I had a nail in my tire and needed it patched before finishing our road trip. I turned my keys over at 8:30a and my car was ready to go at 9a. Very fast!The negative was that I was supposed to get a text or call when the car was ready, and I never did. I hung around the auto center the whole time, and it wasn't until 10a that the manager checked to see if my car was ready since I'd been there for a while. I wasn't in a huge rush, so it wasn't a big deal, but it would have been much more frustrating under almost any other circumstance.The employees were all friendly, and they apologized that I had to wait after my car was ready. I'd recommend coming here for a tire repair, but check in every once in a while to see if your vehicle is ready.

This place is only willing to help if you can describe exactly what you want. If you need any recommendations, they won't help you. Doesn't help that the single customer service rep constantly has to stop to check out Walmart employees buying stuff on break. Frustrating experience, I eventually left without getting any service.

Went there to get my oil changed, employees were very friendly, price was reasonable, great service in a timely manner. I will refer my friends toWalmart Auto Service. Thank You Walmart

Wish I could give them no stars. My son (college kid) was there and they were giving him the run around. Had an appointment at 1 pm for a new tire. Instead of telling him the tire didn't come in, they just said he didn't have an appointment. Then they wouldn't answer the phone and when they did they hung up on me. THEY WERE AWFUL!

Got here at 9 am on a Sunday only two people ahead of us, left at 11:30 am Wow bad tire and lube guys! Ladies inside WERE AWESOME THOUGH!!! If you want to leave in an hour don't come here!!!

I went to purchase 2 front tires and I ask them to place to front driver tire in the rear passenger side and to trash the rear passenger tire. So that way I would have 2 new and I slightly new on the rear passenger side. And they didn't do it and the guy threw away my slightly used tire when asked about my he left the bad tire on the rear and now he can't find my slightly used tire. Never again taking 20.00 off was not enough when these tire cost 150.00 a piece. Thank walmart tire man with the all gray beard.

Nearly all the tires I needed for my vehicle weren't in stock, same issue on my previous visit. They did have a set of Goodyears though & were twice as much as the brand I wanted. Anyway after 90 mins, my name was called to come to the auto center as my car "ready". A lady named Kee rang me up and told me to wait a few mins as now the car was NOTready! After 30 minutes or so, I walked up to the counter to ask about my car, and lo and behold my keys have been hanging right next to her. So she looked at me and handed me my keys I didn't say a word. I thought well isn't that nice how somebody wastes 30 minutes of my time & doesn't say a word, not thank you or sorry. But again, it's Walmart and they're not really known for their great service!

Customer service from the so called manager (Reginald) was very poor! I took my battery back for my core fee and Reginald looked at my receipt and said I don t know what to do. A young cashier lady came back from lunch and took the same receipt and gave me my core fee. I told the so called manager that he could ve done the same thing that the young lady did. Reginald stood there and said he s the manager and that s not his job to give customers back their core fee. PATHETIC!!!!!Service: Auto battery replacement

3.5 hour wait for 1 tire. Seen only one person working in the shop. Might as well have kept the tire shop closed. Called tire choice on Broadway. Only a 15 minute wait and they had a full shop. That is the kind of service you used to be able to get out of Walmart. Save your time and spend a extra 10 to 15 dollars and go to tire choice

Go literally anywhere else. They never answer the phone and they will close early constantly. This service is awful. Why nobody can answer the phone, no idea. Why they don't call people who's cars they didn't complete overnight to give a heads up, no idea. I just needed one tire replaced. Dropped it off early and was told it would be ready the same day. Now nobody will answer after they said they would call im a bit. plenty of places in town will have it done within the hour at least. Do not go here.

I called before going to the store to see if I could get a flat tire fixed. The young lady said there was no wait so it should get right in. I arrived at 6pm & noticed they were closing the bay doors. I went in and asked if they were closing, the manager said the last ticket was at 5 & they close at 6. I advised the website showed closing was at 7. He said no that's during the week. I said the Sunday hours showed 7am-7pm & he could pull it up to see himself. He had no response. I went back Monday morning at 7am & the doors were locked. A manager had to come let me in & he stayed outside in the shop area. Another customer who'd been there since 6:45 said the door was locked b/c it had to be 2 employees. After about 10 minutes, I asked what was the time b/c he hadn't asked for any information. He said he didn't know how long it would be because he couldn't open unless it was 2 people there & he only had 1 employee. I guess he didn't count to make 2 people. I asked was another employee on the way or what. He shrugged his shoulders & said he didn't know. I said so it could be 7:30 hefore someone else shows up & he said yep. By this time it was 7:15 & the other customer asked if he could go ahead & get our tickets in the system. I told him their automotive has poor service & has been this way for quite some time. I left & took my business elsewhere.

