys or the Kia Access system. Despite my attempts to seek assistance from Kia Alhambra and Kia Access, I was met with deafening silence and no resolution. The complete lack of responsiveness from the dealership's staff during regular business hours was utterly frustrating and unacceptable.When I finally managed to get the vehicle to the dealership for repairs, I was further disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency throughout the repair process. The diagnosis dragged on longer than anticipated, leaving me stranded without transportation and causing significant inconvenience. While I appreciate the provision of a rental vehicle during this time, it does little to alleviate the overall poor experience.Moreover, it's deeply disheartening to realize that the issues with the vehicle were evident even during the sales process. The salesperson struggled to unlock the car during my initial visit, indicating that the dealership was aware of the problems yet chose to sell the vehicle to me regardless.In conclusion, my experience with Kia Alhambra has been nothing short of disastrous. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly inspect their potential purchase beforehand. As for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere for any future automotive needs.

My wife was looking for a car. We went to many car dealerships and they all pulled a fast one except for KIA of Alhambra! We shopped via the website Car Gurus. There are many cars with their prices and specs listed. We saw cars priced at $17,000 and when we got to the dealership they said it was $25,000. There s a lot of bait and switch. We were so angry about it. I told my wife let s shop local. I had a great experience at Wondries Ford a while back. I told her let s go see Wondries Kia. So we did. We had a fantastic experience! Steven Ortiz showed us a few cars. We liked Steven because he was honest. They didn t do the bait and switch here. He showed us a car that we really liked and we got a great deal there, too! Fantastic service, and a great experience! Thank you Kia of Alhambra and Steven Ortiz!

The worst sales experience I've ever had. Went in to consider an EV9 that had such great potential to fit our needs. It's, a $75k car and got a treatment like I was purchasing a taco at a popular spot. The salesperson was rude, stuck-up, constantly assuming a sale, and, here's the catch, barely knew anything of the car. He gave us a very short test drive. After the test drive, after asking for the sale again, I mentioned that we're in the preliminary stages and he then said, "then we're done here, I'd rather spend my time with someone who is buying now." Management should be ashamed of their training. I'm never buying a car from this dealership and Kia just lost the opportunity for a new customer. Find a dealership that treats you better and avoid this one.

Oscar Oscar Oscar.... Unbelievable SERVICE. BEST Car Buying Experience I've had in the last 30 years. So Easy..So..Smooth..Such a GREAT DEAL.. and wait for it.. YES DELIVERY... Oscar was the best at communicating and just getting to the BOTTOM LINE. NO GIMMICKS and very UPFRONT about PRICING. I can't say enough good things about KIA of Alhambra. If you need a new car this is where to go. Yes I did bring my own financing but they were very good about giving me all options. The whole process took like 15 minutes. For over 2 years the manager of the repairs department has been lying to me telling me that he was going to order the parts that were under warranty that to fix an issue with my car and they just keep telling me that they'll call me when it comes in and they never do. When I call them when it's time to do routine maintenance they always tell me they Will order the parts for the repairs needed under warranty and that they'll be there in time for the paid work but then it never is. This is really ridiculous I've never had such a terrible experience with a dealership before.

I wish I could give it no stars. I went in this weekend to check out and perhaps purchase a car. The pushy salesman told us to get out if we weren't thinking of buying a car right then. He was a rude older man who obvious enjoys abusing people.

They never answer the phone and you are never able to get ahold of a service manager when needed. You will have a problem talking to anybody regarding the process of repair as they always transfer you to voicemail. I had a service completed and have been contacting them regarding some questions I have about the repairs. I emailed the service advisor twice and have called numerous times yet I have not received a response yet. Someone also supposedly left a note for them to contact me.Still nothing. This was a week ago. Service manager will work with you which I appreciate. However their poor communication is consistent and not up to a dealership standard. I ve never had this problem trying to contact someone out of a Kia dealership. By far the worst communication from a Kia dealership I ve experienced.

If i could give less than a star I would but never have I've been so disappointed in my life I should have listened to all the bad reviews kia cars have even the news have said that kia cars are one of the ones most stolen that wad a red flag already. But my experience was, I had issues from a certified car at the first months that i got my car. Then the engine overheating and them telling me its not covered under warranty it has been less than a year we got the car certified and extended warranty to have some piece of mind since i was already not trusting it but that didn t work either. No piece of mind. In less than a year im already been charged almost 2000. I shouldn t be worrying about these issues at a short time i have a 2018 year truck and never have i paid for these kind of issues so PLEASE TRUST THE PERSON THAT TELLS YOU NOT TO GET KIA. The cheaper cost less in the long run

I called this dealership I asked to speak to a sales manager. I told the young lady to tell the manager to call me that I wanted to buy a car that same day. But that I didn't want to deal with a sales person until I picked up the car. I left my number, never received a call from anyone . That same day I called up Carson kia . Did my application online and now I have a 2024 telluride.

