I have reported multiple issues with my vehicle that was purchased brand new from this dealership and there has been no resolve. I will not make another purchase from this location. As a customer, our safety is our utmost concern.

I Love me some Smart Honda...they always give me excellent customer service in my Lil Honda Civic.... Mrs.Kristy and service department always makes sure my car maintenance is done right and they always give me a courteous call the next day to make sure everything went good with my car maintenance I had done. I appreciate all the workers in the Honda department they are always friendly and helpful. This is the best car service. I couldn't ask for a better car service department. I miss my friends Mr.David and Jesse they were nice too. I'm gone miss Mr.David egg rolls. Now those were some good egg rolls.

Great experience buying a new to me car yesterday. Everyone friendly and patient. I came in for a specific car, but some one else was also interested. They did not pressure me. They suggested a different couple of cars, while still waiting patiently for me to make up my mind. I went for another car ... liked the price and the car itself even better. Thankful for good assistance while everyone being respectful and doing the right thing. I was "first", and they honored that. Really happy.

While driving our Civic on a two day trip we hit a large truck tire tread on the highway. The lower engine cover plate was damaged and dragging on the road. We took the first exit for the next town, and unbeknownst to us Smart Honda was located at the bottom of ramp.We pulled in and asked the service dept. if they had an opening that day so we could get back on the road. In less than thirty minutes we were back on the highway for a total cost of $15 to cover replacing several broken clips.If this is the treatment given to out of state travelers, imagine how they treat their regular customers!Kudo's to the lady service advisor and mechanic that went above and beyond to help total strangers.

Stan was absolutely wonderful to work with. Above and beyond customer service. This was my second purchase from this dealership and certainly the most fun I ve had buying a car. Great folks including the finance guy (sorry I forgot his name) and everyone that was there when I got my Pilot!!!Chris (in the service department) is always so friendly and has a wonderful sense of humor. His customer service is off the charts amazing!

I'm new to the area and made an appointment to have my oil changed . It was my first visit to this location and the service advisor checked me in . I was sitting in the waiting area and he (Chris) came to me with paperwork in his hand and told me girl you forgot to sign this. Once I was done completing the paperworkI took it back to him and told him that I was offended and didn't appreciate him calling me girl. I'm a new customer here and this is how you talk toand treat your customers. I told him that he can call me by my name. He tried to clean it up with an apology but the damage was already done with two of his co-workers in the area. I asked to speak to a manger which I did but the guy in the front office wasn't much help in the matter as if he didn't care but did hear what I had to say. He did tell me he would talk to him. I stood outside the dealership to wait and see if he was going to talk to him but at that time he didn't. I was told that he was new, but that shouldn't excuse Chris's behavior toward me as a customer and a new customer. I'm not sure if this dealership email you a survey after your appointment to see how things went because I never received a survey or phone call. I was given poor customer service.I would recommend that Chris gets customer service training!

Absolutely loved our experience at Smart Honda in White Hall! Everyone was so kind and worked with us from the time we pulled up to the time we drove off the lot (almost 2 hours after they were supposed to close). I highly recommend them for your next purchase. Tell Lacey I sent you!

John James is excellent. He took care of us and helped us find exactly what we wanted! He also helped our daughter get exactly the car she wanted right down to the seat color! Reasonable prices and kind staff!

My key would not turn to start my car. I took the ignition out and borrowed my mother s van and headed to smart. When I arrived the service manager rebuilt the cylinder with new tumblers and springs. I was headed back home in a little over an hour. I was very pleased with the quality of the service, and the timely manner in which The job was completed. I m sure my mother was pleased too, she only lost her van for an afternoon. It could have been a couple days or more. I highly recommend smart Honda in Whitehall Arkansas.

Super disappointed in my experience at this dealership. I drove an hour to see a vehicle that was listed on market place. Was told they would charge the air conditioning because it wasn't working and guaranteed that it comes with a 30day guarantee so if it goes out again they would back it and fix it. The next day I drove back with a cashiers check. Was told they was detailing the vehicle and it would be ready for me when I arrived. When I got there it was never detailed. Was told the 30 day guarantee would not be put in writing but I could buy a warranty... me n my children were very disappointed to say the least this dealership was extremely disappointing and don't treat their customers with respect.

Stan was very kind and helpful during my visit. He was able to get me the price I needed in the car that I wanted with low monthly payments that fit my budget! I m very happy with this dealership and would definitely recommend them if you re looking for a high quality preowned car

Stan was a real pleasure to work with and made our whole experience simple and stress free. We really appreciated the fact he wasn't pushy and gave us our space to make our decision. He was honest with us on pricing and is the type of guy where a handshake agreement actually means something. We will absolutely do business with Stan and Smart Honda again.

I went into Smart Honda Service Department requesting they take a look at one of my tires since it kept losing air. Come to find out, the treads on all four tires needed to be replaced. With the help from Kristie, Service Advisor, she suggested the tires I needed. Kristie's customer service is top notch! She stayed in touch with me from the time my tires were ordered, on tires arrival date, & scheduled date for replacing tires. Also, a big thank you to Jimmy for providing transportation. I highly recommend....so if you drive a Honda & need assistance with your vehicle, stop by Smart Honda.

