Vince was very friendly and inviting. The shop was able to finish an alignment, rotation, and balancing of all four tires for my LX470 in an hour. Which is impressive to me considering the large work load that day. I m glad they allowed me to tow my vehicle there for my own peace of mind after doing a front end suspension overhaul.After the work was done I was provided a document showing my alignment before and after. I am pretty happy it s all up to spec. I will definitely come back here again with my other vehicles when s it s time.

Got a huge screw on my tire. Called AVN and they quickly answered the phone and gave me all the info I needed. Came in to the shop to drop the car but they completed the work much earlier than I expected.New pair of tires, same as OEM, all good, and 0 issues other than a very expensive screw, not their fault.

I suddenly needed 4 new tires and called AVN 10 minutes before closing yesterday and they helped me pick out tires over the phone and ordered them for next day delivery. They told me to come by first thing in the morning and they had them installed by 9am! I've never had such great service from any of the tire shops I've used over the years. I highly recommend them!

I've had truly exceptional experiences with AVN Tires and Alignment! Their team has consistently come to my rescue in challenging situations, addressing everything from simple nail repairs to handling complex issues like punctured tires and complete replacements for both my Honda and Audi vehicles. Remarkably, on one occasion, they even performed a nail repair without charging me a penny. I was so impressed that I enthusiastically recommended them to a friend who owns a Tesla Model 3, and they exceeded all expectations by delivering an outstanding tire replacement service.More recently, my friend encountered a blowout in her Tesla due to road debris, and AVN's rapid and transparent service left me in awe. She promptly had her car towed directly to their facility, and to my amazement, they accommodated the repair without requiring an appointment. I took my car there for a desperately needed alignment. Despite the fact that I didn t buy the tires there, they set up an appointment for me same day, took me earlier than scheduled. They did an excellent job! They even installed a new battery for me! The car drives beautifully now! The price was very good.

This has been my go to tire place in Alameda for the last 5 years. I contacted them through Yelp for a tire repair and was asked to drop by. They plugged and patched the puncture and was out within 30 minutes. There was a noticeable vibration at highway speeds after the repair so I called them up and asked if I could get it rebalanced and they took care of it for me. Always had great customer service with AVN!

These guys are amazing! Took me as a walk up for 2 tire patches. They probably could have charged me for 2 new tires due to my issue (could have exploited my lack of knowledge) but instead worked with me for a more affordable sustainable solution. HIGHLY recommend!

They took care of me, I had a new tire for a boat trailer rim that other places couldn't get air in it to pop on, they put it on within minutes. Great Service!!!

My local auto repair company in Alameda (Engine Works) said I needed new tires and recommended AVN. I had been using another local tire company for many years which was fine, but decided to check out AVN. Went in and got a price for 4 tires. Came back a few hours later to get them installed. Took a half an hour.

They made a very stressful day so much better. I was in and out of there in what felt like 5 minutes. The valve stem on my tire came off and they were able to replace it and get me back on the road in no time, without an appointment. Pricing was more than fair and everyone was so nice and respectful. You can often feel like you're getting taken for a ride when you're a woman dealing with car repairs, but I never felt like they were trying to upsell me on anything and I was given super clear info about what was going on and what needed to happen to fix it and also given a choice about how I wanted the repairs to proceed in terms of parts. If you have a tire issue, I highly recommend AVN Motorsports. I can't imagine going anywhere else now!

Dog, they helped me out with my flat tire in record time! Cool individuals with knowledge about cars to the fullest! Also hooked me up with some coupons to a few spots around alameda to compensate for my time:)

Pulled in to determine if I had a faulty TPMS or puncture right after they opened. Everyone was super friendly and determined a small nail was causing a leak.Unfortunately they didn t have a matching tire in stock, however, they were able to get a full new set of new tires in the same day and I was on my way.This place is super convenient10/10 customer service.

Amazing service and amazing prices. I'm used to going to Costco and waiting 6 hours to get my car. You come to this place and you're in and out within an hour or so it's amazing. You can wait while they fix a flat or change out a rim.

I ve had two tires changed by AVN and they did a good job. This past visit I had a strange experience. I have a Kia Niro and the tire pressure has been lowering gradually in one tire. There are no visible punctures or nails but after putting air in the pressure would eventually start going down. There s apparently a Michelin tire warranty on the tires, but I wanted to double check that it would even apply. I read the warranty info about what was covered, and also noticed they required seeing a Michelin service provider which AVN apparently was (although wanted to check that as well). I stopped in just now, asked about the Michelin warranty and before I could say any more the owner said there is no warranty in a pretty dismissive way. He then asked to see the warranty and when I showed it to him he said yea this doesn t apply to road wear even though I hadn t described what the issue was. When I asked him that he said it doesn t apply to tires that have nails or punctures and I asked how he knew that was my situation since I hadn t shown him my car yet, and he said he assumed it was. What started as me just wanting to learn more and come back to AVN for a third time ended with me mostly concerned that they seemed dismissive and quick to make assumptions about a car they hadn t even seen. I wasn t fixated on using the warranty and wasn t even sure it applied, but either way just made me want to consider a different service center the next time I needed new tires.

Excellent service! Just today, I brought them 4 tires (20 inch) to balance/mount and then do a full alignment on my X3 SUV. Rides sooo nice now. Highly recommend and would definitely go back again. Thx guys!

Can't say enough good things about these guys. I've been frequenting AVN for the past few years. They're the only tire shop in town that has provided consistent high quality service & the best pricing on new tires. Chris, Ish & Ricky are very professional and personable. They won't try to see you anything you don't need. Thanks guys, you have a customer for or life!

Rolled up an hour before closing on a Saturday afternoon with a popped tire. Got me in and out at a fair price in 15 minutes. Like a pit crew.Wish I d had time for a full set but I was running late. Looking forward to buying the rest of the set next week. No wonder they ve got so many stellar reviews.Great job, guys!

Went in to replace a OEM Yokohama tire. New tire already ordered but when inspected my old deflating tire was still in good condition and only had a small nail puncture. They recommended for that to be patched instead. Patching went very quick, only cost me a few dollars & new tire returned without any fuss. Top service from a small garage! Will definitely come back when in need. A+++!

Great fast, efficient service, there is no scratches while mounting and balancing wheels and tires. They provide custom wheel alignment on lowered vehicles and adjust camber/toe etc. to your preferred specs.
