I made 2 trips over to see Richard. We went over several things for my needs. He took time to explain the good and bad of the few that I went to look at. He wasn t pushy or anything like that he actually seems to care that you are satisfied when you leave! Then after picking out the one I brought home he went over everything with me to assure I knew everything that I needed to know before pulling off! If in need of a good trailer with great service go see Richard at the West Memphis location!! I ll for sure be going back for my next purchase!!

Had a great experience. Needed a trailer on short notice. They had enough inventory for me to weigh my options. Bought a 10k heavy duty flatbed hauler. Bought a proper 15k hitch/ball combo and a spare tire. Their team did all the work and got me all setup properly and hooked it up. They quickly rectified all the issues I noted about the trailer. Some paint over spray on the rear lower taillights, and something else minor. Towed it from this location to Arizona with 6,000lbs on it and didn't have a single issue. Trailer towed very nicely behind a 1500 Silverado 3.0l diesel. Got 17.3 mpg for the trip with a headwind. Comfortable to tow even at 82mph.Thanks to the whole team there that made sure I had a safe trip with a brand new trailer.

The staff at this location west Memphis Arkansas WAS SIMPLY AWSOME KNOWLEDGE ABLE FRIENDLY AND MOST OF ALL NEW HOW TO WIN MY BUSINESS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ENTIRE COMPANY TO ANY AND EVERY BODY THAT IS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A SMACK BRAND NEW TRAILER LIKE I DID I WAS GOING TO BUY MY NEW TRAILER IN MILWAUKEE BUT IT DIDN'T REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE I GOT THE SAME SUPERB SERVICE IN WEST MEMPHIS ARKANSAS SO GOOD BUYING FROM TRAILER PLUS U WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED WARE EVER U BUY UR TRAILER PLUS TRAILER !!!!

Truly a great experience today at TrailersPlus in West Memphis, Arkansas. Larry and Richard were not only helpful, but extremely knowledgeable of everything on the lot. They recommended and found the exact trailer that I needed for my new utility vehicle, took me through the hook up and safety inspection, and were very professional in the handling of all paperwork and explanations of the financing and such. Needless to say, I will return to this very well ran business for any and all trailer needs in the future.

We bought a 5 x 10 enclosed utility unit from Trailers Plus March 2023. They say the salesman is the face of the company that you deal with most. Well Richard was EXCELLENT.. he was great from beginning to end and I am pretty sure that as we grow we will be back for bigger units. I am dead serious when I say if you need a utility unit for anything go to West Memphis and see Richard at Trailers Plus!

Was a good experience except when you pay 15k forA trailer and you don't get a spare tire is wrong!! What would while driving the 50 something miles to get home and I have a flat? You just put a person in danger by not having a spare with that trailer? The service was great the business was poor!!--

Fantastic experience this far! Haven't used trailer much yet, but the buying experience was great. Michael was very informative and VERY accommodating on working the price down on a package deal that I couldn't say no to. Haven't had to use service or warranty related items yet, but happy so far.
