Called about getting my wife s car in the afternoon before. Her Ac wasn t working. And just to mention it s the new r1234yf refrigerant/system. Said they could take it as soon as they open the next day. Dropped it off at 8 when they opened. They called me by 10 verifying the the problem and that they could have it fixed by 12 with details and the cost etc. This place is great!!! My wife s car is now blowing ice cubes and all fixed in under 4 hours! I hope I don t have anymore cars troubles but if I do I ll be bringing it here. Also when I showed up they were hard at work on other people s vehicles. Great customer service, communication, and turnaround. Thank you TDC!!!!

My car was repaired in a timely manner. The problem was explained clearly. I received honest feedback. Front desk employee... nice ....knowledgeable and greets you!!! Price reasonable.Suggestion: use a plastic floor mat cover while working on the car. My mat was well tracked on. Thanks.

Not pleased with latest visit. I spent 1800 to fix fluid leak and a miss. They suggested a radiator, thermostat housing, plugs and coil. Picked up drove home it was leaking fluid. Took it straight back and left it. I was told now the problem was a water pump and would need 2300 to repair since it is driven by a timing chain. Now I give them a 3 this time because my previous 2 visits were satisfactory.

TDC was honest and kept me in the loop of everything including quotes, and it would be a little longer than expected and why. They are a small, but very thorough shop and informed me of damage done by a previous mechanic shop. I highly recommend TDC Automotive! 5

I've been dealing with Rob for many years. He is always professional and informs me if any other repairs are needed. TDC's prices are fair and competitive. I wouldn't consider using any one else.

I've had to take my mom's 15 year old car twice for miscellaneous issues. They are so easy to deal with. Prompt, efficient and reasonable pricing. Grateful...so hard to find a good mechanic.

I have taken my 2014 Acadia here many times and they have always fixed my car quickly and at a reasonable price . As a single woman with no car knowledge , I love having a place that I trust ! I have referred several friends to go there and they were pleased also !

I highly recommend TDC! This summer they got my ac working again in the work van. It was blowing icecubes through the vents. Just last week they made another repair on the old van. We've had good experiences taking 2 of our other vehicles there as well. When I drop a vehicle off there I know it's in good hands and I don't worry about it. Their rates are very reasonable too. Thank you TDC!

Outstanding service . We had an issue on our cross country trip . They got us right in did diagnostic and we were back on the road the same morning ! If you have an issue in West Memphis I highly recommend TDC !!

They are awesome ! We thought we broke a brake line while driving cross country and they got us right in ! If you need a mechanic in west Memphis call TDC! They are top notch and good at what they do. Replaced my fuel pump in my dodge charger and had to rewire it so it could work right. Excellent!! Highly recommend TDC Automotive!! Traveling from Florida to west plains Missouri.started having engine trouble . Stoped at AutoZone they got in touch with Jonathan at TDC! He took us right in.. access our situation,fixed the problem and sent us on our way! Jonathan was very kind and professional! The new owner is amazing! Honest and experienced. I have used his services on 3 different occasions. He stands behind his work and keeps his appointments. We all need to have mechanics we trust sending our family to. Kenny Phillips (the owner) is that guy. I would trust sending my grandmother to him. And he repaired my teenager's vehicle in my absence.
