My experience with Fix Auto Alameda has been nothing but outstanding from start to finish. They have a modern spacious new facility located on Clement Street that is very well equipped and staffed. Ricky was my contact person, who is very professional , organized, friendly, an absolute pleasure to work with. He did the estimate for my honda fit which sustained damage due to impact sustained to my front bumper, hood, and internal framing, which was knocked out of alignment. They were very busy when i took my car in, but within a very reasonable time, Ricky had emailed back to me a detailed estimate item by item breakdown on parts, and labor that needed to be done. During the repair process, Ricky kept me well informed by text every couple days on the progress of the repair. Any delays due to parts availability or additonal damage found he relayed to me by text. I received my vehicle back yesterday as promised, and it looks as beautiful as the day i bought it back in 2016. Their work is absolutely first rate, the panel alignment especially around the hood and side panel is as straight as an arrow. One added advantage of their current location, is that they are located within two blocks of "Enterprise Rental Car" located on Blanding Ave. which makes it super convenient to pickup and dropoff my rental. I highly recommend this auto body shop, wish more establishments were run this well.

Were really professional and got the work done in the time they estimated. Had a major scrape against the side of my car. They washed the outside and cleaned the inside. Would highly recommend them if you need auto body repair to your car.

My car was hit while parked, leaving significant scratches along the side and bumper. I found Fix Auto Alameda through my insurance, Geico, and found the scheduling, assessment, and repairs to be seamless. They also were able to accommodate my schedule, allowing me to drop off my car right before leaving for vacation and pick it up after - meaning I did not need to get a rental. When I picked it up the repairs looked better than when I bought it, and both the interior and exterior were pristine! I would highly recommend Fix Auto Alameda!

I had a giant iron rod that somehow went straight through the stepping board located between the rear passenger door but part of the body of the car. It created a puncture through the bottom of my car. I've never seen anything like it before. My insurance company gave me some nearby body repair shops that were part of their network. Fix Auto happened to be one of them and it was only 2 miles away so I proceeded to bring it there for an estimate. When I got there, the shop looked really immaculate and organized. That already gave me a good first impression. The hangar where they work on all the vehicles was quite large and looked pretty well-equipped. I worked with their shop estimator Ricky who was pretty friendly and filled me in on what they planned to do for the repairs. He showed me the Lexus schematics on the computer and what the strategy was on how to go about with repairing the damage. The estimated time of completion was 2-3 weeks but they completed it in about 10 days. I was pretty satisfied with the repair. Would recommend. Here's a photo of the damage before the repair.

Fix Auto is the best! The rental car was ready when I dropped my car off, clean office stocked with coffee and refreshments, communication was on point and my car was finished 1 day earlier than estimated! Not only was the work exceptional, my car was also detailed very nicely! 5 stars well earned!

Fix Auto Alameda is a 5-Star professional organization. My service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, transparent, and clear with her communication; I was informed on progress from start to end. You will NOT get the runaround or oversell from Fix Auto Alameda. They are honest and straightforward. The overall customer experience is a big differentiator.The shop and its offices are clean, organized, and welcoming. Fix Auto Alameda provided quality and timely repair, and returned my vehicle on schedule, and with a bonus showroom detailed shine. The shop handled all estimates and payment directly with my insurance; my own insurance confirmed payment and the entire process was completed requiring little to no actions on my behalf. Fix Auto Alameda is a major go for all vehicle repairs.

I was in a car accident in January which resulted the other vehicle hitting my passenger rear end side. The damages were major (see below) and I was very, very impressed with the results of my vehicle. Fix Auto did an amazing job with repairs, paint color, and most importantly, keeping me updated with the timeline of my vehicle.Shout out to Ricardo and the team for the amazing job they did on the vehicle. There was constant communication and it was worth the two month wait. It's like nothing ever happened to the vehicle.Upon arrival, I was greeted, explained the repairs, and just an overall welcoming place. Below are before and after pictures of the work. Nothing like having your own vehicle again!

