If you re visiting Pine Bluff and wanting a nice, clean , safe place to stay right off the expressway ,this is the spot. We were in town for my Grandmothers funeral and didn t want to drive back and forth from Little Rock so I came upon this hidden gem.This hotel is located in White Hall just minutes away from Pine Bluff. It has large spacious rooms equipped with everything you need if you don t want to eat out. The gym has great equipment and a water filtration system. Lastly , Rhonda checked us in and she had exceptional customer service. She made us feel welcome and made sure we knew all the amenities of the hotel. I definitely recommend staying here.

White Hall's TownePlace still has the new smell. The rooms are pretty roomy. I could deduct stars, but chose not to. Instead, I will give the cons of our stays:*Stay 1: The system switched us rooms. I booked one style of room, but the system switched without our approval. The room we stayed in was nice, but had slight issues, with the finishing touches. The bathroom's light switch was extremely crooked. The bathroom's sprinkler did not fit properly and had a huge gap. For a brand new hotel, I expected better finishing touches, instead of careless/sloppy ones. Before checking out, I made sure that the system didn't change stay #2 without our approval, and the system did.*Stay 2: We returned to the same hotel a few days later. When booking, the room description said we would have an oven. WRONG! We were traveling with our Thanksgiving dinner, so we had to have the oven. The front desk moved us to a different room. The room was the exact room as stay #1.We encountered hiccups, really at no fault to the hotel (but on corporate). Some would deduct stars, but the front desk resolved the hiccups.If passing through White Hall, stay here! Hands down, it is the best/newest hotel in the area!

What an awesome hotel!! Everything about it was perfect - it is in a safe well-lit location, across the parking lot from a nice steakhouse. It is so clean and well-maintained, and the hotel room far exceeded my expectations with a full kitchen! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful - I believe it was Rhonda who was so nice at check in, and at check out Ericka the manager was so kind and helpful. It was wonderful to see such attention to details throughout the hotel, and with the friendliness of the staff and all of the amenities, I look forward to staying again when traveling through Arkansas!

Title: Disappointing Housekeeping and Noisy Neighbors Ruined Our StaysMy family and I recently had two separate stays at Townplace Suites, Whitehall one week apart. Unfortunately, both experiences left us feeling disappointed and frustrated.During our first stay, we were shocked to find a condom wrapper on the floor of our room. This was a clear indication that the housekeeping staff had not thoroughly cleaned the room before our arrival. It was an unpleasant and unhygienic discovery that immediately tainted our perception of the hotel's cleanliness standards. We reported the issue to the front desk, and they assured us that they would address the problem. However, this incident left us questioning the attention to detail and overall cleanliness of the hotel.Hoping for a better experience during our second stay, we were dismayed to find that the hotel staff or their friends were having a party right under our window. The noise levels were unbearable, and it continued late into the night, making it impossible for us to get a good night's sleep. We called the front desk to complain, but it seemed like our concerns were not taken seriously. The lack of action from the hotel staff to address the noise issue was extremely disappointing and showed a lack of consideration for their guests' comfort.On a positive note, the hotel's location was convenient, and the front desk staff were generally polite and helpful, except for their lack of action regarding the noise complaint.In conclusion, our two stays at Townplace Suites were marred by poor housekeeping and inconsiderate people. The condom wrapper left from a previous stay was a clear indication of the hotel's lack of attention to cleanliness, while the noise disturbance caused by the staff or their friends was unacceptable. We hope that the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

Room and hotel and people all very nice, clean.1 star rating because there is no water pressure. There is so little water coming out of shower head, you literally have to turn in circles to rinse off. Hotel blames it on the city. Check other reviews and you will see this is a recurring complaint. All three people in my group, all different rooms all had same complaint

This is by far one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. I always pull the linen back on the bed as soon as I get inside my room. The bed was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming when I arrived on April 13th. I really enjoyed the hot breakfast the following morning before checking out. The staff was pleasant and the manager arrived while guests were eating and made it a point to speak to everyone. Think her name was Ericka, on the name bag. I will definitely be back and will recommend my family and friends to stay here.Safety: I felt safe and the area was well lite.

I was pleasantly surprised as I turned off the highway, I spotted the bright lights immediately. Arriving late after a long day of traveling, the location was well lit and the property is beautiful. Grabbing food was a breeze as there were many choices of restaurants, shops, convenient stores, fast food etc. My check-in, I was greeted with a smile and friendly service. My Children and I stayed in room 209!! CLEAN, FRESH, SMOKE-FREE , COMFORTABLE, SPACIOUS I Must mention it exceeded my expectations, as the Linen was all White! During my stay 4/12/2023 -4/16/2023 the Lobby, Outside Patio, Breakfast Area was also Clean and maintained constantly as I noticed throughout my stay. Everything was just so Clean and Professional, from the Manager to the staff!! To the manager Ericka Reams, I am also a business traveler from Atlanta, Georgia and your hotel should be the standard in quality, cleanliness an comfort.. I will be back!Rooms: SPACIOUS, CLEAN & COMFORTSafety: The LocationFood & drinks: Great Restaurant next to property!!Noteworthy details: Professionalism and Cleanliness!!!

