Connie Dale has sold us two vehicles since she went to work at West Memphis Ford.We drove from North Carolina to get the most recent vehicle we purchased from her because we didn't want to buy our next Ford from anyone else.She made the entire experience wonderful for us.

Ms.Nikki was all hands on deck when I first contacted her!!! She did not disappoint me.. I told her I didn t have a way to the dealership and she came and picked me up with no hesitation!!! Everything was fast and a smooth process.. If you are in need of a good car sales person go see Ms. Nikki NOW!!!

@Ford of West Memphis I had a great experience with getting my car from them. From the test drive , to signing the paperwork and driving off the lot . My salesperson Bret , Connie and Nikki was super nice and friendly. They were able to answer all my questions and made sure my car buying went smooth . I recommend this dealership to anyone who needs help in getting a car .

Update: They ve responded to this comment but are trying to spin this out to look like they went above & beyond while I asked for too much. For clarity, I did not ask the dealership for rental coverage. My car has a warranty that Ford headquarters will not honor unless they receive an official diagnosis from the dealership. The dealership does not give out rentals. Ford does that.What I asked the dealership for was a timeline for diagnosis & was told, Well, I don t know . The issue here is that they refused to officially diagnose my car & wanted me to be without transportation for I don t know how long. The I don t know waiting period for an official diagnosis is designed to coerce customers into buying or trading in. This duress results in upsell & expansion for their sales team. I spoke with someone on their sales team who essentially shared this with me as I, too, work in a revenue driven industry.My only hope writing this is that whomever makes it to this comment will read this story and make an informed decision about whether purchasing or getting their car serviced here is right for them.If Ford West Memphis is interested in a conversation about this, they have my number to call. I wish I could have given 0 Stars but here we are. I brought my car to their shop to diagnose. Scheduled an appointment, waited there for 3-4 hours.When they finished diagnosing , Danielle at the front told me that they didn t really diagnose my car. They identified a code but they did nothing further. I was told I needed to bring my car back in the following Monday for a real diagnosis .They do not offer loaner vehicles & will hold your vehicle for weeks at a time.They charged me $165.00 for the initial visit. When I scheduled the pickup service appointment in-person they never showed up or called. When I scheduled for the following week online they never showed up & stopped answering my calls.If there is any way possible you can get your car serviced somewhere else, get your car serviced somewhere else!This dealership is only interested in frustrating existing customers to the point where customer frustration/inconvenience turns into a new sale & upcharge on our monthly payments.

It is very easy to speak about the most perfect man at Ford of West Memphis, Larry Little this man went above and beyond; he climbed mountain, swim through lakes. & did NOT give up until he got everything worked out!! He kept his word & Did all this to make sure that I was good and then my daughter was good on top of that, he gave us some excellent vehicles. He is now considered family!!!Also special things to Miss Connie Dail!Miss Connie you are the phone. I love you auntie you are family too. You did more than an average sales person would do for someone in a situation such as mine!!!I HAVE FULL RESPECT FOR FORD OF WEST MEMPHIS!!!I LOVE YOU GUYS #Family

I had an 8am appointment to get an oil change and brake pads replaced. I was thinking about 3 hours there, well how wrong I was! 6 hours later, when my car was finally finished, the manager told the clerk not to charge me for my oil change because I shouldn t have been there for that long. No one ever came to me to explain why it was taking so long, but I heard conversations, so I do know why. So with this being said, how can I be upset when I got a $100 discount. I didn t have another appointment that day, or I may have been upset.

As a single woman, I am very pleased with the service that I received from the team at Ford of West Memphis! I was constantly informed of the repairs being made to my vehicle, I was never blindsided by any cost or repair needs, and I did not feel as if I was being taken advantage of. John, what's extremely kind and patient and took very good care of me during the customer service portion of my visit! I have totally recommended this location to all of my friends and family.

John provided exceptional service during our stressful situation. His willingness to go above and beyond by providing his personal number, staying late(over 2 hours), and helping us secure a rental car is commendable. He didn t take advantage of us being from out of town instead genuinely assisted us with a very reasonable fix. Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend John for his outstanding customer service!

Warning!! Don't ever buy a used vehicle from Ford of West Memphis! They will not stand behind your purchase, to many people purchase vehicles from this particular location,get the vehicle home,and find out the vehicle actually has major issues that Ford of West Memphis won't stand behind.

I absolutely loved my experience with getting my new car! Nikki was absolutely amazing and worked very hard to make sure i got into a new car (my last one was literally falling apart) she was very patient, very helpful, and explained everything to me seeing as this was my first time ever purchasing a car with my name on it. i couldn t be more grateful for all the support and help that her and the staff at ford gave me during this big milestone for me!

2023 F250 shows a discount. Dealership wouldn t honor the price. Wouldn t work numbers with my wife. I drove here from an hour away just to waste my time. At least they smiled while telling me they wouldn t do it.

1st off, When i bought my 2017 Dodge Journey in March, Mrs. Connie Dail did a magnificent job in finding me exactly what I wanted and needed. I just had to bring my truck in for an oil change and tune-up and David Shaw took excellent care of me and my truck, pricewise and quality. I feel like i got a brand new truck all over again. THANKS Connie and David @ Ford of West Memphis!!!!!!!