Absolutely Love Fix Auto, Jennifer handled my claim and gave up to date details concerning my repairs, there was a little delay but not due to any fault of theirs but the dealer kept sending the wrong part. Also, the care they showed after my repairs were done was superb, I have separate audio system and they added in finding out why it wasn't working. I appreciate the attempt to fix it. Great service overall!

My Hyundai Accent was inspected here after it was stolen and recovered.The team have done a great job: mechanics have done the full inspection in a timely manner and I was informed about every step of the process. Their communication with GEICO was also excellent. I have no complaints. Thank you!

Fix Auto USA did a great job repairing my car. The process was easy as Fix Auto was a recommended body shop from my insurance company, so they were able to work with them directly without an appraiser. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the paint on the work is guaranteed as long as I owed the car. Jennifer was an ease to work with and kept me informed on the progress of the work. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service, excellent communication throughout, my car looks great again after an accident, excellent body work, I will be back again if needed! Also they washed my car inside and out before returning it which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about Fix Auto Alameda. Everyone was really friendly. Great service, great communication, seamless process when working with my insurance company, Geico. Amazing coffee bar in the customer waiting area. I could tell the staff there actually liked each other, there was a "fun" vibe and a giant stuffed gorilla in an old timey car in the waiting area. What else could you ask for when you're feeling sad about your car being damaged and needing repair? I got my car back way sooner than anticipated and they did a wonderful job. They offer a lifetime guarantee on their work. My car looks brand new. I highly recommend them.

I have had 2 experiences with Fixx Auto Alameda. Both were easy on the nerves, great staff and lots of communication. The work looks great although it was delayed due to some issues. I will definitely come back here for service.

My bumper was keyed light to light and they were able to fix it a week later. Dylan helped me with everything getting an appointment, pictures to be sent to insurance and same day quote. My Tacoma stayed in their shop for a month and a half. I don t get it why they dismantled it with out the parts they need. I end up paying extra 2 weeks of rental car because I have finished my rental car from my insurance.

Fix Auto did such great impeccable work repairing my car that had been broken into in about a week. I was impressed how clean they got the interior. Looks like it came out of the factory. Fix auto Alameda is the truth! Brought in my Challenger Hellcat for repairs on the over fender, and was beyond pleased to see how it came out. Not only did they do a good job on the repairs, they took their time detailed my car which came out awesome! Out of all the times I ve came here for work on my vehicles they never disappoint! This place is AMAZING. Inside, out, top, down excellent work, service, staff and operations. First time I have everrrrr had a shop call to update ME, and not the other way around. Absolutely stellar experience. Dillon and Jennifer Sappington took care of me at the front of the house and they were both kind, knowledgeable pros. My paint job was extensive and complicated, so gratitude and respect to the techs at the back of house! I highly recommend Fix Auto Alameda!!!

I m genuinely so blown away by the care and quality I received here, I don t even know where to begin.The staff were so kind and helpful, and I was in and out WAY quicker than I expected. I m also thoroughly impressed and appreciative of their close relationships with my insurance company and the Enterprise down the block. Because of these relationships, I didn t even have to worry about taking my rental back as they do it for the customers!The unexpected cherry on top was picking up a beautifully repaired, SPARKLING clean car, inside and out. When I went for pickup I didn t think the car they were bringing me to was mine because I had dropped it off when it desperately needed a wash (whoops). To my surprise, they washed it, vacuumed the inside, and completed it with a light air freshener.Needless to say, I ve already been singing my praises to my friends and family. Thank you again so much to everyone at Fix Auto!

Nice and friendly staff. Process is smooth and they're practicing good covid techniques wearing masks and keeping distance. They took the insurance claim and intend to order parts and call for an appointment.12/9/20 Update.Got the car back, they did an excellent job. They got it back to me earlier than they quoted me as well. It was a surprise to me when they offered to return the rental on my behalf. (Enterprise is located conveniently around the corner.) They also detailed my car as well. Insurance took care of everything, and it was a smooth process overall.Highly recommend shop!

I was amazed by the speed at which they were able to fix my car. Not only did they complete the necessary repairs promptly, but they also provided me with daily updates on the progress.
