I am a new driver with Baylor Trucking and I'm thrilled to be able to access Warner Facilities since they are a parent company. The facility itself is beautiful + it's awesome to have a gym available anytime, but I'm disappointed that there are only two small vending machines with unhealthy food choices .It would have been great if there was a cafe or a restaurant inside the facility, but unfortunately, there isn't even a cafeteria available. I don't understand why these big trucking companies can't partner with their clients and add a restaurant inside the facilities. Oh well maybe one day

I m a new driver and had an issue on the weekend. Thankfully the terminal manager gave us her business card during orientation. I was able to car her on her cell phone and she helped me resolve the issue immediately.

Stopped into the W Memphis terminal a few times, my only complaints really are that the showers need to be updated, better water pressure and better heating for the water. You have to be on top of keeping an eye for the entrance to the complex though, if you miss it, you re going to drive all the way back around.Otherwise the yard is nice and large now. Easy to move around in. The rest of the facility is good as well.

I would like to give praise to the shop in West Memphis terminal for all that they do for us. I really feel that Randy goes above and beyond for the drives. He makes my wife and I feel as though we matter and actually listens to what we say. I have been with Werner over 6 years and will almost refuse any terminal shop for various reasons unless I have no choice in the matter. I can not express enough what a pleasure it is to deal with Randy and the crew at the shop in West Memphis. This is not my first time to deal with these guys and they have always been top tier. Our appointment was for the 13 and we got in on the 11th. This is not because they like me better but rather a well run facility.Bobby Young

I want to give a special thanks to Miss CJ for helping me with backings along with Ben for giving me a sweet International instead of a Freightshaker. Also..last but not least, I want to give a shout out to Josh for all his help He's known to me as the chzhead! :-)My cat & I absolutely love the huge windows! They're beneficial with blind sided backings & much more.

The Werner Welcome Experience in West Memphis, Arkansas was a great experience for me. The crew out there, especially CJ, Shaun, Matt, and Keisha in safety, make you feel like you're joining their family. The Terminal is a nice facility with good amenities for their drivers.

First off Keisha, CJ, and Crystal were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Marilyn on the other hand was extremely rude, unprofessional, and derogatory towards my entire orientation class. She was so abrasive another instructor apologized to the class for her behavior. The hotel was just as bad. It was dirty

They don't protect female drivers or pay when something doesnt go their way. Don't trust these people. The old lady that does the VR type of fake practice driving- she's extremely rude and unprofessional. Insulted me for hitting a deer on a trucking game after I got motion sickness from playing it.They put me with an extremely dirty, smelly, & lonely male driver. He kept me out for 6 wks telling them that I wasn't ready to upgrade, when in reality- he was planning our future together & capitalizing on keeping me out there. No safeguard. It felt like a hostage situation. He sabotaged our truck to create a helpless situation, then assaulted me. Told the people in charge at the W Memphis terminal, & they acted concerned, but nothing ever happened & the higher ups actually told me they had no plan to do anything at all about what I went through. No evidence to prosecute, & they kept my last paycheck. Hung up every time I called. Insult to injury. I hope they go out of business.I went to CFI & the contrast was night and day. I made so many friends & extended my family. I've been there over 2 yrs now, & found my home. It's not perfect but pretty damn close. Here's some pics of my trucking family at CFI.

Very nice terminal! 4 stars because the showers need to be hotter, the sink to wash dishes has no hot water and drains slow. But the shop is great! Staff is good too!

Garbage terminal, way too small, rude and completely clueless staff.Especially the ugly old hag that works the pointless simulation, she grabbed my hand without my consent in a very rude manner.Their vending machines are always either out of everything or out of date.Their trucks are garbage when I was there. They gave me three options, first one had brown streaks on the sleeper cab bedding, and overall dirty, dusty interior, and the front bumper had a huge chunk missing out of it as if a bear had been chewing on it.Second had all sorts of technical issues and was still in the shop. Then the third was a Peterbilt that had a cracked windshield and so many splattered bugs from the previous use, no one bothered to clean that up, but I had no choice as that one was the best option.Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Not too bad. Just need better communication here and there. Really cool people and friendly environment. Very informative. And things can happen quickly. But also I only heard of one leader breaking Werner rules but I doubt they do anything about it but also not sure if they got reported. But hopefully they get reported. Also don t like how recruiters wait until last min to give you information for your rental care very last min which caused many problems before.

