Good service. The whole team there is helpful and knowledgeable. My 3rd time here. Won't be my last. Reasonable prices. I do want to mention in the morning there was a loud lady yelling at the manager,she would not let him speak. I felt she was being very dramatic. No one should be taking out aggression on any one. The manager was very nice. Even when she was being dramatic he was professional. Anyway. Its always great service here.

Couldn't leave less than one star. Avoid this place unless you want amatuer hour. Doubt the work is ever done and rude "managers" to top it. My car still isn't fixed but they sure will charge you an arm and a leg by their "trained" staff. Been weeks and still no solution. Recommend finding a real mechanic.Update: missed call by them last Thursday. Been calling back since to a phone with a full voice-mail box lol telling you, absolute fail in every aspect. The brakes that they said were "good" got louder and louder and finally had a real mechanic change.

I went for a lyft inspection the guy did it then told me i needed two tires and he.would not pass the car unless i got 2 tires.he never showed me the tires which were suppose to me bad just showed me the thing to measure tire tread.which he can change to what ever he wants to show you.then they proceeded to take my rear brakes apart tried to sell me a 600 dollar job.i told him why did they take my.car apart without my permission no answer from himThey put the tires onThem gave me paper work that showed over 1000 dollarsof work they said i needed.my mechanic said there was nothing wrong with my rear brakes.i feel like i got ripedoff.by.them i am reporting them to better business breaue.they are a rip off.lyft should stop doing business with them

This is my third visit to Firestone, Alhambra location. Your Alhambra staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.What was most important to me, the job was explained thoroughly, plus the price estimate was the same amount I paid!Most important, is my new Firestone, Complete Auto Care, credit card has been a life saver for my 2015 Honda CRV. It's definitely running smoother with more power!

I lost a bolt to my breaks while traveling by on a Sunday. The only thing holding the break together was a shoe lace we attatched. Firestone was the only shop who answered my phone call. They allowed me to tow my car there and they worked on the car right away. They were very polite and very helpful. I was able to make it home that same day. I really appreciate their dedication to their work and to the public. We all have those bad days and that day was mine. They were able to save my weekend.

Very dishonest. Brought my car in for a tire repair/patch, since I can visually see a nail dead center on my tire (only about 2000 miles on it). Went to lunch and get called that they patched my tire, but it wasn't the tire I asked for and the tire I did ask for claimed I need to buy a new tire for $330 (i have a compact hatchback) because there were 2 nails. The guy working that Sunday (claims he is only there part-time) was pretty sketchy. I totally said no, I'll take it to another place. When I said that, you can tell he lost all interest in me as a customer. Went to help another gentleman as I stood there waiting. Took a phone call for another 20 minutes before giving me my keys and making me pay $30 for a patch I didn't know I needed. Took it to EZtires in Alhambra. They actually took the tire off the wheel to do an inspection and only saw one puncture. The other was just a metal staple that was surface only. Fixed it within 45 minutes. Long story short, stay away from these scammers.

Hit a curb, busted my tire. Home is 400 miles away. Thank God this place was open and had my correct tire size.

SERVICRS are good,but not 100% or even 90 %. there are plenty room to be improved. I mentioed 2 issues with my car ,none was resovled. as it is notin my oil change services.

My wait time was 1hour and 45min . Which isn t bad compared to other locations and I didn t have an appointment. Francisco was kind enough to help me and listened to all my concerns about my vehicle.

This location always have problemI came yesterday and check the guys told me your tire is repairable and given me appointment 7amToday manager refuse to inspection my car said tire is to old without check what a shame at least measurement Mr manager -his employee already measure yesterday !He said I am a manager it s my decision what a shame at least check the dept it s good enough - if I change I will go to Costco not this place anymore !No customers here til now. Take rest managerWhat is the meaning of appointments?Time is money man

Great service and employees were very helpful. After visiting several tire shops, this location was the only one who had the tires that I needed in stock. (tires for a commercial sprinter van). They have a self serve coffee station, public restroom, and a waiting area with a small TV with Direct TV. There is also a CVS and a McDonalds across the street. Overall, reliable place to get your tires changed.

I love doing business with Firestone.They are not only fast but very reliable and trustworthy. The staffs are very respectful and knowledgable. They always put your need and interest on top and concern about your safety.It's worth the price, I tell you.