Was in town for my grandsons birthday. Had a flat and Walmart was the only tire place open! Dropped my car off. They said 3 hrs & I would get text once done! NO TEXT! Called for a couple of hours. No answer! Finally to just drive back up after 5 hours. And it was done. I had told them I had a 500 mole drive. And I cannot see at night! Finally home at 10:30Pm. A Nerves wreck!!

They got the job done. However, you can't call to check on the status of your tire order because they don't answer the phone. You have to go there and hope it's been delivered.

I been 3 hours waiting on 1 tire and still waiting. Yall need a tire lane, oil changing lane, and whatever else kind of lane. Then you need more workers in here and pay them some money. All that money yall got. Walmart needs to do better.

2 tires, over two hours since the car was pulled in. i could have changed them myself with a toothpick faster than this.this place could make a ton of money. probably 20 people have come in and left. because they were told it would be 3 to 4 hours before they even got there car in. no one cares at this walmart. sad.

Today date 03/12/23 they don't do oil changes after 4:13 but it says its open until 7 so just letting y'all know it u want an oil change on Sunday don't come here after 4:13 terrible place

My daughter brought her car for an oil change at 7:30 am and was told 1-1/2 hours for a wait. It's been almost 3 hours and the car still isn't done and is supposedly next in line. With this being such a small town, with very minimal oil change places, you'd think at least Walmart had it together.

There is friendly Walmart staff. They provide accurate estimates of wait times but the queue is usually busy. Occasionally some customers will take their time being served and hold up the line. Despite the sometimes long wait times, it is a shopping center. You can peruse the Walmart store while you wait for your car.

Well went in there like 6:15 I bought a tire needed it put on a rim it was a blow put so already off the car the chic behind the counter said they stopped taking tickets for the day cause they closing soon still had 45 minutes to be on clock all the bay doors were empty she then made a remark to the shop guy "I guess people forget its Sunday and we close at 7" anyhoot if I hadn't been riding on a donut I'd said a few things I shouldn't I didnt . I did however had to ask for someone to take the tire out to my car cause she could sell me the tire I just needed to come back in the morning if I wanted them to put it on. The guy that carried my tire out for me opened the hatchback and seen my rim he asked if I needed the tire put on that rim said it would only take about 10 minutes I think it only took about 8 by the way THANK YOU TIRE DUDE

They took good care of me And my car .I had a flat tire..Good prices too as always!Although the wait time was extreme!I waited almost 4 hrs to get a flat replaced

DeLorenzo was awesome , awesome customer service skills great communicator. The short lady with the braided bun on the other hand has a lot of work to do on her customer service skills. You can find her easily, she is the one with the poor attitude and lack of communication skills. I wish she had on a nametag as I would identify her by name.

I was getting 2 tires i got there at 9:00 a.m. i didnt get my car finish until 12:30. They dont get in a hurry at all they spent more time outside bumping gums than working on cars! Not happy!

Went to get battery for car there were bout 4 workers there had to find book to look up battery and then had to pull it off the self because it didn't have a handle

I came here on a Sunday and needed two tires mounted. Came with my own tires that were purchased used tires. I talk with the first guy i saw Jamie and because the tires was used and one of them had the side scrapped and he told me right away that he wont do it. I was in a very desperate situation because my car was on the highway on the shoulder after hit a pot hole and my original tires were cut. I was also on the way from Florida to California. Literally felt like Jamie was kicking me out!!! Luckily the manager on duty DaVinci and also the other mechanic Larry understood the whole situation and they helped me. Thank you very much !! And Jamie you would have so much to gain and ur life would be alot better if you would treat people with kindness ! You are definitely missing it !

Every time I come there to get a tire, I'm always greeted by a messed up attitude by the same person.. I wish Walmart would do something about this person. Other people has said something to managers but to no avail she has a bad attitude towards me and others.
