I ve been taking my car to Darren Gilbert since 2004. He has done all the regular services like checking the oil, brake and windshield wiper fluids. Darren has also helped me with bigger issues. A couple of years ago he changed my suspension struts and recently he changed my fuel pump. Darren takes the time to clearly answer any questions. My car is 22 years old and Darren has kept it running. Darren has consistently done a great job on my car and I d recommend him to anyone.

I have been a customer for about 15-20 years. Darren, the owner, provides excellent service for both foreign and American manufactured automobiles (large, medium and small). He keeps his clientele with up-to-date with their service records and his excellent customer service skills are shared among his staff of mechanics.

Amazing place.Car broke down across the street and Darren helped me out fixing three different issues in one single day.I paid about a third of what he first quoted me because he found cheaper options.Reliable, good and honest service, would recommend.

I took my truck there for a oil cooler service.. Darren was very upfront on cost very fair and Gilbert Motor Service did an excellent timely job... Definitely recommending... Definitely going back when my truck needs it... Glad I found this place.

Darren and team were very helpful and communicative about the issues with my car. Darren made the extra effort to research all of the possible issues and opportunities to limit the cost impact for what could have been a more major repair. Will definitely be going back if anything comes up again.

I've been coming to Gilbert Motor service for over 10 yrs now. Darren has always been honest with me and this is the only place I take my car. I'm never over charged. I've went through multiple auto mechanics and it felt like none of them really cared I got my car serviced. I've been looking for a local service that I could settle on and this is the place! Gilbert is straightforward and follows the manufacturer's recommendations which I've also done my own research on. He did a full 60k service on my car checking the houses and flushing the coolants and fluids needed. He also mentioned to me that I needed my tires changed which I knew, but didn't know how bad it was. This place is definitely the place I'll be going to from here on out. I highly recommend!

I am very happy with my service. Walking in as a female and not feeling like I'm being swindle is a great feeling. They diagnosed the issue and fixed my car within a day. My car looked like it had been vacuumed and it smelled nice. My tires also felt like they had been filled. I am very grateful that I found this place.

I brought my car to Gilbert's for an oil change and checkup before leaving on a 800 mile trip. The work requested was done in a very reasonable time and no unnecessary extras were recommended. Replaced the air filter but cabin filter did not need it. This is the shop I trust to do all type of work from oil change to ac service. Really like that the mechanics explain the work to you so you re aware of your car s condition. Had oil change and tires rotated also was advised of back brakes low so I replaced. They are taking care of my cars. Since my husband passed it is not that easy for me. So I depend on Gilbert Motors to take care of me thank goodness. They do a great job.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Gilbert Motors has been one of the best auto repair I take my Toyota cars to. The great mechanics fix your problem.Service is professional and friendly. The shop has expanded into there larger place the last few years. I believe in their honesty and work. We had our tires replaced on " Old Brownie" , and the deal plus added extras will keep us rolling. Gilbert Motors always been a great place to fix something on our cars. Had my Toyota s fuel pump replaced this passed NYE weekend at Gilbert Motors and I very pleased with their customer service and auto work. My car is running great and I really appreciated working with them over all. Timely communications, simple/clear explanations of the issue, and great work on the vehicle! Highly recommend.

It's always with confidence that I bring my cars to Gilbert Motor Service. Darren Gilbert, the owner, is a master mechanic, and I know my car will be serviced properly at his facility. Friendly staff, and great results. Repairs and service are much more reasonably priced than at the dealer's ! If you want your vehicle repaired or serviced properly, take it to Gilbert Motors.

Darren is great. Had some work done for reasonable price and 3 days later my battery died. He got me in without an appointment while they were busy and was able to get a new one in within a couple hours.They do good work for what seems to me to be good prices. Only reason I say that I don't know much about cars or how much things should cost.Great place to get work done.

5000 mile service on my Lexus UX 250h. The dealers wanted significantly more and the hours I would spend at the dealer made me check with Darren at Gilberts. He recommended an oil change every 5000 miles not 10000 as the dealer states. His opinion was that 10000 miles was too long and could cause long term damage to the engine. Even with the oil change his price was less than any dealer charged just for brake and fluid check and tire rotation. Needless to say I will be back in 5000 miles!
