My SUV had a slash in it last week on our way from St. Louis to Orlando.and luckily it made it to West Memphis. My wife and I frantically searched for a tire place (realizing that most places service large trucks) but we made it to Southern Tire and needless to say, Walter took care of us and got us back on the road. We have a stupid sized tire and he was able to send a co-worker into Memphis to pick one up and have the mechanic have an our SUV ready for the new tire when he returned. I truly appreciate the help we had from everyone at Southern Tire. Highly recommend!!!

Everyone here was awesome if I ever need another tire professional in West Memphis this is the place that I will come. Everybody there was very nice they got me in. They worked with me and got me back on the road within 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Im going to update my review. As i have purchased several tires at Southern Tire Mart recently. The service is great, they work to get you back on the road quickly. We also used the store in Nashville last week, having tire issues on the road is a real pain! Southern tire mart took care of our needs.Thank you Southern Tire Mart, West Memphis and the Nashville store!!

I have good service everytime I stop at the West Memphis location I live in Louisiana, but I always get good service at this location so I plan my trip on stopping in here.

I went into this location for DOT inspection. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. Kyle and Mary were able to get me right in and I received fast and efficient service. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection that my tech Richard performed, I would highly recommend this location and will use them again. As a side note: I parked in the lot and watched as the shop put 8 new drive tires on another truck in less than an hour. James Hendrix, O/O

Great service, great price and Excellent people. They are very friendly. I spoke with Walton and Mike and they are very accommodating and thanks to the technician (Maurice) that came to my truck's location to repair the flat tire due to nail puncture. Definitely highly recommended. 5 Stars for them

Bryan at this location easily gets five stars for being incredibly courteous and helpful given the situation that his employer put him in. Southern tire Mart will only do authorization through their call center. Good luck with that! What should have been a 15 minute job turned into nearly 3 hours because their call center couldn't receive calls. Penske called this location directly to try and just go through the store but apparently that is not acceptable. Finally through desperation Bryan was given authorization to simply go ahead and do the job and deal with the billing process later. This experience will likely have us avoiding Southern tire Mart in the future.

We were traveling through West Memphis in our RV and had a flat. We called Southern Tire at about 6:30 am and we were back on the road by 9:30 am. Lisa at the call center was very helpful. She provided the information we needed. Tammy found what we needed and provided all the necessary information to select the right tire. Maurice came to our location changed out the tire. Everyone was very professional and friendly. If we ever need this type of service again and was in their area I would definitely call Southern Tire.As an add note we could like to also thank Courtey and Jeff for there help in getting the needed documents we needed

While they did not have exactly what I was looking for, the alternative that was offered worked out extremely well.And for a very reasonable price.All the employees I encountered were very nice & professional. They got me in & out in a very reasonable amount of time.

I was at southertiremart in Arkansas west Memphis and got tires for my truck and ask for a alignment and they wouldn't line me up the guy was sitting in da store not doing a thing and I had to go the Memphis store get my truck lined 30 miles which don't make any sense hope someone can fix this is every customer is going to have to go to Memphis to get lined up really takes to the guy in for taken care of me to get me back on the road

We realized we had a flat tire after driving from New York. We found Southern Tire Mart after reading great reviews, and it definitely deserves all the high ratings! They helped us immediately, and Craig was able to fix our tire in no time to get us back on the road. Thanks for the kindness and good service in a stressful situation!

I purchased two Firestone Steer tires on 6/24/20 which with rim fee, Tire change, Balance and Stem cost me approximately 553.91 a piece. On 9/02/20 just a little over TWO MONTHS, while traveling on level new road, the tire blew out and peeled like a recap!! Of course I had to purchase a ROAD TIRE which cost me an additional $659.53!! I made it back to the place of purchase on 9/10/20 and spoke to the Manager Josh Brown who did absolutely NOTHING for me!! According to him I have to wait for a Firestone rep to come look at the tire and maybe give me a credit towards a new one. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! All I asked for was a replacement tire or my money back!! No way should that tire had blown out like that and It was at night so they cant say it got hot!!

I needed to get new drive tires.They set me up and was in and out in 2 hrs.Great staff and very efficient service technicians..I would recommend this shop to anyone.Thank you for the great job.

Fastest tire tech in the South, if not the entire country! No exaggeration! We came thru about a year ago and remembered how quick the tech was last time. So, we decided to time him. We watched as he replaced 3 trailer tires on the guy in front of us. Start to finish...14 mins. He then started on our 5 trailer tires and with absolutely no help from anyone, he was finished in 33 mins. Amazing!This is definitely where you want to go if you're in the area for fast & friendly service. But, for record breaking fast service...request Craig.

Was headed out of town and realized my tire light came on, stopped at the next exit to get to a air pump at the gas station and pulled up and realized there wasn't a air chuck on the air pump, look around the parking lot and see a southern tire mart truck changing a big truck tire. I drove over there and asked the young man if he maybe could give me some air in my tire and explained that the air chuck was gone on the one at the gas station and he immediately said yes. I thanked him several times bc I could tell he was cold and was done working on the customer he had and came and checked all my tire air pressure and all 4 was low, he was sooo very nice and I was so thankful for him. thanks Dante for helping me out!!!!!! life saver!!!! we need more Dante's!!

Wonderful service. The dawg gone fees are as much as a tire. But what r u gonna do. Order off the internet if ur not in a hurry saved u 46$ per tire. Great place and service tho.

I found the West Memphis Southern Tire Mart a few years ago, when I was visiting the area and got a puncture in a tire. It was early morning, and I was anxious to start a 15 hour drive home. The people at STM were great, put me at ease, did the job fast, and didn't overcharge. More recently I was in Memphis again with another puncture/slow leak. Let's just say that I actually felt lucky to have an excuse to go back to Southern Tire Mart - something about the people there puts me in a good mood. Note: they primarily service trucks, but they'll take care of anyone.

Needed a aluminum steer rim replaced, got me in quick. Price was way cheaper than Loves or TA by $80. Great service!

Nothing bad to say at all!! Was in and out in 40 mins. And had 8 brand new tires put on paper work torqued and leaving 40 mins. Great job.

RV flat on a Sunday!! No one would help Walmart "no" Petro "no"..left stranded overnight. Called Souther Tire Mart in West Memphis took us right away. Everyone was great from the front desk to the guy changing the tire. Done in about 30 mins...back on the road to continue our six week road trip safely with the family and pets....thanks again The Soloperto/Paul Family
