This place is by far the worse experience I ve ever had as a consumer. I received a large piece of mail from Steve Jones Automotive with a scratcher on the back side that indicated I had won a $50,000 cash price. Now I m not so gullible to just automatically fall for it, so I read the small print and the disclaimer and it did disclose that the price was basically to be determined by the staff at the facility and to be claimed in person. I drove over, (waste of gas, waste of more than 2 hours and my blood pressure sky rocketed). I did NOT recieve any type of price as it had indicated on the promotinal piece of paper, other than a $25 walmart coupon which was advertised completely separate feom the scrach prizes and even that has no value until you make an online purchase and then request a refund.I have worked in the customer service industry my whole life so I continued to give them the benefit of the doubt, I sat there and listened to the gentleman that was helping me in the first place, he asked me several questions and offered to take my current vehicle as a trade in and have me drive out of their lot with a similar but relative upgrade at a similar payment! I believed him. I shopped for a car, I found one, we went back inside and begun to speak abiut the dynamics. I did jot get a single straight forward answer regarding numbers unless I asked for it and their idea of similar was to have me pay taxes on rhe vehicle, come up with down payment AND almost double up my monthly payment on a vehicle which was only slightly better than mine all the way around. When I politely declined, they continued to press forward difussing deflecting my concerns regarding their vision of what should be considered in the ballpark of similar. Mind you thwy still had my car keys their upraiser . Took two hours earlier from me. I had to repeat my self and say thwy were waisting their time and my time several times before I got my keys back and was allowed to go on my way.I DO NOT trust this dealership to do ANY type of business with! Be careful, they are very decieving, they withold crucial information and thwy are in my opinion very unethical.

No integrity. Horrible financing. Unethical. Dishonest. Greedy. Don t expect service after you buy. Expect problems. I can t say anything positive about Tonya Pitts or Steve Jones.This place will be our of business in less then 6 months.

Called to obtain info about a $2,5000 winning Lucky Ball I received in mail. They hung up on me.
