Thanks to Joe, who waited for me to come and see a car. I purchase a Beetle in great shape.We made the test drive on Tuesday afternoon, on Wednesday at noon i was driving away in my car.Joe guided me through the purchasing steps. And gave answers to all my questions.I been in many car dealerships, and C H Auto gave the best customer service i have received, also they provided many photos of the car, car max information, kept the car really clean.

I have admit, this has to be one of the most simplest car deal I ever had. No pressure, no excessive warranty, gap, deluxe, etc. Sales. It was purely the car. Joe was absolutely excellent during our transaction. Definitely a humble man, and somebody that would take care of this customers. It may be a mom & pop kind of shop, but it's the integrity that they have that makes it shine. I have no complaints. I will recommend people here.

I purchased a Lexus 450h from this excellent company. Joe and John assisted me with everything, even suggesting that I have the car inspected by the Lexus dealership before purchase.They arranged shipment to Atlanta and were patient with me, considering that I was having general anxiety of the arrival of my car.I will definitely do business with them again.

I had a wonderful experience they were very nice and respectful to my father and I. They gave us free refreshments and snacks I didn't spend alot of time. We went in and knew what we wanted by looking online for a mini van. They even helped drop the price we drove off with a wonderful family car my kids love it. It runs great, clean, spacious, and I just had a wonderful experience buying a used car from them. Thank you to C H auto for making our car buying experience a wonderful experience! :)

Joe and everyone here are very awesome. They are very humble and honest people who will take good care of you. I didn't know anything about cars but they really went out of their way to give amazing service. It was a very painless and smooth experience doing business with them. I would highly recommend them.

Me and my partner just purchased a car from this dealership yesterday 10th September 2019, Toyota prius. I wanted to write this review because any time you have a good experience out of all places at a car dealership you should make it known. I hate car dealerships because they typically do not have your best interest. CH Auto was FANTASTIC!!!!! We felt no pressure, they were kind, very friendly. They made the experience very easy. Joe, the son of the owner was GREAT!!!!!! I would 100% recommend you buying a car at this dealership. We live in Hollywood, and if I was buying another car I would definitely go back to Joe (CH Auto first) to see what they have in inventory.

Great place. I went to the shop to buy a vehicle I saw online. Talked to Joe and he gave me all the information I wanted. Other places I went to would try to pressure me into buying on the spot. CH Auto never pressured me to buy. They are honest and will take the time to actually listen to your needs. Paperwork on the vehicle purchase was quick. I would highly recommend CH Auto. Glad I stumbled onto them while searching online.

Honest family run dealership. Purchased a Range Rover evoque for a great price with no hidden fees or any sort of shady tactics. Smooth, low pressure transaction and was in & out of there in no time. Unfortunately there was an issue with the car within the first few weeks (keep in mind, it is a range rover). But Joe & his crew bent over backwards to make it right. They even went so far as to deliver the car to my residence after the repair was complete. I would do business with CH Auto again.

They are ok, I need an update on my transmission already barely had it since Jan-2019. I would have gave them a 4 because they have good customer service and gave me a good deal, but now i have to invest in a car i just got.
