Thank you SO much for not properly screwing back the oil plug after a routine oil change to find my engine smoking, oil all over the parking lot I was at next & ultimately having to get towed. Honestly this is so amazing of you guys! Cant wait to send you the bill, you absolute idiots.

I have come to this Jiffy Lube for all my car issues the men I see there on a regular basis are fantastic Danny is welcoming and always makes sure I get a good price. This new person who I have never seen since coming names Jose was beyond incompetent he was rude and did not even reset my dashboard message I had to come back and ask the young gentleman with colored eyes to fix it. The store has gone downhill I don t know where all the old crew is at but I WILL NOT be returning.

I recently visited the Jiffy Lube in Agoura Hills and had a disappointing experience. Be aware prices are much higher here than other locations. Complete rip off over charged for a basic oil change, was in & out in 10min. The service was of poor quality, with no attention to customer service. Despite mentioning a possible nail in my tire, they didn't check the tire pressure. Unit I asked if they don t mind checking it, the guy just glanced at my tire. Additionally, there was no mention or offer of additional services. I regret to say that I won't be returning to this location due to the horrible service I received especially that they were not even busy. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall service quality.

Jose greeted me immediately as I drove in. Service was so quick, so easy and so professional! I love that I did not have to get out of my car! I Highly recommend Jiffy Lube In Agoura Hills, Ca!

The staff was very helpful but the pricing was a bit misleading. I was told there was something to do with a tire rotation on my invoice when I paid but to disregard it. Even with that, my synthetic oil change was still 50% more expensive than what I pay at competitors and that was AFTER a $25 off coupon. Happy with the service on my vehicle but disinclined to return to this business.

Terrible service, here s why:1) when I got there there was absolutely no workers or customers at the shop. I waited 5 minutes and then got out of the car to look around, and only then did 3 workers come out from another building. 2) the quoted me one price and then, when they saw in my records that I took 7 gallons of oil they requoted me. 3) I had to ask if they checked the filter inside the glove box. No they hadn t. And yes it was filthy, so I approved the new filter for the ridiculous sum of $60. 4) when I left I realized they had not replaced the sticker telling me when my next oil change is due.

Paul the CSA was awesome, checked all my fluids and advised me on the health of my vehicle. He went above and beyond, very good experience. I will be returning because of the customer service and trust I have with him. The other techs were also very helpful. Great store!

This location is overpriced and a rip off. Quoted me $165 for just an oil change. When I asked that is price gauging they stated that s our prices. Beware of this place. Go to Firestone instead. Their prices are reasonable and have great coupons and service.

Got a flat on the freeway I drove up 30 minutes prior to closing and a nice gentleman quickly patched it for me and got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. He even put air on the rest of the tires as well super nice!!! Thank you

I was told, after inspection, that I needed an air filter and cabin filter. I agreed to the air filter but the cabin filter I turned down. When I told the technician, he was upset. I asked him politely if he could just knock off some of the dirt by hitting it on the ground softly once or twice. He refused. After that, he installed the cabin filter again, but left half of my glove compartment contents on the passenger floor. He was very rude and didn't put the items back that he removed from my glove compartment after I told him I didn't want to replace that part at this time. I guess he was upset he loss the sale but he should have put things back the way he found them. Half the glove box was now on the floor.

I always feel like I can never trust Jiffy Lube. I usually try and avoid it. Unfortunately, this time was necessary and I received three different prices. After asking why, taxes were able to get knocked off and the price miraculously came down $5.Probably the last time I ll visit a jiffy lube. Prices are always different and employees seem to up-charge when they want and also seem untrustworthy

Service was excellent and quick. When I arrived there was no line,. I stayed in my car while the oil was changed. Then the technician walked me through resetting the change oil light on the dashboard. I recommend this business.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This is the best Jiffy Lube location. The staff is very nice and respectful. I would definitely continue to go there but a change has happened on a larger policy.Jiffy Lube corporate policy now gives you no free top offs. Limiting to one or two after an oil change is fine but no top offs at all is not a great policy for the company. This isn t the fault of this location as it is a company wide/corporate policy apparently but it was a big reason I liked Jiffy Lube above other oil change centers. Due to the new policy however, I may need to find another place to get my oil changed. I am really disappointed because I loved this location.

Extremely fast (didn t even have to leave the truck), guys were polite, and with Jiffy Lube s $25 gift card discount it was even affordable. Good job!

I went in for a car inspection. They were quick and efficient. The employees were in the younger side so there is always improvement for professionalism. Overall, it was a good experience.

I have gotten my truck serviced here multiple times. It has always been a great experience. Always for an oil change. This time I needed rear brakes. They did it in under two hours, checked the fluids, airs, and topped off my oil. Couldn't be happier. Ask for Luis. he's the best!!!Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

The gentleman named Daniel , I believe was the manager at my visit definitely professional him and one other gentleman or working pretty busy pace and Daniel made it a priority to help me with a quick tire change even though he was checking tires currently on a vehicle and got me in and out With a mini being a previous Jiffy Lube employee I would say is customer service was outstanding good on that gentleman and his for helping me while I was out on a work trip Far from home.Service: Tires

This jiffy lube charged $62 dollars in labor for a 15 minute oil change. The other jiffy lube on TO boulevard charges $17 in labor. Don t go here.

I bring my fleet vehicle to this location for routine service but I prefer to go to another service provider for my personal vehicles.My 3 star is for the customer service, it s not that good. I get it, it s a oil change shop by the freeway but just a few hours a month in customer service training would go along ways here.

I trust this Jiffy Lube with all my car's service needs. I don't feel any upsell, the prices are much less than the dealer and I don't have to wait in a long queue or make an appointment. I made a 1 PM appointment, it was confirmed. I get there and they tell me they don't take appointments and that there's a two hour wait. I am owed something for my time and frustration. This was at your store in Agoura Hills California.
