Called FOUR times requesting callback to schedule time for a quote. Have yet to hear back from them. If this is indicative of their service, then forget about it!!

Never can get a response if you call and leave a message or if you request a quote online through site. Not sure why they are not returning any calls or inquiries.

We have multiple properties and West Memphis Fence has built the perimeter fence and gates for all of them. Jerry is very helpful in getting the plans and prices together every time and each work crew that we have worked with have been top-notch. I give them high marks on the occasions when we have needed assistant after a break-in they are on spot to have a crew on site assessing the damage, making a list of needed supplies and getting repairs made quickly.

The crew worked 3 hours in the rain to repair a downed fence. Mr Steve and his associates will make you glad you did business with WMF&C. I give them my highest recommendation.

THE OWNER OF AUTOMATIC GATES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF MEMPHIS ARRANGED FOR PAT TURNS OF WEST MEMPHIS FENCE COMPANY TO CONTACT ME REGARDING A JOB TO PERFORM TEN DAYS AGO. I CONTINUE TO AWAIT AN ON-SITE MEETING WITH MR. TURNS, WHO HAS RENDERED NO FOLLOW-UP CONTACT.WHAT WAS EXPERIENCED WAS "PASSING THE BUCK" BY AUTOMATIC GATES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND "DROPPING THE BALL" BY PAT TURNS OF WEST MEMPHIS FENCE COMPANY. THUS, I MUST CAUTION ANY AND ALL TO BE AWARE AND TO BEWARE OF THESE TWO COMPANIES.
