Couldn't possible say enough great things about Alex. Always responded to my messages long before I was a customer, super respectful, nice guy, not a arrogant tuner like most on his level are. He cleaned up my 700hp Vs tune and and will be doing my other cars. Thank you Alex!

I love taking my car to New Era Performance.The entire staff are nice and professional. The owner Alex, always tunes my car just right and takes his time explaining the procedure, that way I understand what's going on. He is also honest when it comes to financial transactions. I thought I owed a large dollar amount for the service that was done, however it was much less and "HE WAS HONEST ABOUT IT." Very rare these days!This is the only place I'm taking my ZL1 and future muscle cars!

Absolutely stellar service the guys there are great, Alex went the extra mile asking about an issue he saw and was able to fix it and beyond happy with the device and work they did on my SS ,will be bringing my GMC Prerunner down next for some work

New Era Performance is the shop for anything GM related. Came in for a tune, and Alex had noticed the person who did my headers broke a sensor (was not informed of this). Got a +70 whp gain on this day. Fast forward a couple weeks later, Alex and his team were willing to help install the new sensor. Solid team, worth the money

Highly recommend you see Alex at New Era for all your tuning needs! He s incredibly knowledgeable about all things GM! He installed a twin turbo kit on our Silverado and it has been running smoothly ever since with no problems!

Alex and his team definitely know the high performance game! Extremely knowledgeable. You don't have to worry if they know what they're doing on your modded car or truck. They have built MANY 1000+hp cars and trucks!! Great experience. Thanks again!

says 7pm but often times hes there much later getting things running right. many a 11pm to 2am night we have had there. Couple haters saying "his tuning blew their motors up" BS cant make chicken dumplings out of chicken S#it might want to call your "motor BUilder"

Another truck dead because of these guys. 2 engines and still won t last past 1500 miles. Don t waste your time at there shop .

Was trying to get a vehicle in to get a touch up and all they said was we don t do that cheap work isn t worth our time. Never bringing business here again.
