The roads are terrible, the truck parking lot is terrible to drive through with decent sozed holes and ravine-like cracks littered throughout. No sensitive loads. The sun melts the products and pops the chip bags and other related issues due to poor product planning. The bathroom was decent, but not worth messing my load up due to the lot design. They seemingly are fine with the mediocrity, but I mean what can an employee do with such poor decisions made so high up? The staff and clean bathroom are the only redeeming things, they were really friendly and did their best to make the place a little better! Hopefully in a few months they fix up the shop, it could be really nice and is in a great spot to be a little haven of sorts!

Buttons didn't work on one of the pumps to enter zip code, couldn't even cancel transaction had to wait for it to time out. Second one the valve doesn't work so it starts discharging fuel all over the ground and car before I get it inserted.

I just LOVE this place. The Workers & very helpful & friendly! They have the best chicken too!

My mother and I stopped fairly early, around 3:30 in the morning. We used the ladies bathroom which was fairly clean and decently decorated. Both stalls actually had toilet paper rolls which most gas stations I've been too don't so I'm glad we both had a fair experience. Snacks we picked up weren't expired but the drinks we got tasted kinda weird. 4 stars overall!

Very underated. This truck stop is very clean and we'll taken care of . I went in this morning to a be greeted by a crew that deserves a good wage. You can tell these are hard working employees. Very polite. As I said very clean. Everything was easy to find and not overpriced. They have a subway. Truck parking is small but a very good small chain truck stop. Thanks for the effort you all put forth to have a clean establishment.

I m traveling on the interstate and called to ask the gas prices so I didn t have to pull over to find out they ve changed since the last time someone updated Waze and the woman would not tell me. She said she can t tell me the prices because it s company policy. Even though I m a single mother just trying to find the best place to stop. I will now never visit a Mapco gas station and I thank my lucky stars these don t exist where I live or anywhere I d move to. Terrible policy.

For me this is one of my favorite stops on I 40. I love Krispy Krunchy for one. The bathrooms aren't high tech, but they are clean and usually has a vacant area as this truck stop is underrated so its rarely crowded. I love to mind my business and this stop allows business minding both ways. I also do well on the scratchies there.

Good people. Needed to use a ladder to reach a bulb high on my trailer I got a warning about from DOT. They grabbed one and helped me out. Rare to find such dedicated employees and good people. I stop here every time I drive down 40. Thanks!Update. People here are always great, but man o man, this place is going downhill and quickly.Man. This place is in bad shape. Craters like the moon, literally, in the parking lot. Inside filthy, broken stuff in bathrooms, just a mess.

Good diesel prices but food is old and spoiled. Had to throw it away because it smelled like puke. Also they are Ching out the oil in the bottles. All hav tape on top because they were opened.

I took a shower here I feel like I need a tetanus shot. The place is run down, owned and run by foreigners pakistanis or Indians whatever they are it just shows they get a place milk it for all they can. They put no money back into the place. Hell the girls who work here are nice as they can be, but no heat in the building. It be hard to stop here again, maybe just a place a lot to ,

Not sure about every pump but pump 10 is definetly ripping people off. Somehow got 36.132 gallons in a tank thats never held more than 35.5 and is want near that low. I have over 200K on my truck and know its not possible to get 36 gallons in it. Imagine how much your getting ripped off with Rig tanks

I saw the billboard on i-40 that they had Krispy krunchy chicken and decided to give it a go...glad I did! The satff was very nice and the food was hot and delicious. It was Sunday morning too so I wasn't sure if they were going to have anything at all but they did. Plus there's good truck parking. Will definitely be stopping here from now on

My husband and I stopped for a break. Omg just ridiculous nasty. The womens bathroom was just nasty and smelled like urine. The parking lot was just as nasty. I was going to get something to eat and I just thought there was no way. I never will stop here again.

Well, they have improved a bit. Subway has been replaced with a Krispy Krunchy Chicken. Which I must say, has not disappointed me wherever I come across one. In regards to the restroom; you can see where they are trying; but not much has changed. There was no soap at the sink to wash hands with and the attendant; who happened to be in the restroom at the time "cleaning;" didn't even bother to refill neither one of the dispensers after I left, because they were both still empty when I went back later.

Filthy, unsanitary, and run down facility. Only reason we chose it was because I have a MAPCO card. Station attendant was rude and the food looked unsafe for consumption. MAPCO corporate should pay a visit to this place; they'd love how their company is being represented.

This place is really bad full of goons we sent a t check to our driver for Fuel of $100 and the Lady name Somer cashed it and told my driver the t check is not good but in our account its already used we called our EFS customer service and they said its already been used and they called the Gas Station and finally the THIEF lady name Somer Admit it and said yea its working now. it took 1 hour before everything was solved out. Really bad place they need to SHUT DOWN!!!!!!

I love this place always have parking if you come before 6:30pm sometimes later, Restrooms always clean, Great food, & great staff

It's a small ,struggling business. They can go up with people help only.Better service, buy more from here.Very nice staff, polite and helpful.The chicken is to die for, every time when I stop for.Go get the chicken guys, cheap and delicious !

Only gave a star because I couldn't write this any other way . Please please if you value your health at all do not, I repeat do NOT eat here... I just witnessed a KITCHEN employ use the ladies room and then walk out without washing her hands she then proceeded to prepare food for valued customers. This is by far the worst and most unsanitary place I've ever visited and I have been coast to coastNASTY AND UNSANITARY

I agree with the other one star raters-- every time I stop at this hell hole I can hear Ray Charles singing, "Tell yer ma!--tell yer pa! Ahm gonna send you back ta Arkansas!"This place is almost cartoonishly nasty and filthy--YES the grill in that place DOES stink SO BAD, and it's stank like that for YEARS! OMFG! EWWWWW!

WARNING: A friend of my who is a truck driver got robbed last night by 2 blacks who were in the store talking with the clerk. The cops were called and said will deal with it Monday. The clerk claims she knows nothing.DO NOT STOP HERE

One star is to many, dirty and unsanitary place. Almost throw up when I walked in to the bathroom. Makes me wonder am I in the United States? I would never come back here again.

This place should be avoided!!! The mosquitos in this place will suck you dry. I have never seen such an infestation on the inside of a business!!! That's messed up! You won't believe it till you see it for yourself!

The girls serving the chicken, dumb as boxes of rocks who are stuck on stupid. Personalities of comquats. Half items on menu were out. Food cold. Stay away! Save your time and money!

Fuel island is a joke. Rough parking lot. Nasty pool hall restrooms. Asked to see price on item in electronics case and was told to check with manager in the morning!?
