Adele is a stand up and straight up guy! Him and his wife run the place in beautiful Alamo right off the 680 freeway. I purchased a 2017 Audi A4 from him for only 9 grand OTD, we agreed on a price over the phone and after a test drive and quick look at the heck of a deal I was getting I pulled the trigger. Thanks again Adele!

Very disappointed. Bought a car from here and had problems from the first day with the gas tank float sticking, now car is burning oil badly and piston rings are worn out. I will not buy from here again. Sad thing is they are aware of the problems with cars and they sell them anyway.

I'm warnin Everyone to stay away from this dealership. They are fraud. A scam with horrible customer service. I went to go drive a 2012. Dodge Charger. After having several conversations with John who is highly unprofessional even with this unprofessionalism. I really was interested in the car and was hoping for the best. Considering the car was an Alamo. John the sales man? reassured me there was no issues with the car It had been looked at several times by different mechanics and was in perfect running condition. The battery died less than a block.( yes less then a block the battery died). Up the street at the gas station. After John jumped the car, all the radio lights went off all of the dashboard check engine TPM s. All the lights on the - conditioner stopped working. Radio stopped working .He told me then he was returning it to the auction SKAMMERS! The car is still being advertised please run from this dealership. Reset lights and sell garbage. They are evil the worst in the business-note this is my opinion and experience with them this is my freedom of speech . Pray for them people don't have money to be scammed in the bay area we are mostly working class people it's sad there are people like hime looking to prey on others . I'm sure he doesn't loose a wink of sleep after causing so much suffering look at all the 1 stars

So many issues bought end of February & in march i needed spark plugs replaced & oil sensor changed in June already needed new engine . They tried to have us bring the car back after 2 weeks because credit so we had to pay cash . They are thieves & pray on families who need vehicles we have two disabled kids & this caused us so much stress .

Super disappointed in this dealer. I saw a car they listed on Offer up, messaged them on it. Which they did respond quickly. I inquired details on the vehicle, he sent me a link to find more info. Told me I can call the next day to talk to a rep. I called to verify they were open so that my husband and son can go test drive and check out car in person. They drove an hour, spent on gas, and bridge toll just to arrive and find that the car was less than mediocre, had a flat tire so unable to test drive, and a janky dealer with trashy cars. DON T waste your time here.False advertisement for sure!

My initial experience with this "dealership" began with a phone call to ask about a vehicle that they had on their lot and all I wanted was more pictures and a walk around video of the car since I was going to be driving very far to purchase. The video took two days to send, which I thought was ridiculous. The images that were provided did not show some significant damage to the car, such as a cracked windshield and busted bumper. My wife and I traveled 300 miles to purchase the car because it was the specific model and color we wanted. Once arriving, we were greeted by a nice woman who took us through the car and then when it was time to talk about pricing we had to deal with the male employee. He began giving us attitude and acting like he was selling a lambo when he was really selling a 2005 toyota. He acted smart and had rude comebacks to our negotiating questions. He acted very unprofessional and even yelled at his co-worker in front of us. He haggled with us for five minutes over $50 dollars and so we finally had to agree to his price. We drove the car off the lot and within 50 miles of driving the car completely shut off. We had to get a tow truck to get us back home which was not cheap. The people at this place do not do any type of maintenance on the cars that they buy other than detailing it. There was so much oil in the engine bay to make it looks shiny that it messed up the MAF and caused the car to not be able to start. This will be the last place I would go for another car in the future, you're better off just buying the car from the auction yourself for cheaper since you have to put money into it anyway if you buy it from auto world.

Ive easily spent over $1000+ on parts and repairs trying to fix the issues that this car came with. I bought a 2015 500 Abarth and ive had it for 2 months and a half and ive had to change these so far: Headgasket, 3 break pads and 3 rotors, and the front passanger side axle. Also the motor might have some issues because the oil is literally disappearing the next day or two days after adding more oil. I called Mike telling him about these issues and he told me to call him the next day and hung up immediately after i told him my cousin was the mechanic checking my car, someone else that left a review mentioned Mike brushing it off and not helping the dude and I can see exactly what he was talking about. Do NOT buy a car from this place.

Mike sold me a 2003 Jeep Liberty. I ve had the car about 2 months and the car has broken down on the freeway twice already. The oil constantly leaks and I feel too unsafe driving the car. The dealership told me the car would be good to drive and would have no serious problems. I pretty much wasted my money buying this car. I tried calling the dealership to tell them about my car troubles, but they keep brushing me off and hung up the phone in the middle of me talking about the car. I highly recommend never buying a car through this dealership.

Mike sold me a 2005 F250 8months ago. The truck was heating up and they said they would fix the problem before taking it out of the dealer. Weeks after taking it out it started heating up again. I would call tell them about the problem and they said that was not their problem no more. They did not give me no warranty and plus I end up learning that the truck was not sold by the dealer they were selling it for a friend.I literally wasted my money buying this truck. Plus they took sooo long sending me the sticker and the registration. I really do not recommend buying a car through this so called dealership.

My car license plate from 2021/9/7 to 2022/1/5 still not comes, and I call them 5-10 times. There is no any result! This dealer needs more efficiency. Do need more effort to communicate with them after paying. Feel tired for this situation.

DO NOT BUY FROM ADEL AND HIS STAFF!They were dishonest and only professional up to the point they received money.We purchased a car for our daughter and within 24 hours the engine light come on. My trusted mechanic looked at it and told me exactly what was wrong and suspected that AWA had turned this light off prior to selling. I took it back to Adel, he apologized and said they would fix it. Many apologies from them, but would not give us our money back. He said they would make it safe and right.My daughter drove it to SOCAL to get back to school and ended up with engine light on (same fault that had come on and that Adel had said was repaired) and had to have it towed. The mechanic at Palisades Chevrolet replaced the used parts that Adel s mechanic used to fix the car, which cost us $1800.I called and went to Auto World Alamo NUMEROUS times AND NEVER received a call back AND Adel was NEVER there to talk to me.In the end, the car had even more unsafe engine problems and I had to sell it for parts.I advise anyone against buying from them! Be sure to have your mechanic run a check on it before giving them a dime! (I only checked one star so I could post.)

I bought what turned out to be an excellent vehicle at a killer price. Seven months later I had a question concerning an issue with the registration, (which was not their fault btw) and the staff was just as eager to help me as the day I walked in to buy a car.

You guys PLEASE READ REVIEWS before buying vehicles. This guy has no problem taking people money. He promises cars work and they do not! My Husband wasted 3300 for nothing. If anyone knows of any company who can sue them for false advertising please let me know. Not cool!

Got a car then I had to return it cause of they requested I take it back and that was okay cause they had said I would get my down payment but that never happened. So this is a pretty bad dealership and I lost a couple thousand dollars. Mike is the worst auto salesman ever.

Mike or John it s a different person every day sold me a bmw for 8k ever since I ve had problems with them my car broke down 3 days later on the side of the road, I called and they acted like they did not careI sent it back to them wich costed me hundreds of dollars for 3 different tows, and they made me come out of pocket hundreds more to fix and the car is still broke I HIGHLY recommend you NEVER BUY A CAR Off of them unless you re looking for broke down cars fresh off the auction
