AVOID THIS SERVICEPeople are very lazy over there in the shop.Our truck was in need of the jumpstart, the driver was freezing and they would not come out to do the job.He was parked at the Flying J across the road and got the approval from the managers to organize the TA to their place, but the service at the TA used an excuse that their policy is not allowing them to go there, even thou, its not the first time we organize the TA as the RS to the truck stops like Flying J.It was a pure lie and excuse not to come outside.I wasted about 20 minutes on the line trying to organize this, just to get hang up on.This makes me think they were warm, cozy and asleep and do not care about the drivers situation(freezing, late for delivery, HOS)

Why is the driver's building so absolutely disgusting and filthy? When is the TA going to treat drivers like the hard working people (most) of them are and not just profit off their backs with no respect? The bathrooms were the worst, including the ladies. Of course it's sort of funny (now) but I was in the stall and the lights went out completely!! Thank goodness I had my phone/flashlight and was able to see until opening the stall door. TA, understand that there are few women that use the driver's building so DO NOT set your motion detection light switch for so short a time! It's an easy fix. Now I'm thinking about it so is cleaning this place up and it would seem no one is interested in that either.

Deborah at the front register wss helpful and extremely courteous. Very clean showers, good selection of offerings and an IHOP restaurant in house. Thank u Deborah and TA for offering a slice of home to weary travelers.

Horrible place. First off they never have the parts you need. I needed a oil change a month ago I bought all my filters and was still charged a high price. Now a month later I had to get towed into a ta in another state for what, Another oil change that wasn't done not only did I have to pay a tower now I had to re buy the filters and pay another oil change.

A lot of us drivers reserve parking hours before to insure a place when hours are up and too tired to roll on yet several times like tonight your business has put my life in danger by not having unpaid drivers move. It's time for a huge law suit with you and Flying J. Honor it or drop reserved parking but expect a law suit

I arrived to get service at 11:30am was told wait time will be 6 hours before I got into the bay to get my wheel seal done. I have done my 10 hour break and been waiting to get into the bay going on 12 hours now. They have no mechanics or any tire techs on site to do work on any of the trucks. The one mechanic that was on site left at 9pm the next mechanic showed up at 11pm and left to do a road call when I have been waiting since 11:30 am. This place need better management and more mechanics on duty on the weekends

Only idiots work, they cheat at the prices of rubber!Communication with customers is terrible!There is no service!I don t advise you to turn to them for help!It s terrible, but dirty, the restroom are all stinky.Drive around this gas station, guys!

Truck drivers Be careful with this location ,they lie to you with the price of diesel in the app, they had it at $3.759 and when I got there they had the price at $3.959I showed them the information on the application and they told me that they didn't care about that ,they don't honor what it says on the app and the price was what they had set on the pump, I will never return

Don't come to this place to repair your truck, not because the facilities here are not good, is because the service staff has no service at all! Everyone is lazy and expressionless, walking leisurely and chatting to buy drinks... They will tell you that you only need to wait 2-3 hours, in fact you wait for seven hours and no one will call you! If you want to cherish your life, never come here and let them waste time!

Been here since 3:30 today and they said it will be about 2hrs before they can do a Dot inspection. It's now 8:30 and they are telling me they still have 2 more trucks ahead of me and one person to work on them. I'll not be back if they get to me at all. Time is money in our business and they are wasting mine. Spent 14 hrs waiting for a Dot inspection for my tractor. Was around 5:30am the next morning before they got to my truck.

Even though they are the only one open during the night, the service there is hard to chew. Even though they have or should have 2 mechanics per night shift, sometimes they are not there for hours, and the cashier, even though he'd like to help, he can't because he doesn't know where parts are. So if you need parts at night, even though TA has them, you'd be better off going to the Kenworth dealer 12 miles away open 24h than wait at TA and getting a person who could choose not to help (there was one mechanic in my case). One mechanic was really nice and helpful (3:30am), but after 30 minutes of waiting because maybe he was on a road call, which I don't know. But 6 h before I asked for a TA road call service, and they said they can't but only in the morning at 7am.

Haven t been here in awhile when did 2/3 the lot become paid parking smh :( the have security now that rolls around either it s new or I jus never noticed it b4

Alice Audra at the shop customer service is worst person that can deal with customers. She gives everyone an attitude and she yells at them, she tried the same thing with me and I stopped her.Mechanics and other stuff are very nice, 1 start only because of Alice Audra

The cashier up front was super nice, I forgot her name but she had a septum piercing. The showers are small, humid and they have the faintest smell of piss. Never showering here again.

This place is a joke, do not go here for any kind of maintenance, I was told I could get right in and then they say an hour and then 3:30 hours go by and don t get out of the shop until almost midnight. you ll leave with more issues than when you came in. They don t own up to their mistakes. Did my basic PM s and oil change there and this is what you wake up to the next day.they clearly didn t want to try and do the right thing to make this right. One of the mechanics first words was go to freightliner and walks off

The shower was clean and smell great the guy wit the grey and black beard was nice and helpful and he smile was great I think he has the same name as me but if you guys go there and ask for him he will not let you down

I had towait till the next day and soon as the opening hour got a call to pull in bay 2. Tech came out hooked the computer up. He found some things that were going on that needed a dealership to handle. The tech filled my coolant backup to fuel and checked other vitals. In and out

November 21st, I had hooked a trailer with an overstretched and way too long spring holding the air lines, resulting in these hanging way too low. I went to this Petro to get it corrected and after almost two hours they said it was done. They had used a small white cable tie in the middle of the existing faulty spring to raise the air lines and duct tape to hold the lines together. Had to talk to a manager to get THAT fixed. Luckily I inspected what they did.

The Petro itself is great. The IHOP however. Took 15 minutes to get a seat and they were half empty. Took another 20 minutes for my order to be taken. They just don't seem to care.

So, I called ahead at 945am to see if they could fit in a DOT inspection this afternoon. The young lady said that the could and put in a work order for me. I get there at 2pm which is the time I stated that I would be there. She informed me that there were 3 trucks ahead of me, but they would call me when it was my turn. I expected to be there maybe 2 hrs so I was fine with that. Some 3 1/2 -4 hours later, still no call so I go inside to check on an eta. Well, somehow, I was taken out of line and other trucks put in front of me. The young lady on the evening shift put me back in line and stated that "it wouldn't take that long." Another 2 hours passed and still no movement, and was still seeing trucks that got there after me being taken care of. No attempts to accommodate my situation, not even a half hearted apology. I finally just told them to cancel and I left. I feel that I was more than patient, to no avail. While I won't swear off TA truck service altogether, as I have gotten excellent service at other locations, I will never visit this location ever again if I can help it.

I was just glad to get here in time before my truck/ motor decided to go south! I haven't been to this truck stop in ages. The front 2 rows are Reserve only $$ at least you get your money back, if your a company driver other than that there is plenty of room to park and take your break or 34. Only hot food available was the fuel island.
