Very satisfied with the quality of work and the price. I recommend calling ahead (before noon) and scheduling an appointment. I was lucky and my car was completed the same day I called.

Great pro job. Positive experience. The TV plays the news all day. Highly recommended to watch the news. The drinks are not free only water is. I got 5% nanocarbon ceramic all around on my Challenger.

Overall: DO NOT DO IT (look at the images)The Good: Availability... LOLThe Bad: After doing my bit of research in the area for a tint shop, I elected to use G5 Tint as it appeared to be a good business with good value. I brought in a brand new Mercedes Benz and selected an appropriate tint (3M FX Premium) on rear windshield, rear doors and front doors.I should've known after driving up that I should of have turned around. I've been to other tint shops before and this was the most run-down tint shop that I've seen. It is an old gas station that looks more like a fast food drive-thru.Regrettably, I proceeded and after they applied the tint, the work on the rear driver window tint was apparent for all to see. Either the preparation and/or the application process was abhorrent and appalling. There were streak marks from TOP-TO-BOTTOM. It was the absolute worst tint job I've ever had the misfortune to see.I expressed my concerns with Ricky who then assured me that this was a defect from the manufacturer. He suggested that I contact the manufacturer (Mercedes Benz) that he would be happy to reapply the tint, for a $40 fee. He expects me to pay for his business's mistake. Not to mention that both rear windows cost $65. This customer service is unfathomable and their business practices is entirely unacceptable.As an engineer, I was relatively certain that he was incorrect although I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I called the dealer, had them look at it and unsurprisingly, the window in question had no material defect to report of.NOT TO MENTION THE AIR BUBBLE ON THE FOWARD DRIVER WINDOW.[...]Imagine if you embarked on a flight and your baggage was mistakenly flown to another destination. Then, in order for you to recover your baggage, the airline charges you 61.5% of your flight fare.

Just want to give a huge shout-out here to the staff at G5 Alhambra. Both my vehicles have been tinted here using the 3M Cryatalline and have had the best experience both times. Mistakes were made but they were also quick to own up and find a solution to make it right without even thinking twice about it. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone on the fence. Got recommended from a friend who said these guys were the best, and they delivered. Excellent service. Sierra and Cindy were super helpful and friendly. They demonstrated the different tint options with a heat lamp so I could test the effectiveness and choose the %. For my Mazda3 hatchback, the installation took about 3 hours and was $850. It's by appointment only, but overall it was a great value. Highly recommend!Services: Privacy window films, Heat control window films, Daylight redirecting

Front desk was amazing, appointment was easy through the phone and email.I m very happy with the quality of the product, crystalline, just not the cleanest cuts of the film but they got the job done.Certainty of the authenticity of the product and they also guarantee the product.Overall, good.

I had a wonderful experience here! The young lady I worked with was very sweet and explained everything they needed to do and due to the make of my car, any issues that may arise because they were removing old tint from my rear window. Not only did they complete the job faster than I had expected, they saved my decal from college that was on the old tint and my car looks amazing!!! I would recommend them to anyone!

Awesome Experience, will be updating a pic later. I'm very happy that I came to this Tint Shop. Customer Service was excellent and friendly. They also explain and demonstrate their product. You do need to call ahead of time. They go by appointments or if they aren't to busy they could take you in but safer to have an appointment. I had a situation and i needed to get window done asap. The friendly staff made some time for me and I was very very happy with their customer service. It was also done quick and the tints looks super clean. Coming back here in the future for any cars as well as recommending my friend to this Tint shop. Thank you G5 Tints, you guys are awesome.

I was so excited to get my car tinted! I called so many places before deciding on where to take my car.::Experience::Ricky who is the manager responded and answered all my questions. He was very responsive and informative. When I arrived Cindy welcomed me and introduced herself. She went over all my options and showed me the cars in the parking lot that had tints so I can get a better idea of the different shades. Cindy also demonstrated how the tint can keep the heat out of your car; I felt the difference.Once I made my final decision, Cindy confirmed what I wanted and the staff began to work on my car. It took about 4 hours; it was worth the wait! When my car was done Cindy did one last quality check and showed me to my car. Before I left she explained the lifetime warranty and emailed all the information.::Tip::Make your appointment ASAP, they get booked!::Highlight::-This is the first time I tinted my car so I was anxious about picking the shade. Cindy was thorough and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and not rushed. I appreciated how patient she was because I was indecisive about which shade to choose.-Ricky was friendly and helpful when I requested for a quote-If you have any questions or want to reschedule your appointment, you can send them a text message. I chose to get my car tinted at G5 because of all the 5 star reviews I read and I am here now to add my own 5 star review! This was my 1st time getting tint. Cindy took the time to explain everything in an easily understandable way and showed me examples of what was possible at different price points. The staff were friendly and professional. 100% satisfied. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars!

Great customer service and very competitive prices. The Team at G5 are very knowledgeable and can answer many questions you may have.They don't press to get the most expensive product(s) and can work out what can be beat for each client.Personally, I've taken about 4 or 5 cars to them and plan to for more work in the future.

Tinted my car with 3M Crystalline 70 all around, except windshield. Excellent customer service, Cindy replied to my email quote request within an hour and was very helpful. Price was almost 50% less than another 3M Crystalline Certified Dealer in WeHo. I was able to schedule the install for next Saturday right away.When we arrived, Cindy was very accommodating and showed us the difference between various types of tint on a demo stand and on her personal car. Dropped the car off around 10.30am, it was ready by 2.30pm. Tint was installed with no issues and looked great.Overall I'm completely satisfied with my experience and will be definitely coming back for any future tints.

Had my 2 front windows tinted with ceramic film on a 2016 Honda Pilot. They did a fantastic job! The ceramic film blocks out a tremendous amount of heat, and it also looks great!

Huge shoutout to Sierra who was my point of contact for the tint job I got done. I called a few different shops and she was by far the most helpful person I spoke with, part of why I paid a bit more than other places.Got 3M Ceramic IR tint for 4 windows + rear windshield for $425. Really happy with how it turned out and would return with other vehicles. Took about 2.5 hours including the time I took to deicide on tint level.

tint job came out perfect, no complaints there. I would however recommend you get your quote in writing, mine went up $100 and that's not including the removal of the old tint. I was quoted $560 for tint and $100 removal ($660 total), show up on the appontment day and now it's $660 for the tint and $100 for the removal ($760 total).edit to repond to owner: their was no "confusion", I knew what I was quoted and was simply misquoted. I had text the prices to a few people while still in the parking lot, so I remembered what the prices were and even looked back in case I was mistaken. it just went up $100, I work in sales too, and if I had ever misquoted someone on pricing of product or labor, I would honor that price, it being my mistake and not the customers. job came out perfect though, so I do appreciate the work you guys did, thanks!

GREAT service (the girls at the front desk are INCREDIBLY nice), great product & Great work!!! . . . I feel like I have a new car (and she is anything but lol)Also the waiting area is VERY comfortable and has amenities such as drinks, magazines & TV

Price quoted on the phone was the price charged. Quality is spot on, I have multiple vehicles each with the same film done at different locations and these guys are as good as they get!
