This was my 1st time there, smh! People pay attention to your vehicles. Examine it before getting it serviced. I paid for a balance and tire rotation and an oil change to come up to 118.00. However, the balance of the tires was not done, the fluid checks were not done, I needed antifreeze and windshield washing fluid, and neither one of those was filled! When I picked up my car I had to tell the tech that these things was low on fluids on top of that my tires was not rotated and balanced my wheels was dirty and that was no handprints and my gauges was reading the same like before I dropped it off no pressure increase. It teaches me that you really can't trust people, so do their job correctly. Everybody is trying to cut corners, which is sad when you pay $118 for services.

It's a pretty decent place,alittle pricey for the service department, but can't really fault them when everything cost 3 times as much.the service was pretty good,and pretty quick considering it was the day before Thanksgiving and fairly busy. Will go back there for my next services on my car

Broke down on the freeway. Towed to the nearest Chevrolet dealer which was Bull Motors. They did everything they could to get us back on the road. They got the part shipped in as fast as possible. Great job. Great people!

I had such an easy, pleasant experience purchasing my new yukon from bull motors. I ordered in May and was pleasantly surprised when it came in a short 6-7 weeks later. The transaction process was painless with no hiccups. Best of all, every employee I encountered was overly friendly and helpful!

Best personal touch you could ever ask for. Everyone knows you by name and treats you like family and good friends! Bull motor has the best management team in both sales and in service! Loyal to their customers which makes the customers loyal to them! Great folks!!!

I went to the dealership to get an oil change on my 2022 GMC Terrain that I purchased from them. The experience was great. My appointment was at 9:30 am and I got their slightly late...arrived at 9:35pm. I was in and out in less than 2 hours with 4 other customers ahead of me!

Our car was actually damaged on their lot while waiting for service, they went over and above to repair and service it quickly. All the employees there are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly no matter if your there to purchase a vehicle or get one worked on, we enjoy doing business with this dealership and are thankful to have them in our area.

My truck was in the shop after breaking down on the highway on my way through Arkansas from Oklahoma, headed home to North Carolina. These folks were friendly and efficient. I couldn't have broke down and been delayed for 5 days, in a better town. Great customer service!

I don't remember the entire experience, but I felt like I was often led to believe my car would be fixed on a certain day only to find in the evening the date changed. I think my last conversation was with a guy in service who told me they forgot to order a part, which I think he said they had then. He said it would take 5 minutes to put it on and I would get my car the next morning. Later the next evening I was told my car was not ready because they were waiting on a part (So, the part was there on Thursday and gone on Friday.) On Friday, was told it would be ready Saturday, but when I called on Saturday the part was not there, but was expected to arrive Monday (holiday) and a crew would be there 1/2 day and would have it repaired Monday. At that point, I was having trouble getting rides so I picked my car up Saturday and asked to be called when the part arrived. Today is Wednesday, so I called to get an update on the part. I am waiting on a return call to get the update. The staff was friendly/pleasant, my only issue was with inaccurate information about repair timelines.

I had some recall work done. It took a while to get an appointment. While I was there I did order a couple of latches from the parts department. They were short handed but took very good care of my needs.

I don't feel like the vehicle was driven after service for quality, because It doesn't drive like it should. still feeling shakes and hard shifts. What a let down after such a bill.

The staff at Bull Motors are very caring and helpful. I have never witnessed any unkindness toward anyone, and I have been coming here for 20 plus years. They treat each other well and their customers. I appreciate everyone at Bulls and I know I will continue to receive the care I expect from them. Patience should always a two way street. They work hard for us, so we can be safe on the road. Thank You.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Honestly, I used to have my car serviced somewhere besides the dealership, but because the process was so fast and easy and I know my car will have quality service, I will use the dealership every time from now on!

Worst place I ever been to. Lady with short hair at the customer service desk will talk about coworkers in front of you, or she ll go off somewhere else while you just stand there and wait. I never had to wait 2 damm days for my car about 1 single tire. They never changed my theft mode so I have to always do the extra mile just for my car to turn on. Don t go here. Just go to Forrest city or somewhere else. They tax too much also for a mechanic job
