The attendant was friendly, and did a good job prepping my car as I entered the wash. He later came out and asked me if my car got clean enough. I am also very happy about the window cleaner, and the armor all that you provide along with cleaning towels. Every time I come to Whitehall, AR, I take my car to TAKE 5!

Had a voucher that I could not get to work. The attendant was super patient with me. He helped me out and got me fixed right up. Very courteous, helpful, and accomodating. And the vacuums actually work well here compared to other places in town.

Horrible experience The Young Man at the pre wash station appeared to be tired or just didn't care. My car still had bugs on the front grill. The washer half cleaned my car. Once I went through the wash. Plus, the dryer didn't blow the car dry. The machines need to be serviced ASAP.

The managers and the worker there on the morning of Thursday, February 29 were absolutely horrible. I pull up and my barcode is not working. It s the second time that they replaced it. She scanned it says I had no package. I pulled up my phone and showed my credit card receipt where I had paid for my package like I have every month. She asked me if I wanted to pay again And would not let me through the manager came out would not let me through made me back up and go against the wrong way in traffic, and endangered my safety by going the wrong way on the road by not letting me through then he recorded at me because I did have words with him all well deserved,!

This place has great customer service and my car always come out really clean. I like the way my tires shine. Did I mention the vacuums are free of charge!

I pulled in to get a quick car wash and their card machine was down and I didn t have cash on me but I was allowed to go on through the carwash. The people at this carwash are great and I have always had nothing but wonderful, friendly service here!

Manager Keshun was very resourceful. He explained how everything worked and even assisted me with my wife car. Great car wash. Noticed that all the Take 5 car washes are having technical problems with the systems. Still a great overall wash quality wise and great customer service.

Manager convinced me to upgrade to unlimited washes the day I came! I believe he said his name was Keshun. Car came out very clean and the detail center was very helpful. I will definitely be back and hopefully the nice manager will be there again.

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. THIS IS A RIP OFF. FIRST AND LAST TIME. PAID 27 BUCKS FOR NOTHING. CAR WASN'T CLEAN. THE PERSON WORKING. THE GATE TOLD ME. IF I HAD PRECLEANED MY CAR. IT WOULD BE CLEAN. TWO OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAINEDSAID IT WAS THE COLOR OF MY CAR. THE REASON. IT DIDN'T GET COMPLETELY CLEAN. TOLD ME AGAIN. TO PREWASH AT HOME THEN COME IN. ASK IF IT WOULD SCRATCH RIMS. HE SAID I CANT PROMISE NOTHING. DO YOU WANT CAR OR NOT. NEVER AGAIN. IF I HAVE TO PREWASH MY CAR. WHAT AM I COMING THERE FOR. A BIG DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. MAKE SURE I LET. EVERYONE I KNOW A MAJOR RIP OFF. PRAY FOR THIS PLACE. WORK TO HARD TO BE DONE THIS WAY.

This place has really gone downhill. They used to use a brush on the front grill, windshield and back of car. Now nothing! Also, once inside the wash, not all brushes come out and work. Guess we will be canceling our service.

Keyshon is extremely customer focused and kind. He s a hands-on, quality representative for Take 5 Car Wash. The car wash itself did a decent job on my truck, it left a few unwashed areas along the passenger side. They do have a cart with towels to wipe down your vehicle after it comes out of the wash. They also provide on the same cart, glass cleaner and interior cleaner in spray bottles, along with towels to use for that purpose as well. When I was there, a nice female employee let us use a bottle of tire shine as well. I love the complimentary vacuums with unlimited use with a wash. Makes it easier not having to try and beat a timer while vacuuming out the truck. Will be back for sure.
