Apex is a fantastic local dealer that makes purchasing a car the pleasant experience it should be. Richard was accommodating and respectful of my concerns with the car and his patience made the experience a breeze. I purchased a 2016 Tesla Model S from a wonderful guy named Kevin right here in this area. He was super nice and really kind, which made the whole experience great. The car was in excellent condition, and I ultimately made the decision to buy it from him. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

I purchased a car from Richard at Apex Autonet Inc. They were very honest and easy to deal with. The process was smooth and quick. I took the car to get an inspection from a mechanic and they confirmed that nothing was wrong with the car. Everything was perfect. I appreciate that the dealer was transparent and honest. They had prompt replies to my questions. I will come back again to purchase another vehicle here. They have very reasonable prices. I recommend them for your next car purchase. Be sure to ask for Richard!

I was working with Richard and was assured among other things, there was no damage to the vehicle when asked. I live over two hours away so I can t just pop in to check out the car. I prepared all financials and went on Friday 1/5/24, check in hand, only to find the entire rear fender had been redone and you could tell where the bondo and paint difference were. When we pointed this out, Richard didn t seem too surprised. Whether that s his personality or he was being dishonest, I ll never know. This accident did not show up on the Carfax either. Very shady. A total of 5 hours of driving with kids in the car wasted due to dishonesty. Will never consider this dealer again nor refer them.

I had an amazing experience buying a 2015 Mercedes CLA 45 AMG from Apex Auto Net, and I can't praise my salesperson, Kevin, enough. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The car was in excellent condition, and I'm thrilled with my purchase. I've purchased a used vehicle from Apex Autonet and was very happy with the experience. Daniel & Richard assisted me throughout the whole process, they were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. After a painless negotiation and without any pressure, they patiently showed me all the features of the vehicle and helped me understand all the bells and whistles.Overall, I've had a positive experience with this car dealer and would probably return with my wife when she is ready to replace her old car.

Literally the best dealership I have ever been to. Kent Ng is the best salesman who really isn't a salesman. What I mean by that is he never seemed to being trying to sell me anything at all. He simply showed me the car, answered all the questions he could, and if he didn't know the answer he simply said he didn't know. Zero pressure about buying, he spent his time informing me about the vehicle and letting me take my time and look it over (I was there for a while inspecting the car, I'm very picky). Went for a test drive which was great. We drove for a long time and did different little tests to see how the car was. He kept telling me to take my time and drive as long as I needed to. I left without making a decision and he said to take my time and call back if I needed anything. That was it. He never called me trying to get me to buy it. When I later decided I was interested in buying the car, he went way out of his way to help me out with the price, and some misc options that he didn't need to do. Bottom line is this: I left with a great deal, a great car, and honestly I can't believe what a great experience it was! I have never been to a dealer before with that level of customer service and strive for customer satisfaction (and I have been to tons of dealers). I honestly never want to buy another car unless it is through Apex. Kent I can't thank you enough for everything you did to help me, and for being the best 'salesman' I have ever talked to. 100% would buy from Apex again!!!!

Love it! Great people and nice cars! I bought my last 2 cars from Apex and they made it easy! Usually I dread the going to a car dealer as much as the airport or cell phone stores...but not when I'm buying from Jack and Daniel. Negotiation was quick and painless, simple and straight-forward. I would definitely do business with them again!
