Our experience was great. It did take some time to work the sale, but I think it may have been because they were short staffed. My husband and I purchased a 2014 Yukon with only 86,000 miles. It's a great vehicle for our family and we are thoroughly enjoying it. Our sales guy Kyle was so helpful and professional. He was very pleasant and informative to work with. If you need a good vehicle along with a good salesman, Pearcy Auto Sales is the way to go!

It's a scam!! Unfortunately I was duped into buying a vehicle from this dealership ship which DID NOT run/crank 2 days after purchase leaving my kids and i literally in the rain. I cannot speak for the next person who shop there but this will be the last time I shop there and any place they recommend.

Shelby likes to harass customers for no reason. I ve receive numerous calls threatening to put my vehicle back on repo last than 3 weeks about car insurance that I already have basically and issue on their end that needs to be fix. Will reach out to the Bbb about this complaint against a worker

All the bad reviews are true.!! They don t care about nothing but the money. When I 1st got my car it was going into Neutral while driving.!! The 1st time it happened I was on the expressway smh. I had so much faith in them only to get my car back and for it go in Neutral AGAIN while driving in 5oclock traffic. After the 3rd time I picked it up the faith was GONE and GUESS WHAT, it did it AGAIN.!! I cried, my son and I had to get out the car because we were in the middle of the street Every time I picked my car up they reassured me that the problem was fixed but it never was. I took it to them 5 times and every time I got it back it was NEVER fixed.!! They were constantly putting my child and I life in danger.! I had only had the car for 3 days before it start doing that.! I end up having to take my car to a THE REAL DEALERSHIP for it to be fixed.. I wouldn t purchase a toy car from these folks they are a total rip off.!

If you want the owners attention,leave a review exposing the truth and he will chime in on the Google review....pitiful....I must admit,this place should just close the doors......after driving a hour and a half to get to the dealership,90 percent of the cars advertised are not even at the dealership,they either in the so called SHOP,or don't have it at all.Don't believe me?Go to goggle maps,and look at the car lot then look at what's advertised, totally different than what you see on there website,even though the times aren't the same but you will definitely get the picture.The owner is very disrespectful to customers and the staff is not any better.If you are looking for a real car buying experience I'd advise you to go to a real company with a real bank that will do real business. You have to remember buy here pay here means you are desperate and willing to take whatever they throw your way ,it's close to holidays DONT DISAPPOINT your family friends and loved ones with a LEMON
