These clowns couldn't change an alternator right. Burned up the lug because they never tightened it. They also put a dent in the left rear quarter. Don't use these Bozo's. They can't even admit their screw ups. Detestable.

Be careful, they can deceive, the price is very expensive... and they will say this after they do something, but they may not fix it, and they can charge for repairs that will break in a few miles!!!

Bent an axle on a Saturday night during a cross country trip. Called these guys and they said they'd fix me up. Tech showed up and told me it was probably just a bearing that failed. Said he'd be back at the "crack of dawn". Guy shows up at 1pm and takes my hub apart and leaves with it. I figure he took it to figure out what bearings I need, but as I'm looking at the spindle, I can see it is bent. I call them back and they ask me to text only so I text them asking what's going on. No response. Now it's Monday morning, I've been stranded for 30 hours, so I text and call, no response. Ended up going to Rapid Response - they got me squared away with a brand new axle in less than 8 hours. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS. Never did get my hub back....

with no good service. I took my truck to the repair shop hoping to get it fixed, but unfortunately, l was met with disappointment. Not only did they charge me for their services, but they were also unable to fix the issue with my truck. It was a frustrating and infuriating experience, as l was left with a broken truck and a lighter wallet. Their lack of quality service and inability to solve the problem only added to my frustration. It's unfortunate when businesses prioritize making money over providing good service to their customers. I will definitely not be returning to this repair shop and will make sure to warn others about my negative experience.

Excellent customer service we were driving through and broke down. We were back on the road the next day. The owner called us the following day to make sure that we doing ok and said if we had any problems to contact him. Awesome

Price gouging at it's finest but what can you do? It cost $615 to replace a pony motor on my lowboy which I supplied? All they did was get oil for it. Be careful drivers. Might wanna look around closer to Little Rock if you can make it.

If negative stars could be given they would be infinite! The so called mechanics (looks can be deceiving sometimes, but when you know what strung out looks like its hard to hide) showed up on flat tires in the service truck that contained nothing but an air compressor. Nevermind it was 4 hours of a wait for them to say "we can't fix it here has to be taken to the shop". Then to charge a ridiculous amount to jack up the truck so the DRIVER could work on it at least move the truck off of the side of the road for a simple fix for someone with some common sense. But like I said when you know you know!, contact high just standing close to them. Unreasonable prices, unknowledgeable so called "mechanics", rude, incompetent, unprofessional enought to climb Into a man's home aways from home and remove an item to the point where 4 police had to be involved! Owner himself was a straight up "richard" and unreasonable. I and everyone I know will know what a disgrace and unethical company this "mobile mechanic" is compaires to a legit company. The truck was moved to a parking lot where everyone would be safe off of the side of the road, your so called mechanics were told to follow for safety reasons. The cops were called by me personally for the safety of the dope headed "mechanics" that stole the keys and was made to return them by the police. Yes we paid the outrageous bill for a tire removal that had nothing to do with the fix. But as all things in this world what comes around goes around. So you my sir have a blessed day and please count your blessings and always remember you can't run a bad business and expect to not to reap the consequences of the choices you have made. One last thing proof read, proof read, proof read! Spelling and punctuation is a lesson you should be familiar with with your age and especially a so called business man.

Cool people. Had to get a new transmission. Ordered on Friday. Got it put in on Tuesday. Had a few things to fix afterwards & now I'm rolling today. Even cleaned up my truck after they were finished. I appreciate yall.Driver from luther logistics

Damon and his crew were there when we were in dire straights, on a Friday afternoon at 3:00. We had a bad hub on our 38 camper and had to limp a mile to Damon s shop. He escorted us there and his team went to work. Not only did they do a great job on our issue, but Damon entertained us with his amazing stories. Damon, you are an angel and can t thank you and your crew for saving the day and our trip! Thank you for being honest, upfront, and willing to go the Extra Mile! Love from SC!

We were passing through the area in a 40 ft Class A diesel RV. Low coolant warning came on shortly before our stop for the night in Forrest City. Added coolant the next morning and pulled out of the RV park, only to see a major fluid leak. I googled diesel mechanics in the area and no one wanted to deal with an RV. Called the Loves truck stop and one of their tire guys recommended Damon. I called and left a msg and he called right back. Got our engine number and ordered the water pump my husband had diagnosed that we needed. We sat tight another night at the RV park then moved 20 miles to Damon's shop for a night. The part arrived about 10 AM as he said it would and he put a guy on it right away. We were on the road again 2 hours later. We were so impressed with his willingness to help us! He ordered the part without even a CC number. His whole crew was super nice as we hung out in their lot for a night. We watched them work till almost 11PM to complete a job and get a trucker back on the road. If you are in this part of the country and need help, definitely call Extra Mile. Good, honest, knowledgeable, hard working people! Their work was excellent and their price extremely fair!