There is an unknown individual at this terminal using a signal jammer. Everytime I have stopped here, my phone signal; as well as other individuals around me, goes in an out numerous times an hour for hours on ends across all network provider's. Extremely frustrating & im sure it's illegal. This needs immediately addressed!

Great experience,! I give them 9/10 , orientation was very professional and clear. Living situation was great as well , as well as the food. By far the best professional company I've been to. As far as the miles, they will keep you moving. You will have your next preassigned plan before completing your stop.

At first my experience with Werner was great until that Friday when I was told my test failed. Hair failed but urinalysis passed. And I requested a rested and they termed me before they did. I m not happy with my experience at this point bc now I feel someone is trying to sabotage my career

The yard has been repaired and expanded, so that's good, still kind of small and parking can be tight in some areas. Showers and bathroom ok. Kitchen area with coffee was cool until i turned on sink and brown water came out, yuck

I worked here in 2018 on the tractor supply account it was the account thus far the Walmart account is the the best two accounts for me these two would be the go 2 when you aboard team the home depot account is another good one when I was here b4 I thought everyone was out to destroy me and didn't realize this was THAT company I screwed up when i left now that I'm back in the castle I'm here to stay my orientation for 5 days it was awesome sauce (shout out) instructor ' CJ' she's stern but a good hearted woman she's nice (know what you're trying to do b4 u get there)(don't make something simple hard)(don't be a know it all we call them super truckers) " you be the first to crash why because you know too much of nothing" always be open to learning especially in this industry if you knew it all you would have your own company so chill look listen an learn there's something to learn everyday in trucking I've been in the industry for 6 years and I still learn things everyday if it don't work your way try it someone else's way then you will know a little bit more then what you did b4 you came to orientation come one come all but only if you're here to experience one of the best companies out there

Dispatch answers the phone and listens to your concerns. Management has called twice to make sure I'm happy here. I'm driving a 2023 Peterbilt that only has 1,111.11 miles on it when i got it. (I brag about that every chance i get) All automatic trucks. Full benefits. Every company has its faults but so far, no major complaints.

This terminal has it right and should be a training sight for all Werner terminals. From the top with Mr Brian Burch, being so hands on and welcoming. He reminds me of that great, bighearted, kind principal that walks the entire campus to ensure that all his students are doing well and being taking care of. Always greeting everybody he passes asking are they ok, and if they say otherwise he tries to get them on a better path. He even took me and a few others to our hotels without us even asking him. He noticed us sitting in the lounge for a while. On the way he stopped and picked one driver up at the rental car store. Also the fact that he s retired military and former driver makes him an even more awesome person. He hasn t forgot how it is to be a driver and what we go through. The safety team here is so welcoming and caring. Also every one that I met with are former drivers and this makes it so much easier and a smoother situation. They make you feel like more than a warm butt to be placed in a truck. Ms Patsy, Ms Crystal, Ms Christian Scruggs ( best friend ), and Ms Sherry were so awesome in my situation and made my transition run smooth as hot knife through butter. There was no stressful waiting and not knowing what was going on. Ms Patsy went over and beyond what I was expecting to take care of me and make sure I had everything I needed.I very thankful that I was given the opportunity to come to West Memphis, AR terminal and encounter these great, caring, and very welcoming people. They haven t forgot how hectic a drivers life can get and conduct showering customer service everyday. May God continue to bless and keep them is my prayer.

Just started working here as a driver and my experience hasn't been great. It's a LOT of waiting around doing absolutely nothing. I would say after the few days in the classroom you will be waiting around for about 6 of the 8 hours you're at the terminal. Right now it's 3. I've been here since 8 and I've probably done about 40 minutes worth of training. On top of that I've received conflicting information from people which is annoying. Trying to make the best of it but I'm not feeling it here. I should not be wasting my time here unnecessarily. I just got back off the road with my leader for 3 consecutive weeks and haven't been able to spend time with my daughter yet because I'm constantly here doing nothing.P.S. I had to come back and take a star away as my experience has gotten even worse. Do yourself a favor and try a different company. Corporate will respond to your comment on here but not an email they tell you to send them

I'm so glad that Werner chose me to join there team, I look forward to working driving for them for years to come because the terminal in West Memphis made me feel so welcomed that I don't see myself driving for no one else! Thank you Werner.