Went for a Recall they said it would be 1/2 an hour. I was there for 2 hours but the time went by very quick. I had a cup of coffee and some oreo cookies on there hospitality. Also a bottle of water and popcorn

Unfortunately had a bad experience, was told car was ready for pick up, came there none of the paper work was done waited at least 44 minutes after and no one was being very kind or helpful just had the attitude of they just had to do what they had to do Gustavo kept telling us the car would be ready in 5 minutes I rather just have a honest update of the time if he even said 25 min would have been better than being told 5 min over and over

LOVE KIA!Worked with Kimberly M to set an appointment that was best for me. All the staff was great, especially Lupita Ayala, sales, who took me to survey the inventory, crunched the numbers, and swung a homerun for my final sale price, with Kia warranties. Special thanks to Alex, in the finance office. I went in at 11am and drove off at 230pm. Feels good! Feels right!

I noticed after my last service (September 2023) when i saw the sticker reminder that they shortened my next service interval to 4000 miles from the usual 5000. They did so without any explanation. Their service recommendations already go above and beyond what the manufacturer recommends. 4000 mile service at this day and age on a vehicle i only drive 1000 miles a month on is ridiculous.Only logical explanation for this is they want more money.Additionally, the service advisor from my last service in April 23 told me i needed an transmission fluid change even though i already did it in November 2022. When i told him i to make sure to check the system, he said he did and it wasn't on there. I ended up having the service done but came back to complain after i checked my own records. To be fair they gave me credit for having it done twice, but that was on me for being diligent and complaining.I do not recommend this place for service.

Do not go this Kia of AlhambraThis dealer ripped off your wallet.1. I tried to buy sorrento from this dealer, but they are trying to charge me 2% higher interest rate than other deale.2. After I bought Sorrento from another dealer, I went for regular service. That was included in my purchasing it should be free of charges. But they charged me $45 extra. This kia dealer sad your plan is not included in current rate.So I went to downtown Kia for 2nd service they didn't even charge me any extra.Do not go to this dealer

If I could give a zero I would. Came to service my car for an oil change and waited 3 hours on a non busy day I was 1 of 3 people in the waiting area. The guy that serviced my car was more busy talking and hanging out than working on my car extremely upsetting. Never coming back here again.

They kept my car for almost 2 weeks, giving me the run around about when it would be done. They only partially fixed it because we were "rushing them." They must think I don't have to go to work. Then I get a text about how I liked the service, I said the truth, exactly how it happened. Next thing, I get a call from "Gus" with his salty attitude after the inconvenience of leaving my car there for so long. He asked me to bring my car in to finish fishing it. No!! I can't leave my car there again! After I said no, he clicks on me!! Lol If you can't handle customer service, get a different job. I work with people and I treat them with respect even when we can't agree. Horrible service!! I love my car though!

My wife and I were looking for a family car, after going to a couple of dealerships closer to us we noticed they had crazy mark ups. I headed to Alhambra after calling them and asking about pricing. Thanks to Abel and Raul, I left the dealership happy. We got the exact car we wanted and we love it. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience at this Kia dealership. I worked with sales manager Maria Romero and her team. The whole time Maria Romero was able to answer all the questions I had about leasing my car. The process was made a lot more efficient and smooth because Maria Romero and her team provided great service and were very professional. I would definitely recommend working with them and this dealer if you are looking for a car.

Had a terrible experience with this dealer. The service advisor doesn't care about the customer's experience, brought the car in with a working key and got it in two pieces, and the service advisor said that the key broke as soon as I left, doesn't give me apologies, and keeps saying it's not their business.

Great lease experience I had at this dealership. This is my fourth lease, and they were in my top list. Friendly, knowledgeable, good dialogue with reasonable pricing, was able to close within my negotiable price range towards my new lease. Kia Sportage what a great deal! Thank you!

I took my new car here for its first service today - staff (check in, post, and cashier) were friendly and courteous. I think Deran was the one who checked me in w/ his iPad, and Gustavo was really helpful and super nice. See you guys on my next service!

I saw a used Kia Soul advertised online for $11999 and read the ad asking me to leave my name and contact information to get the best online pricing which I did. The next thing, I had a swarm of emails from Jesus Morales, Lily Lopez and Frank Segura asking me to test drive the car, visit the dealership or can we talk? They have no common sense.....I gave my info ONLINE to receive an online pricing not dozens of your hardup prospecting emails. If I really want to talk or test drive the car, I would have show up at the dealership myself. This seems to defeat the purpose of shopping online. The car salesmanship at this Kia is horrible and certainly harrassing to much extend. At this point, I would never ever want to deal with Kia Alhambra.
