This RV store is a reliable place to purchase an RV, and they follow through on their promises. My only issue was with the salesperson, who was retired from a different career and lacked extensive knowledge about RVs. He was helpful until after the sale was made, then seemed to disappear. However, after reaching out to the general manager with my concerns, they promptly addressed them, which was reassuring. It's essential for them to have salespeople who understand motorhomes and can fulfill their promises. The positive aspect is that Coast RV Center did honor their word. Would I consider buying another RV from them? Possibly. I felt like they didn't take our purchasing intentions seriously, especially considering our potential for buying a higher-priced rig in the future. It seemed as if they didn't value our return business. Additionally, I sensed a hint of racism, as my husband is Hispanic. However, I must commend the general manager and upper management for treating us well and addressing our concerns promptly. The staff at the facility could improve in terms of honesty and respect towards customers, hence the four-star rating. The four stars are primarily attributed to the management's integrity and follow-through, which I truly appreciate.

Thank you for taking great care of my rig! Carolyn, Larry, Deb, and Robin were wonderful to deal with. Right on top of service and communication with me throughout the process. Made it a pleasurable experience.

Came here to get some plumbing repairs on my motorhome. They were really fast, did a good job, and were fair in pricing. Definitely recommend.

I have been bringing my RV to Coast RV for 10 years. They are very nice, fair, and they do a great job!They can add solar, lithium batteries, and fix anything in your RV, and as a long time RV owner, many thinks will need fixing.

Coast RV helped me out with my lance truck camper. They added a solar panel, fixed a tear in the rear pop out tent on my lance 830, replaced carbon monoxide detector and added a fan in bathroom with fantastic fan vent and sealed my roof.They are a little pricey but they got the work done.Would have been 5 stars but they unplugged my fridge while doing electrical work and I had to figure out why my 3 way fridge wasn't working after I left there repair facility. Just unplugged so I figured it out and plugged it back in. Simple oversight on their part. But staff is very friendly and helpful.

Larry is awesome. Even AAA trusted him so much he was able to start my insurance work on my fifth wheel right away. They did amazing work, it was like I was never in an accident. I recommend anyone in the area to work with him. Above all, he is honest and been trusted for 35 years. Stoked to have him local.

I have nothing but good things to say about everyone here. I've purchased products and had services performed . They have always been prompt and stood by their word. They have a nice showroom with lots of parts. If you have an RV of any kind this is your place. I will not hesitate to bring my coach back as needed.

We are new to RV living and working with someone you can trust, on a vehicle this complex, is essential.Everyone at Coast has gone out of their way to help us and they ve done excellent work. Their advice has been terrific!!I know exactly where our RV will go for any of its future needs.Thanks for everything!!Chad and Windy

From the first phone call I knew this was going to be the right place for us. We had sustained some body damage in the back of our Tiffin 35QBA. Caroline (sp?) was knowledgeable and easy to speak with. She returned phone calls and emails promptly. They worked quickly getting insurance approval. She said that the repairs would take two weeks. I was SHOCKED! Mike Thompson had my coach for warranty work for 6 weeks and did nothing but damage the inside. When we picked our coach up it was gorgeous. Better than new. We will definitely return for regular maintenance.

They said their insurance won't let them work on RVs older than 2005. Last time they were able to, they did decent work but took a long time. We go elsewhere now

Very friendly and competent service..... Mark is the go-to tech and he's down to earth explaining what's needed.. Carolyn and Larry, Owner's , are right there at the place and extremely welcoming, grateful for your business...Call for an appointment.. these guys are extremely busy ... And, in demand due their superior customer service....You will not be disappointed with their fair prices and attention to detail.

I use to have great experience dealing with Coast RV. Not so much any more. Had problems the last 2 times I went there. Poor communications. lack of ownership when they made mistakes and rudeness of owner. After 30 years going there I will not be back.

This is a great RV repair shop. Just down home good natured people. Does anyone know if it survived the three oaks fire??? I ve been calling and can t get through.

The guy at Coast RV are very professional and curious!However it is hard to get an appointment (thay are booked a few months in advance) and the price is usually expensive.Thay have a detailed parts department.
