Called about a ss colbalt. The only thing they know that s it s a 2.4 motor. But cannot confirm if it s supercharged. And was told I have to come see it.

They always have good cars I don't found the one I want but soon I know gonna founded because they have slways different and good cars the reason I don't founded its iam handicap but they have the most better selection in good prices in town and I go to other places and see ok they bringa nice trucks and cars with the best prices in west memphis

I was under the impression that they keep there word sold me a truck that was not working.. when I got if home few weeks pass if stopped pulling was told it was the transmission. So yes I call them and they did nothing so I didn't pay so they came and towed it without a key made it w worse than what it was. So they can't call me and told me to come in and pick it up and make a payment so I made a payment I have to picking it up they said it was fixed I get it to drive it over the bridge it stop pulling again so I had to get out call them and tell them that they needed to come and get it cuz it will not go so they had it said that they were working on it I kept on calling and calling and I got no response so one day I went over to get my items out of the truck and I told them that they need to put me in a new one they said I think about it after that it was raining so bad and I was alone I couldn't get my things out so I told them I will be back remind you I had no other Transportation so I had to wait for someone to bring me back when I did get someone to bring me back they had crushed my car with all my clothes my work clothes my Nike shoes my sentimental items my brother's death certificates my kids books other pictures other items my disabled tag I went over there and he made a joke laughing in my face oh it's smashed what type of customer service what type of business man owner does customers that kind of way they had my phone number if they were going to do that they could have called me to come and get my items out of it cuz I told them I was coming back they are low down no good nasty and they are what you call them trash so please anyone has has been said take your money elsewhere no matter what it looks like sounds like they're no good the wife is very rude

If I could give a zero star I would ... some of the family members that work here should not be in the field of customer service AT ALL & others are great that work here but 1 bad seed can spoil the hold bunch & make the family business look horrible. ***WARNING PEOPLE*** take your money & go to a better Car Dealer
