Second time visiting this location. The facilities were clean. The staff was friendly and the customer service was good. This is a moderate size location with a decent amount of parking but it can get filled up pretty quick so plan ahead. I haven't tried the showers but the restrooms were clean. I also didn't get a chance to try the restaurant. Maybe another time. Kudos

We parked there last night. Ironically enough the fuel station was reasonably clean and such. But with that said, the plaza was not. It was barely 11 AM and the bathroom was disgusting. My shoes stuck to the floor with every step. Place is majorly out of date and pretty dirty. IHOP was decent but not great. It looked ok and everything though.

That the truck driver is no longer human, or what? What is this about a truck driver? Man after a long day. Comes to relax. So you're tempted to come here! Everywhere garbage, unsanitary conditions! No respect for the driver left! One of the worst truck stops ever! No conditions for a comfortable stay! I'm not talking about parking yet! Which does not exist at all! Not a truck stop, but some kind of yard!

Time for an update. Free parking all around. Just reserved in the middle. Fills up after the loves fills up. Loves is old, tight, and lots of hoods getting hit compared to the petro. Annual and grease done at the shop. Decent folks, prices have gone up considerably. $102.00 for annual on truck and trailer, $55 for grease and shop supplies and disposal fees and taxes put the total at $201.00. Shower was good, no wait, it's dated but clean. No hairs or soap scum anywhere, floor was clean and the sink. Washers worked good, the left two. Lower two left dryers are hot. 3.25 for warm medium cycle, and 3.00 for 45 minutes drying. Dude in a green coat sitting beside the restaurant talking to the Supreme space council on the floor somewhere and laughing. The restaurant is clean and the food looks good, Didn't eat there. Their is a movie theater, it's clean, chairs look very comfortable, some of these cats are sleeping. Overall a nice quiet place, don't know what the negative Nancy's had an issue with.

This gas station has shabby equipment, unhelpful staff, and expensive food. Hope it improves. Either that or being eliminated.

Stopped here on 4-12-24 and went inside to get fuel.... Fuel island store closed til 6am then was like I'll just go grab food and drink in the other building NOPE they had a sign saying they were closed til 8am. So your telling me you have a whole truck stop with no where to go to the bathroom? How ridiculous

Showers weren't clean. Still had 2 USED bars of soap on the holder. The towel holder was hanging, literally, off of the wall. To top it all off the attendant banged on the door and when i asked what he wanted he got ignorant and beligerant using profanity and the "n word" several times. Worst shower experience ive had in 20 years of truckin.

This review is for the fuel island stop and restroom (women's) specifically in the diesel fuel island. If I could give ZERO stars I would!I've been utilizing this stop for 16 years...it seems EVERYTIME I come through and stop here for fuel or just a pit stop, the bathroom is worse than the time before. I am usually stopping in the middle of the early a.m. So....not a lot of traffic at that time coming in and out, in other words, the time of day when the bathrooms should be relatively clean, especially the women's bathroom in the fuel island.This place needs a major overhaul....like at least take a pressure washer to the entire bathroom. Petro apparently cannot afford to replace broken door locks or broken toilet paper dispensers, etc. Again...everytime I enter to use this place, which I have almost completely stopped stopping here, it is worse than the last time I stopped.For such a busy location and well used by truckers, at least....WHY....is PETRO not giving this place an upgrade?! Or at least a good cleaning and makeover?Where is corporate in all of this?Pictures are from my stop in there last week.And...the cards left in the bathrooms to talk to management about your concerns usually just calls the fuel island phone....and, your complaints are never passed on to the higher echelons....a way of the employee's covering theira$$'s. IMHU :/

This is a gated truck stop. You got to spend $20 in the store or get 60 gallons of diesel to park for free for the night. People here are friendly but ghetto fabulous. The facility could be more cleaner but I always enjoy myself when I spend the night here.

You had at least 6 days to prepare for the incoming storm of ice and snow. Six ! The management failed in leadership at every level.Six days. You could not even secure a Farmer with a tractor to plow the park lot. The restaurant used the excuse of inclement weather as an excuse for failure and the head top manager was nowhere to be seen. The employees present did the best they could but your management failed miserably.

Was here for weekend. IHOP dinner was ok. Better than I expected. Breakfast was better than IHOPs I've been to recently. Service was random. Good at dinner, less so at breakfast.

Restrooms are always out of hand soap and paper towels. The mark up on food in the convenience store is insane & IHOP service is very disappointing. Under staffed and always out menu items.

Not the best place to stay at. This place is 4 miles away from a Walmart. Showers were small but clean. Bathrooms were a little dirty. Pee on the seat and toilet paper on floor. No toilet paper in men s bathroom. Husband had to ask someone to get some. Beggars were at the front door all day. I felt very uncomfortable every time I walked in the building. We got up to leave around 530 am and a man knocked on our truck asking for money.Iron skillet is closed so is I-hop. KFC and taco bell across the street are closed. There is a McDonald s in walking distance. Huge grass area in back to walk dog. There is a truckers lounge and laundry facilities.

