My car was broken in to over the weekend. I was considering safelite but I remember having a bad experience with them in the past. I found American Auto Glass Solution; I message Kru at 4am to my surprise he responded immediately. He was able to do a same day service Kru s the best!!! It took like less than 30mins for him to install my rear windows! I recommend him to family and friends!

Excellent communication, prompt reply and fast service. I contacted Kru on Friday morning and had my new window was installed by Monday morning - the only reason it wasn t installed on the same day I contacted him is because he needed to order the part but the part even arrived a day earlier than he promised and he drove right over to install it! Same day service indeed.Friendly customer service. Thanks Kru!

Amazing service, can't thank American Auto Glass enough!Rock dinged my windshield, my coworker put some adhesive on it (which come to find out is a big no no if you want to repair a crack in a windshield). My insurance sent me to Safelite who refused to repair as it could be a liability as once any adhesive is placed on the damage it could result in further splintering in windshield during repair.As I sat left with no options and feeling terrible. I decided to go on a limb and see local mobile repair companies. I texted American Auto Glass per its website. Within an hour, they texted and called me. They agreed with Safelite had said earlier in the day but they said they could find a workaround possibly. A tech was in the area and within 20 minutes they were at my spot.15 minutes later after arrival, the crack was basically non existent!I paid and they said they would send in the claim to my insurance and I'd receive a reimbursement receipt.Honestly, this was some of the best service I have received in any field in a long time. Fast, friendly, and professional. I know who to use and refer to in the future.

So attentive!! We are from Alameda and every other place we called couldn t fix my window the day my car got broken into but Kru was able to fix it right then and there. Highly recommend his service!

Had my windows broken over the weekend. Called Kru at 9:30am, he called the dealerships to get the right windows, was done by 2pm. Super responsive, had rates better than at least 6 others I spoke with that morning. I hope I never have to do this again, but would definitely say he's the one to get it done for you as seamless as possible if you ever have an unfortunate break in.

Since covid, Kru has changed to a mobile service only. He worked tirelessly to quickly find a replacement window and replace my broken one. He went above and beyond what I would have expected from an auto glass service. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing replacement auto glass!

Kru was the best! I had scheduled the services for the prior day, but I made the mistake of sharing the wrong year for my vehicle, and so of course the window designs were different. He drove from Alameda to Oakland, informed me of my mistake in a very respectful way and offered to come back and fix it the next day for no extra charge. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he maintained a sense of urgency and politeness that I haven t seen in other services around here for a long time. He even helped me with an extra quick fix for a door panel at no extra charge. This man deserves all the best and a big holiday bonus! Rarely leave google reviews but Kru s work and personability are well worth it. Best price, same day on site service, and even went out of their way to get the right glass same day. Called at 8am, both windshield and rear window were repaired before 2pm. Needed a windshield replaced due to a rock strike. The quote from Mercedes was over $2000 and appointments were a week out. Kru did it the next day for $340 for OEM parts and was done in 60 minutes. I had a crack in my windshield and wasn't sure if it needed to be replaced. After looking at yelp reviews, I called American Auto Glass Solutions. Kru asked for a photo of the damage, which I sent. He said it needed to be replaced, and he could do it the very next morning. And he did just that. He showed up on time, removed the damaged windshield and installed a beautiful new one. Can't think of anything bad to say about Kru's service. He's very professional and thorough in explaining the problem with my car's rear window. Not to mention he's extremely quick- I called him at around 10:45am and he was here by noon and the car was done by 12:30. As someone who doesn't know much about car windows, I was glad he took the time to walk me through his process and at a very good rate. Would recommend.

I have used American Auto Glass Solutions 4 times over the last few years (my neighborhood is not the most property friendly.) 4 TIMES!! This is how amazing they are. I will NEVER use another glass repair company again.Kru is my go to technician. Experienced, knowledgeable, fast, fantastic pricing, and super awesome. I ve given his number to friends and they ve all said this company more than exceeds their expectations. I honestly could not ask for better service. I ve always received same day appointments, usually way sooner and way cheaper than I could have dreamed of. It s rare these days to meet hardworking, honest, skilled people these days...if you need glass repair call ASAP (and keep Kru s # in your phone!)

Our rental car got broken into Friday night. Had to find a door glass replacement on a Saturday without being price gouged. The gentleman that came out was fast, courteous, and had great customer service skills! Highly recommend for auto glass replacement in the bay area!

These guys are great! They took my call, placed my order and were very quick to accommodating my schedule. The price was also great! We replaced two windows in two different cars that got broken into. I hope it doesn't happen again, but if it does, these guys are our go to!

Your search for Windshield Replacement ends HERE.This sounds like a paid recommendation but its not. I've looked everywhere and American Auto Glass has the best, quality service with (seriously) great price and value in the East Bay. The customer service is impeccable, and the communication for scheduling with Kru is easy, clear, and thanks to them my windshield looks brand new! They come highly recommended overall.

American Auto Glass services my car when i had my rear window busted by a thief. i was quite impressed with their services that i called them again, this time to replace my windshield which had a nasty crack. The guy is super friendly, offers great service, and reasonable prices (which is why i used them not once..but twice!). I"m glad I found them and will continue using them. These are the go to guys! Stop looking you found them. Called the day before at 5 PM and he quoted a price a couple hundred under anywhere else and they had me scheduled the next day. Kru was amazing! Showed up on time and with a great attitude. Got my front windshield removed and replaced in 30 minutes. No hidden fees just an honest guy. Thanks for everything Kru hope to see you again when I have glass needs. 11 out of 10.

Sent an email message from their website day after Xmas morning looking for a windshield replacement for my Nissan Versa. About an hour later I get a text with an estimate and then "boom" Kru shows up in about an hour at my place and replaces the windshield. Now that is service at a reasonable price. Nice guy too! I highly recommend them. Easy peasy.

Great experience! Searched around for the best quote and found it here. Quick to get my windshield replacement scheduled, was on time and super quick, and very friendly. Hopefully won't need to have this fixed on my car anytime soon, but when I do will absolutely go back.
