Quick and reasonably priced. Grab the coupon online to get a discount off of the service. Attendant was cheerful and greeted me once I got there. I appreciated that he let me know right away how long the wait was so I could decide whether I would stay or not. He got to my car before the 30 mins he had told me and had the test done in about 10 mins. Would definitely go back when I need another smog check.

In a world full of untrustworthy mechanics, finding this shop was like finding a unicorn in a field of donkeys. Robert is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and compassionate. After other shops tried to oversell me on services that I was unsure about, I decided to take my car to Robert for a second opinion. He told me what I actually needed at that time, what could wait, and what I didn't need at all. Failed first time due to bad sensor, came back and he said since I didn't have the original paperwork, he'd have to charge me again. When I asked if he couldn't just look me up he said no, he can only see the last 50 cars. Then while I was looking up other places (there are many, and much cheaper) he decides all he needs to do is call the owner and they can look it up. So then his excuse changes to that I had taken too long to get it fixed and come back, so another $70 please. Which is a high price for a Prius to get smogged anyway. Save yourself the aggravation and money, and choose a better smog shop.

Car wash is OK, self serve. Tall enough for a trailer/small boat. Minimum charge is $6.00 though, they raised prices. The smog is easy, but they don t do appointments and you can t leave your car there to pick up later. Also the guy keeps calling me Bud . It s a fine business, try it to see what you think. But I started going somewhere else closer to my house for smog and cheaper places for a quick wash.

Took my car in for a smog test on my lunch break. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. I really appreciated that. Will definitely be taking my cars there again.

Avoid this place - there are several other establishments within 3 minutes of here that will show up on time and actually fix your car.My experience with Driven has been pretty awful. About a week and a half ago I paid them to fix an issue with the airflow in my engine. About a week later my engine started doing the exact same thing I paid them to fix. I went in to have them look at it and ended up spending over 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up before I finally had to leave. The shop opens at 8am and by 8:35 there was no sign of anyone... So that's a good example of how they run their business here.They never fixed the issue and I ended up having to take the car somewhere else. They also charged me a ridiculous amount of money for an oil change I could've done in my garage for $20.

Overpriced charge at least $100 above market price for battery change, doesn t provide a quote in advance, never calls you, and keeps the car 2 days for battery replacement over promise to inspect the car and doesn t provide any report or suggestions for problems

After using another auto shop for over 20 years, I tried Driven and found that I had been gouged by the other shop I had been loyal to.Robert is very friendly, honest and fair. I recommended him to some neighbors, who in turn referred him.I use him for all my auto repairs, and my 20 yr old car runs like a champ.

Robert at Driven is the best!!!! I dropped my MBZ off to what we thought was going to be replacing the wheel bearings but as he started to examine the car found it was something totally different. He took the time to look (5 days) and then repaired what was actually wrong. And guess what, he only charged me for what was repaired. Awesome! Won't go anywhere else. Thank you.

I always come here. They are the absolute best and super nice and they have fantastic prices. Plus, they are all very honest and really friendly! I'll never go anywhere else (: They helped me out so much when my old car was in the process of giving up on life and now they help me with my new car! Such awesome people!! Thanks guys!

Take a male with you here if youre a female and do some shopping around. They charged me far too much for an oil change and took advantage of my good will. They quoted me at a price then added around 20 dollars worth of add ons after I waited for 15 minutes. Straight up dishonest people with no care for their customers.They didn't even reset the odometer on my car (I had to do it myself) and used an oil type not suitable for my vehicle. Stay away. Far far away.

I need a smog test on my vehicle and wanted something in the area so I looked on the net. The closest was Agoura Lube & Smog Test Only Center. I found a $10.00 off smog test coupon, printed it and headed over. My first encounter was with a man names Moe who was very knowledgeable in vehicles and answered all my questions and gave me advice on upkeep for my vehicle. My vehicle passed and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. Overall I liked the service and I brought my other vehicles there to get tested. I have been there 6 times and no issue what so ever. I will be going back. :)

I've been bringing business and personal vehicles here for a long time and I'm always happy with the service and the results. They're very professional and it stands out! Being treated poorly at other auto places will never happen to me again...cause I won't go anywhere else!

Owner is very rude..yelling at customers.Got their reference as one of the mechanic Victor is awsome and he knows what he is doing.Paid around $1300 to get timing belt, serperntine belt and engine mount replaced couple weeks ago. There was a sound in the engine and I took it back. Mechanic ordered the new serpentine belt as it was in warranty. Got a call from owner they need to replace tensioner as it has a play. I asked tensioner never had play prior to when they replaced the serpentine belt. Owner (Robert) started yelling at phone its an old car and could have play because of normal wear/tear and he does not want to take responsibility for play. What a coincidence that tensioner had to have play exactly the same time after they replaced the belt ?? He did not stop there and kept on saying you don't need to come here again without giving me time to think how to react.Went to pickup car and he gave me $100 bill for belt inspection. I refused and he handed me over another bill right away with $0 that he had printed from before as if he knew how it will play out. The $0 bill was with note they will not service my car anymore :)

I had 3 other places closer to my house turn me away today because they didn t have enough time. So I drove to Driven Smog and he took my car immediately! I was in and out in under 15 mins! 10/10 would recommend coming here first!

I used to go that Smog Check Shop for last 6 years. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Very disrespectful. Response to "Hi Good Morning" IS NOT "Yes" with frowning face with prejudice attitude and gesture and looking down. I rather pay more somewhere else and do not see that kind of face and attitude.I believe in that everything happens for a reason, because of that behavior I found another shop (PAY LESS SMOG CENTER at 31290 La Baya Dr. Westlake Village) with better service, respectful attitude.Customer service is very important. SIMPLE SMILE DOES NOT COST ANYTHING BUT UNNECESSARY PRIDE DOES.

Great place to get a smog check done at a great price! Very friendly and fast service. Will go back the next time I need a smog check, or to wash my car at their self serve bays. I usually do my own oil changes, or I'd probably be back for that too.

I use the manual car wash and vacum,stall 2 at the wash is usually not working and I've lost a quarter or 3 on there archaic coin operated machines but it's a good place to clean your car up for under 5 bucks.

This place sucks, I had a real BMW tech look at my bmw car and told me it was tampered with the electrical that's why the trunk and the lights are not working properly, he ask me if I did the job my self and I told him it was done 10mths ago now , I'm having issues for the result of tampering with the electrical, I'm mad cause it's costing more money to replace all the wires and find the real problem, not cool. I trusted this guy with my ride and it still became a issue.Thank you for your B.S. bro you should of been honest and say I don't know!!

Super convenient location off the 101, hardly any wait for a wash bay, and spectacular results for a very reasonable price. If you're fussy like me and you prefer to wash your car yourself, Driven is a great choice.

After promptly leaving Xpress Smog off of Las Virgenes Rd. in Calabasas for being lectured because his machine has to warm up for 30 minutes and he had to calibrate it, I went to DRIVEN Smog and they were professional and completed my Smog and Evap test not only in 10 minutes, but for $19.99 cheaper than Xpress. I will never go back there even though it's closer to my house because of the quality service Roadside Driven provided. Keep up the good work.

Went in for my smog test today and a Victor was there to help me out. I found a coupon and brought it in. Victor was friendly and quick to help me get in and get out. Because of him I will be coming back for all of my auto needs. Thank you Victor!

They do repairs, also. The main guy, Robert, took good care of us and gave us a fair price for brakes so we went with them.