Went to get a strange noise coming from my front wheel fixed. They also performed a full vehicle inspection. After 2 hours a mechanic, Art calls me and explains the vehicle suspension system is good and the problem is the front tires. He explains they are severely worn and wire form, from inside the tire is exposed. He recommends replacing the front tires. I replace all 4 and 2 1/2 hours later its ready for pickup. After getting the car the noise is still there I return but there isn't anyone there that can help. The clerk at the desk calls Art on the phone and speaks to him. Afterwards the clerk stated the noise "could" be coming from a bushing that may need to be lubricated. he recommended I take it to the dealership for repairs. I went to fix this problem and instead was sold tires. Don't go here for servicing.

I ve been going to this Firestone for years and the reason I keep going back is for the consistently excellent service. Francisco helped me today and he was very polite, clear in communication and professional. Five stars well deserved!

Great Service!! They are very attentive to your vehicle. They will notify you if there's a wear and tear or a replacement that needs to be done. They will take care of you

Customer service was fine and the service quick, but I can't recommend. Old brake pad was left under the hood which could have been a big issue had it fallen within the motor and oil filter cover under the car was not put back and I had to buy a replacement from the dealership.

Pricey, they charged me way higher for changing a pair of rotors and brake pads. I had to finish a lyft inspection and the manager just like threatened(bit exaggerate)me I won't get pass of the inspection if I don't fix the brake pads...then I paid $150 higher than where I usually paid for

TLDR: Firestone tried to charge me $2,000 for a repair that I got done for $200 with a different mechanic.Took my car in because my AC wasn t working. They quoted me at nearly $2,000 saying the entire AC system needed to be replaced. They broke down the pricing for labor and each individual part that needed to be replaced. The parts alone were marked at about $1200, but when I did a quick google search on each of the individual parts, the total came out to only about $300.Then I took the car to another mechanic, who said all he needed to do was recharge the system and replace one tube. The total cost was $204, about a tenth of what they tried to charge me at firestone.

They said i needed new brakes went elsewhere & they told me brakes were semi new & that all my four tires screws were loose. Firestone had rotated my tires & they didnt screw the tires back correctly the dealer said im lucky my tires didn't fly out & caused me accident. I dont know whats going on with the mechanics there at Firestone. they are doing sloppy jobs now not focusing Plus when i picked up my vehicle the guy there doing service was all distracted talking with a girl that was not appropriately dressed & looked like she works there too.Hire professionals that are going to do things right not sloppy & unprofessional & can cause customers thousands of dollars just because of your unprofessional employees

I can't recommend this place. I took my car to get an oil change. They put it up on a lift, and after two and half hours, they finally talked to me and told me that they couldn't change my oil. They stated I had an oil leak they didn't want to make worse and couldn't find the part to fix it. I tell them, "No problem." I figured I'd take it somewhere else for the repair and oil change the next day. The next day, I find that all the oil in my car has drained onto the driveway. Interesting how quickly the problem escalated.They're friendly folks, and I think they mean well. However, there are some very incompetent people there. It was easier for someone there to pretend that they couldn't do something instead of them telling me they broke something and couldn't fix it. With all the trouble this has caused, I hope they lose all their customers.Update:I took my vehicle to a mechanic and found that Firestone completely misdiagnosed the oil leak. The Firestone Paperwork stated that the oil pan was leaking, and the technician told me I'd need to replace the oil pan. Fortunately, my oil pan wasn't leaking. It seems like the Firestone technicians left the drain screw on very loose. So much so that the mechanic I took it to was able to unscrew it using little to no force with his bare hands. Other than that, everything else is fine with my car. I can't state this enough, please do not take your vehicle there. There are plenty of local mechanics in the area.

I was not told that I had to pay for the parts if I did not want to have the service done there. I was asked to sign in the estimate without a copy. I Only got one when I asked for it later. There is no statement saying that I have to pay for the parts if I cancel the service in the estimate paper. However, when I decided to cancel the service and want to have second estimate from other shop, I was asked to pay for the parts ($262.45) that I ordered or I will not get my car back. I offered to pay for the restocking fee, but that was not good enough. They don t want to give up the profit on inflated part price.Service: Tires

The guy at the front is a hard worker but very slow. He try s to over sell. If you have a line and one customer says no don t push so hard. Write their number down. Help make the sale for the other two customers. When you have down time call your lists back with better sales or options. Also no customer calling in should be on hold for 40 minutes without check ins or an offer of a call back. Guy is a sweet dude just needs so coaching.

Brought 3 vehicles to this Firestone and was pretty impressed with the work done on them. Service techs are really good and could not be anymore happy with all the work done. They did provide some suggestions and also told me that certain things will need to be looked at in the near future. Front desk was professional and not pushing unnecessary services or parts. Called with info and also provided a good ETA to pick up the cars. I've been to other Firestone's before this location and always liked their service. I was pretty glad that I got the same good, professional service here as well. Keep up the good work Firestone Alhambra.