They were very friendly, car was taken into the bay within 15 minutes of arriving. They had several customers , and the waiting rooms were full ! Service was great! They were very thorough, and even advised me that I need a timing belt because the age of my car . I would highly recommend them to my friends and anyone that sees this post!

I was hesitant about buying a new Honda but the staff members at Smart Auto quickly put all my anxiety to rest.They were awesome, amazing, courteous and best of all, fun. Erica and Braden made my sure my purchase was fast and pain free! I love my new Passport. Plan to see them soon, tell them Precious sent you. You will not be disappointed.

My experience was fantastic. I love the dealing Braden and Snyder. They have always been my go to guys. I find what I want on the website, give one of them a call and the next day everything is waiting for me. I come sign papers and I'm off. That type of service is so hard to find. I commend everyone at Smart because of their professionalism and personalisation to each and every client.

Lowered quoted trade in price by $2,000 when we arrived with vehicle. Never got our check by mail for trade in value and had to go back to dealership to have another issued. Johnny at Honda does not communicate with his team which caused a lot of problems. He also is very arrogant and says he will do everything he can to help so long as it doesn t change his bottom line income, then he can t help you. After agreeing on price for new vehicle, we received paperwork that had a price almost $1,000 higher than we agreed. We were told Honda forced them to modify the vehicle and there was nothing they could do about it. This was after we had already traded our car to them and they had already sold our car. We were never informed of this increase until we went to sign paperwork weeks later after agreeing to the first price. I ve made multiple purchases from Smart Honda in the past with great results however, looks like changes in staffing have cause a lot of new issues. I would steer clear of Johnny if at all possible.

I will tell you that Smart Honda sure has been good to me. A blessing that happened just yesterday. Kristie McCurley who works at Smart Honda was amazing to me.I am a single mom, run a farm and private school, and there was no way for me to get my vehicle to Smart Honda yesterday. She had called and said they were having a slowday and could service my van and put new tires on it that day. Because of my circumstance, she drove to my home herself. (I live in the woods!) She left me a vehicle, took my van, they fixed me all up and then she brought it back to me! I m not sure Smart Honda knows just how much this helped me in so many ways. It was also a very stormy and rainy day. They are always kind, caring, and compassionate to me. I WILL be using them for my next vehicle because I trust them and know they care.Thank you Smart Honda for just being kind and a dealership I can trust! Kimmie Williamson

Smart Honda deserves more than five stars! I have gotten to know the General Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Manager and one of the Salesman. They were the most helpful, honest and upfront about all transactions and decisions that we made. I am a return customer and was treated even better this time. In many current organizations service seems to be lacking and getting worse but not with Smart Honda. To my amazement they are only getting better in time. My family and I will be returning. Thanks for the new Honda CRV. Exactly what we ordered and more!

I had a great experience here . I did everything over the phone/online after making a decision on the vehicle that I wanted. They worked to get me the best deal they possibly could for my trade in and to get the note that I wanted. I am so excited about my new vehicle and look forward to working with them again. The only reason they don t get 5stars is because they forgot to put gas in my vehicle,but they had no problem correctly their error . I was out before 2 hours ! Definitely a record compared to my other vehicle shopping experiences .

I arrived at my scheduled appointment and was greeted by friendly staff. The part was replaced and I was on my way in less that 30 minutes. I am very pleased with the customer service. Each time I ve visited Smart Honda I ve encountered the same quality care and friendly atmosphere.

This is the second CR-V that I ve bought from Smart Honda. Just as I expected it was a very pleasant experience. Lacey and Braden were extremely helpful and patient with me. They really taught me a lot about the hybrid version and the features of the car before I left, which I was grateful for. Braden was also helpful with financing options that helped me get the payment I wanted. If there were more than 5 stars I would definitely rate them higher!! Love my new CRV and the folks at Smart Honda!!

My experience with Smart was terrible.... I paid $850 and 3 different trips for my air to be fixed all for the part they said needed to be replaced was indeed not the part that I needed... the manager told me that my rear blower motor shorted out my climate Control unit but was not true... they didn't offer anything to make it right so basically screwed me over... I suggest taking vehicle anywhere but Smart!

Great service as always but this visit was slow, my pre-scheduled oil change took 4 hours. They said they were overbooked and understaffed. Thankfully they have free coffee and wifi so was able to get some work done. Otherwise very satisfied and will always trust Smart with my Honda.

So grateful for the kindness and efficiency of the service department! Yes, it's rare to say that a service department is kind, but it's true!! 1 hour into a 6 hour drive to return to my mother's house to take care of business a few weeks after she died, and I got a "low tire pressure" indicator on my dash. To say that I'm not mechanical is an understatement, and I was already scheduled to arrive after dark in a rural area. Fortunately, I was near the exit for Smart Honda. Jessie at the counter and the mechanics had me taken care of in a half hour so that I could be safely on my way -- it was quite a relief to say the least. Instead of being taken advantage of --I would have been an easy mark! -- they listened and were courteous, efficient, understanding, and accurate. THANK YOU to Jessie and the Smart Honda crew. You've earned our business in the future, and we highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car or needing service!

Erica Terry was my sales associate at Smart Honda on yesterday. She is very courteous, friendly, and prompt. Took her no time to put me in a beautiful new Honda HR-V EX! I am loving it!!! Shout out to Braden Bottoms Business Finance manager, for guiding me through the rest of the process. He was very professional and friendly. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