This place is phenomenal. Erica the G.M is AMAZING. Our reservations were cancelled due to are flight being delayed by a day. But when I tell you she went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were able to check in early, she took care of everything. New reservation, and offered us breakfast as we waited. Breakfast staff was awesome, plenty of delicious choices, place is SUPER clean. Rooms are huge with everything you need for a weekend or longer stay. Work out are and THEY DO HAVE A POOL. Clean pool nice area to Sun. They also have a small convient store on site. Nice clean spacious rooms, stove refrigerator and microwave. Cookware and dishes. and awesome price.Rooms: Huge rooms.Nearby activities: Railroad museum.Noteworthy details: Hospitality, and Erica was so sweet.

Room: 5 Amenities: 3 Customer service: 1 A day before arrival my co worker who is lifetime titanium was told his room was ready for early check in tomorrow. Upon arrival to the hotel none of our rooms were ready (3 of us at 11AM) and we were told since it s privately owned the policy states 1PM check in. No reason to complain but we went and grabbed food and came back at 1.Rooms are new and expected to be new. They come with a two stove top burner, full fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. They also include all of the utensils needed to make whatever you desire.Breakfast is decent the usual eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. there are two propane grills outside with utensils, and seasoning.The laundry machines were out of service and when in service only accepted quarters at the cost of $3.00 for washing and $3.00 for drying. Which is absolutely outrageous. Co workers sink fell through the counter and wasn t fixed for three days. No smoking butt cans around the premises so there were cigarettes all over the place. Televisions didn t work.I do give credit to Shay for being the only person with outstanding customer service skills. She deserves the utmost praise and promotion within the Marriott brand.

Since White Hall is such a small place, I wasn't sure what to expect regarding accommodations when my job brought me to the area. I'm really glad to have found this place. The hotel is well located, and kept very clean, inside and out. I have also found the staff to be helpful, friendly and accommodating during my stay.I would recommend a stay here to anyone coming to the area for business or pleasure, and I would definitely come back again.

We were pleasantly surprised by White Hall's accommodations during our visit to the area. The hotel's cleanliness and convenient location exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or pleasure and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Honest Al here. This hotel was clean and compact. Their hot breakfast was decent. (Waffles, eggs, sausage biscuits, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, and tea.) The fitness center was above average. Room was nice and clean and capable for extended stays. Pool was outside.

Location was great! Pricing was excellent and the hotel staff were nice.Disliked � Continental breakfast was a little weak in regards to variety. Also, it was pretty early and the food was gone. We asked for items to be replenished. We were told no because that was what they had for the day?!

This hotel made me feel so safe! It was so lite up and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful and kind. There is a great steakhouse next door in walking distance! The manager was very apologetic and accommodating for a glitch in the computer system. I would highly recommend!! I will be back if ever traveling through the area again. The service was terrible. I check in at about 10:30 Thursday night 5-25-23, on a discount rate ( my sister works for the company). I presented my form and was checked in at that rate. Tracy the lady on morning called my room, and said I would have to pay the regular rate. I went to talk to the general manager, and she proceeded to tell me that since they were having a problem with some of the people in Pine Bluff, using a discounted rate, they don t except the discounted rate. I asked why did they let me book it, and why did they check me in at that rate. She also said it raised a red flag when two of the same last names was check in (my sister). I asked what do that have to do with anything, but since she wants to know we re here for a family reunion on memorial Day weekend. She was very smart saying the owner has a right to say whatever rates he wants to except. I feel discriminated against because she also says don t nobody else have them right. We found out they are letting a lot of people at the rate, which is crazy to be told this.The next morning, I m standing behind a lady that s a veteran, and fought for our country, and don t forget it s memorial day weekend. She had all her information and her military badge, but Tracy told her she couldn t check in. The lady said why? Tracy told her because they don t work on the weekends. I shook my head. The lady said we do, then I said right, they call them weekend warriors. Tracy got mad and told me to shout up, and I m just mad because she change my rate. I told her I just need my room cleaned. These people are unprofessional.. what

We have lived on the road and in hotels the past 6 months and this is probably my favorite location. The room was amazing and the amenities were perfect. We typically have to find a gym everywhere as hotel gyms lack when it comes to working out but this gym worked out well. Then there was the staff, they were friendly and remembered my name when I went down to check out. Can t wait to come back in a few weeks.

I was disappointed with the hotel. However The employees are wonderful and no complaints whatsoever regarding them the owners are NOT. The rooms were cheaply put together and the cabinet in the bathroom fell off the hinge . The toilet paper was so thin it s ridiculous . The breakfast was filling at best and not a lot of options ..I ve contacted this property several times asking about my package that was delivered and they aren t responding. According to the tracking number my package was delivered to this hotel so someone has my property and won t respond to my request . I would not recommend this property for anyone .. owners are trying to squeeze every penny and it definitely shows how cheap they are !!! Horribly run property!!!Food & drinks: Only one decent sandwich cafe but no other options unless you travel to Little Rock .

Had an awesome experience at this hotel. Liz , the breakfast lady, stepped up and assisted me, without hesitation while I was stressed out, she made sure I had breakfast and coffee with the sweetest of attitudes. I also want to say Natanya and Shea were wonderful to work with and both did it with smiles. The maintenance guy, Dontae, also stepped up and assisted me and again had a smile. Can't say enough great things about my stay here and will definetly recommend this hotel.

By FAR THE BEST!!! From walking through the hotel entrance to the room, the CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCEEDED 5 stars!!! Carmen and the other front desk clerk welcomed me with smiling faces and a glow of energy all while checking in SEVERAL Entergy workers due to the winter storm. I will ALWAYS recommend people to this BEAUTIFUL hotel!!!!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great pillows. The staff here make this place top notch. Very great group of people. This is the only place I will stay at when visiting White Hall.