Stopped to fuel up my truck, then went inside to get my receipt. The horrible blue haired black girl at the fuel desk refused to get me a receipt, cussed me out, asked me to "step outside ", then looked up my company and called my boss (at home! at 7am! on a Saturday!) trying to get me fired! Luckily, my boss is like family and knew she was lying about me. Petro, you need to get rid of this girl before she gets you sued, or worse, gets shot by the next driver she asks to "step outside "! No one in my company will be back to this Petro if this is how you want to treat us!

I ve been coming here for 9 years now and not much has changed.. I stop for dinner or breakfast as I pass and for the pass few months the food has been terrible either it s not done or overcooked.. the flavor be there but I have had to dispose of my food on several occasions bc the hamburger steak was bloody the spaghetti was soupy the grits be lumpy and uncooked I can go on and on but the food here use to be sooooo good . I be tryna catch them on a good day but lately the days haven t been good at all ( not to mention the crowd but I get in and GET OUT) not ALTANTA TRUCK STOPS BUT they are close

Memphis yet again under delivers. Somehow, petro lowers the bar yet again in Memphis. The fuel hose connection leaks as you pump fuel . Really?!?!?! It is 8:45 am and the bathroom is way past gross. Not even an unused square of TP in the whole woman's restroom. I asked the clerk if they were running low on TP or staff. Which there are 4 ppl there inside the fueling station. Clerk said she didn't know. She'd get someone on it and never attempted to call anyone. I have a better set up on the semi. Shame on the mess. All the while the clerk is saying I didn't do it, never did and never will. Major eye roll... moving on.

Ask for Ricky, when you need something fixed on your truck. He was hella fast and very helpfulIf you have tire issues, go to him first. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Went to the convenience store for a drink and a lite lunch (hot dog). The Coca-Cola, fruit punch, and lemonade was out and the cashier (Ashley) was standing at the cash desk playing on her phone, even when I was trying to cash out. This isn't the first time I've had this happen.

DO NOT STOP HERE -- Usually not the type to leave a bad review but I believe this location and the Love's truck stop in Memphis, TN off of Lamar Ave. is to be operating a scam business. Please be aware of your truck drivers and truck equipment at this location!! If you get a call from a police officer stating your driver has been involved in a fight and the truck and trailer need towed, please call local authorities to confirm story. This is a fake story they are using to pay for a tow that is not needed! My driver also made me aware location was very dirty and lacked customer service, maybe because people behind the counter are making better money scamming than being kind and respectful human beings! side note: the fake officer had my drivers name and truck info (information given to use fuel card so some one on the inside is involved)

Got a shower for $18 and walked down and doors hanging open. Had to request a clean one. Woman and young boy wandering around lot knocking on parked trucks holding cardboard sign (couldn t read what it said). Definitely lock your truck and keep an eye out. Shady hotel right next door

Disgusting toilet and bathroom, the entire place feels nasty. The toilet in the shower has some black scuff on it, wiped it with a piece of toilet paper and black scum came out on toilet paper. The place smells moldy also. One of the worst Petro I came across as a driver.Public hair all over the sink also.Absolutely disgusting!!

Travel center part is good...Just wanted to let you now that you have 2 female employees at west Memphis AR location on fuel side that refused to wait on 5 plus driver an also refused to make coffee an they caused you to lose business...

They dress up the front with fake plastic flowers (and are too lazy to remove the tags) but us drivers are greeted with 9 inch craters as we enter to get fuel . Come on, use some of that reserved parking money and fix the parking lot. West Memphis..."The armpit of America".

Big disappointment for my Petro Service Department experience. Service guy told another customer (when asked about another service being done) was told (get in your truck and go on down the road).One bad apple can ruin a experience.Over all dusty/dirty. Not good customer service at 6am.Asked about carry bag special. Same guy said couldnt do it. I'm a Platinum Ultra One customer so I'm a big fan of Petro/TA, however not enough space to discuss the issues this early shift has. A review of video by management would be a start.

I checked into the shop for a truck repair and 21/2 hours later the lady clerk told me they're still waiting for a Mechanic to look at the truck. Very horrible experience for that much waiting time

UPDATE: THIS PLACE HAS BECOME A SH%^&&&. DELI IN FUEL ISLAND CLOSES AT 8PM NOW, RESTAURANT IS GONE AND POS IHOP IS BEING PUT IN....SO SICK OF TRUCKSTOPS NOT SERVING TRUCKERS!!! PAID PARKING IS GONE, AND SECURITY...UNBELIEVABLE, THIS USED TO BE THE JEWEL OF THIS AREA...

Staff have horrible attitudes. Customer service is pretty much non existent. Borderline rude. Don't go here
