I ve been here several times now. Service is always great: friendly, professional & thorough. Sometimes it s quite busy, but the crew keeps cars moving quickly, without cutting corners.

Great service, friendly people, they take care of everything while you sit in the car.They have a full record of all the services done on your car and they will promptly suggest new tune-ups or service on your car. Prices might be a bit on the higher side but they are worth it. They also check and refill if needed all other stuff in the car, like washer fluid etc. They also check for tail lights headlights tires wheel etc.Don't know about other locations, but this location has really friendly people.

I have zero complaints about the service. It took far longer than I expected not realizing how popular they are.I declined additional recommended service as I feel it was designed purely to make money. I can buy fuel additive at a cost far less than 100.00; likewise, greasing front and rear differential has never been recommended nor done by the dealer who has serviced my vehicles for nine years.

The team at the Alameda oil changers were top tier. Dylan in particular took excellent care of my car and even checked in with me about things outside of the oil change. 100% recommend this location specifically. Thank you as well to Sok and the rest of the team. Really exceptional customer service and very refreshing to experience.

One of the best oil changers I experience on a consistent basis for my 4 cars . They are always upfront , give proper recommendations and don t pressure to do something I don t want . They told me when my oil was leaking which prompt meTo get my head gaskets changed . Made sure all liquid levels are up to par such as coolant , driving steering fluid . The manager even took a picture of a stripped plug and he ll me locate a problem that a previous oil changer did to my car . This location in alameda has been trustworthy and worth my time and money .

Seems I goofed on how many miles since my last oil change. These folks topped up all my fluids, including oil and double checked everything on the car including pointing out a problem with a tire. They didn't charge me for any of it and told me to come back in x many miles. Can't beat that...

There was no wait. I actually didn t need my oil changed - just a top off. They did that, checked all (and topped-off) ALL fluids, checked tire pressure etc., checked and confirmed there was no oil leak. I was done within 10-15 mins. The techs were all kind, expedient and thorough.

Nice staff, very efficient, gave me options on other services, but no pressure when I declined. Love that I can stay in my car the whole time. They let me know what they were doing every step, and also checked tire pressure and lights. Last week had my auto semi annual oil change. Sok was the serviceman who welcomed me and noted I was 600 miles early and offered if I wanted to wait. Never had that happen! Then as I proceeded with the service he oversaw all the workers as they contributed their tasks. He taught and guided everyone as it was needed. Thanks Sok!

These folks were fabulous!!!! Firstly, I didn t even need an oil change when I thought I did and they told me my oil was clean and full! They were fast and went the extra mile when I complained about my engine light being on :). So a great way to start my day!!

Staff was friendly and didn't try to get me to buy stuff I didn't need. Got my oil changed, windshield washed, tires and fluids topped off. Very happy

My oil guage was showing 60% life so I went to Oil Changers as I have for years. I asked them to check the level of my oil and transmission fluid as my mechanic said I have a small leak, but my car has too many miles and i should just keep an eye on the guages and start my hunt for a new car. The only person out of 5 was the guy looking up my account. The girl who was filling up my car barely put any oil in and it registered at 60%. She was too busy talking and laughing loudly wirh her coworkers, that she shut the hood. I had to ask, Did she fill the trans mission fluid? She did nt know where it was located and when shown bellowed, Oh my God, that s HELLA DIRTY!!!! Which it was not, because oil changers had just done a full fluid replacement, a month earlier on all the car s fluids.I have enjoyed

Whenever I need my oil changed I always go here. I live in Antioch now and I work in alameda so whenever I need my car maintenanced I wait till I'm in town. They are so friendly.

Service was fast. Work seemed to be done professionally. Crew did not exhibit friendly or courteous service. No smiling, talked very fast, blunt commands to customers. Put wrong fluid in my transmission and had to go to the dealership for the repairs. They did reimburse me but the lasting effects of the issue still reside and vehicle does not shift smoothly anymore.

Recommend this place. The crew was busy and took good care of my car, maybe with one exception. Avoid the weekends busy time.Before a road trip I always make sure my oil, tires and miscellaneous items are all good. Although, this time they were busy and not sure they checked my air filter.Service: Oil change

Service was fast, thorough, and easy. They checked the air in my tires and all my lights. They suggested additives and other services, some of which I chose to do and others I did not. There was no pressure and they were very respectful. Their follow up text gave me the option of opting in to reminders. A very pleasant experience.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