Truck with a horse trailer broke down on the interstate. They came and tried to fix it on the road but ended up having to get parts from three different cities. After towing us to the shop, they fixed us up to stay in our trailer overnight. All at a fair price. Definitely went the extra mile!

Just a few weeks ago I had an experience that was not expected. I drive a tractor trailer and on the White River bridge I lost my drive shaft. I looked around Google for truck repair close to me. When I called it was 4:30 in the morning. I instantly got a text from the owner Damon. He then called me. We had a long conversation. He was very anxious to help me. I couldn't have called a better place. I couldn't have talked to a better owner. Shortly after daylight Damon pulls up in his Pick up And introduced Himself very politely. At that point I knew I had the right guy.2 and a 1/2 days later after all of his mechanics urgently jumped on my truck I felt like they really cared about helping me. After a new drive shaft 2 new airbags and all sorts of wires and hoses underneath the frame were replaced. I had plenty of time to enjoy the whole company's Sense of humor and kindness. It's been 3 weeks and I'm giving my Peter built hell. Seems like they did an awesome job. No parts or tools are falling off of my truck. They really know what they're doing and I would recommend them highly, and yes I would go back if I was in the area and broke down. I have his number on my phone and I will stop by just to say Hi if I'm on I 40 in Arkansas. Thanks a lot Damon For your professionalism and kindness and especially your sense of humor. Don't change a thing buddy.everyone at extra Mile Knew what their job was and handled it very professional And I think them.

My truck broke down on the side of the road and towed my truck in to the shop, but later on told me they couldn t fix my truck and with all that the cost was well over $2000 for nothing at all. They also are very unfriendly and are a total rip-off and thieve company.

A big thank you to Damon and his team! Our driver ran over some debris on the road which caused a puncture in the fuel tank. Thankfully, she was able to park off the road in a safe location right next to Extra Mile and Diesel. The mechanics were able to patch up the hole pretty quick to get us back on the road. Feels like alot of these negative reviews are from competitors, as my experience has been extremely positive.

I have been in business for 10 years, and this has never happened to me.For 2 used rims and 1 used tire, brakes, shoes, and labor, they took 5500.Pass this place if possible.Also, the only way to pay is zelle or efs, so if you have a limit for it, no way to pay for one day.

The worst service ever they don t stand behind there work after spending 8,000 for transmission repair truck was back on side the road 2 days later for another shop to go behind them to do work properly gear oil was leaking wires everywhere then they don t answer your callsI see why that only want cash payment o and they going to add an extra 500 on every part they buy for the repair

I broker down near this shop with no oil pressure, they said the would pull down oil pan and check oil pump and bearings in case any damage, after couple days they told me it was bad oil pump and I ask them if they saw anything else damage in there and the technician said, nop just the pump is broke.So they a used one install and they started the truck and oil pressure went back up to normal, but the engine shut off and locked up after 15 minutes idle, I ask if the had prime the oil before turning on the engine and the owner said my engine had enough oil in it and that it didn t needed to be prime.So now I have to replace and engine because apparently there was poor lubrication on the bearings and the bearings spun and can t be rebuilt. Just be careful with this guys and it the job cost me 2,600 by the way.

My brakes got hot and cause a fire I had extra mile come out to service my truck. I m not going to complain about the price because everybody is high. I m not gonna complain about the service because I m lucky they were there too fix my truck. But I will complain about a simple valve stem. How can you repair a tire after a fire and not replace the valve stem. Needless to say I am back at yet another tire shop to have them add a new valve stem and it s not free. It cost me to repair the tire it costs me hours of downtime. It almost seems like a new valve stem would have been an extra mile but I guess after working on my trailer for eight hours they ran out of gas. I would use this establishment again.

Shawn did an amazing job for us, showed up on a Friday night, in the freezing rain in the middle of the night and fixed our RV. I don t know how anyone could do a better job with customer service and timeliness! Will definitely use them again

the worst service ever of my whole experience of trucking was charged 3 times the cost of the work. They charged 4,109 to replace starter Absolutely ridiculous. Of course they not taking Credit Card or Debit Card only Zelle or Cash because they are stealingNot only stealing from truckers they are taking Tax money too they charge you to taxes but Not receipt . Stay away from this place.

I am a broker and got in a pretty big bind with one of my trailers. I had the owner, Damon come out and look at it for me and gave me great honest advice. This was after being told by another company that my trailer had several needed repairs. Damon could have told me the same thing but after a very thorough inspection he concluded my trailer was safe to drive. You just don't find great honest people like this every day. If you are in the area and you need assistance, these guys will see it through. I give them ALL THE STARS!! Thanks again Damon, -Erica

The owner of this shop is amazing!! Our trailer broke a spindle on the way home to Texas from Pennsylvania. It was late, ater 5 pm, but he fixed it for free. We really appreciate it!! More than you will ever know!
