I want to commend the manager of this tire store, Norman Bowles.He is very personable as well as knowledgeable and offers excellent customer service. I have been pleased with my experiences here and have been treated with respect and the utmost courtesy and professionalism!I highly recommend giving this store your business!!

A simple oil change for a Buick encore was $107.00. Would have appreciated a warning of the price beforehand, seeing as I have never paid that much even for a trucks oil change. They were friendly and quick to get my car in.

Just want to say I use to like this location!I called Friday 2/9 to see if they had an appointment for Saturday 2/10. After being on hold he came back let me know I can come at 12:30. Find it weird because he wasn't going to ask for my name but I told him who I was. Anywho came Saturday for my appointment no one there. Ok me thinking well maybe they on lunch? But why schedule for 1230 anywho I sat there until after 1pm still no one! Been calling after I left no answer! Sooooo why schedule someone if no one was going to be there smh!-Kambria Turner <<< my name will come up in system!

I found a nail in my tire on a Saturday afternoon an hour away from home! Thank goodness this Tire Choice location was not only open, but a super find! Pleasant, prompt, and professional service at very reasonable price. If I lived in West Memphis or the surrounding area, this would be my go to place for tires and minor repairs.

Had a flat this morning and Norman immediately diagnosed the problem and temporarily repaired until my new tire comes in! Friendly and fast service! 100% recommend them!

Manager Norman have a real bad attitude and don't know how to talk to his customers. Took my truck to have it fixed no result having the same problem I will never go back again . 100 North Missouri I recommend not to take your vehicle there. He threatened to call the police on when I asked for cooperate number.

I stopped by this location while driving back home to St. Louis because my tire pressure was too low. The man that was working that night (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) took the time to properly fill my tire and gave it a quick inspection. He was an absolute God send to help me like he did. Thank you!!

Wesley and Chris was awesome in going out and beyond in working on my vehicle to get it in running & in satisfactory condition. Wesley kept me informed, answered questions I asked and made sure there was no room for assumptions. From the time my vehicle was towed to this location, it wasn t too long before my vehicle was at least to the minimum examined. As a customer, the feeling of satisfaction I felt let me know this location really wanted to earn my business. Awesome! The professionalism, courtesy, and respect I received is what customer satisfaction is all about. If you are still having problems with your vehicle these guys will do what it takes to get it right. They make no excuses, just results. And they work on it until the job is done. Job well done Wesley and Chris!

These guys had my truck's fuel pump diagnosed and replaced in less than 1 day of me towing it to them. The price was on par with anyone else. I'm grateful for the fast service! The new management is rocking it and restored my confidence.I'll be back!

I purchase 4 tires from your West Memphis location for my F350. Norman and the staff was very professional and polite. It was very nice to work with your folks for my first visit to the West Memphis area.

I had a tire issue traveling through West Memphis and they were able to fit me in really close to closing, which saved my trip. Norman was extremely helpful and honest and got me back up and running quickly. If I lived nearby this would be the only place I d go. Highly recommended.

My son, dog, and I were driving through town on the way to a vacation when my low air pressure sensor came on. I called the closest tire shop; they told me I could not come in because they were getting ready to go home for the day at 4PM on a Friday (their hours show they were open til 5). Thankfully I found Tire Choice s number! It was a little bit further, we passed 2 other shops on the way but totally worth it!! They took my truck and started working on it in under five minutes and had it finished in no time. I even had two nails in my tire not just one so they had to patch both. The guys were very friendly and quick!

Got a flat tire at 5 PM on a Saturday while traveling through the area. They kept the store open late and had the repair done in 30 minutes. Excellent, professional, and efficient service.

I was the 1st person to arrive which was about 20 minutes before they opened. They pulled my vehicle in about 7 minutes after opening. It took about 30-35 minutes to repair my flat tire which was just a little longer than I'd anticipated. However there were only 2 employees at that time from what I could tell. The experience was average but not bad. The staff was very friendly.

Glad to see this location has new management that is experienced and knowledgeable. Josh explained every repair very thoroughly and as well as the cost breakdown. It felt good to know the repairs were done properly and in a timely manner. I will come back for future repairs and won t hesitate to refer anyone here.

I though Josh worked hard to help me resolve my tire replacement needs.I do think the store is understaffed and unable to handle the volume of weekend customers and phone calls, but they are the most courteous, respectful, and humble service shop team I have seen in a very long time! They put time into listening to your issues.I would return and recommend to others!!!!

The new manager Robert is amazing. Chris was the gentleman that did my oil change he is great. I was in and out in no time. I could not be happier with the service as well as the customer service.
