Letti made sure my shower was nice and clean. She ran the register and the rest of the store by herself with a smile. I demand a raise for this beautiful woman immediately!! I hope to see her again.

The store was clean and well stocked, the staff was very friendly and professional. The drivers restroom was clean and appeared to be well maintained. The food was the usual PFJ fare with soup and there's a Denny's inside as well. The truck parking lot is a good size and has some room for backing into spots.The drivers lounge is a good size and very clean.

My artistic skills aside can we get these things replaced Pilot so we re not piling our clothes on the floor, that s no way to treat a guest.

Pulled up to a man begging me outside for money or food I offered to get him food he tells me he's allowed inside the store. I tell him to wait I'll go get him food there's no Denny's open, no hot dogs on the grill, no pizza, or any of the other junk food that pilot/ flying j usually has. I go to grab a sandwich and the sandwich rolls literally $6.50 add a bag of chips with no drink and you're paying just as much for a whole entire restaurant meal for just a sandwich and some chips. It should not be a total of nearly $12 for a sandwich and a small bag of chips. And this female Shae hella rude. Nasty disrespectful attitude. The holy in me just had to shut my mouth and walk away. This whole entire experience this whole area is super ghetto. This is coming from a person that was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. I would have to say the ghetto here definitely outweighs the ghetto back home. Not a place I'll stop at again. All I wanted was a small little cup of butter from Denny's m I almost was going to go to the pilot but I decided to stop here just specifically for the Denny's.

I seen some bad reviews for this location, but decided to try it out myself and can't believe these reviews on here this is one of the better Flying J's I've been to. The shower was small, but there was great water pressure and there was plenty of hot water, the employees were very friendly and helpful, I asked for an extra set of towels and the employee didn't hesitate to help me out with manners, I had an offer on my Flying J/Pilot app for buy a 16oz. Monster (any flavor) and get one 16oz. Monster (any flavor) for $1, I saved this offer on my app but every time I tried to use it with my card it wouldn't go through, needless to say, I tried it again (it expires today) and Willie was so patient and got another employee to help is figure out why it wasn't working, and she couldn't figure it out either but was sure that I received the offer. Oh, and the spicy wings were on key!

To the guy that cleans the shower on nights 3/20 he deserves whatever he asks for.. shower was clean and the ladies that work the counter was so friendly my card wasn t working and they was so patient they was cleaning the store making sure everything was stocked up and the security guard as well they make one hell of a team

This is my favorite truck stop not because of the baggers knock on your door at 4am (black woman innher 30-s and guy driving nissan silver nissan altima) but also showers are in terrible condition

I was a customer both on 3/3 & 3/4. This 1st night I went to shower, and ended up bathing in the sink because their shower would not turn on, 2nd night bought a steak burger& chicken sandwich, the top of bun was hard and the bottom of bun was So wet it seemed as though it had been dipped in water. Took it back in and ....Yes, they refunded my money .

Huge lot. Like 250 spaces and 53 reserves. The worst is coming here to W Memphis. It s just the worst. The place is filthy. The people are worst. Stoned out of their minds. The showers are not clean at all including toilets. They just replaced towels and that s it, but they want to charge you for filthy showers. Insane. Where s the supervision here. I bet they are ppl who are here for a paycheck. Smh. If is not for us drivers, they don t get paid. And still they treat us like garbage.

Not the best Flying J I've been in. It's dirty and the service is not the best. If your looking to do a long stop and rest this is not the place to go. Inside you can find a Denny's in which the service is not the best at all. So next time your looking for a stop, think to look alittle further down the road to a better cleaner stop, I don't recommend these place.

Very bad experience at the Wendy's restaurant, 45min past before i had to move from a table to the bar so some could get my order, but i had to complain so they could get it, another hr past and didn't get my food, they had no juse at all, jus Coca Cola, seating at the bar i noticed how they moved food from one plate to another with their unprotected hands, not even washed them, standing on their phones, again manipulating food after the phone use, talking to them selfs about how customers are complaining about how slow they are, cursing at them and saying that they work at their own speed, not others, at this point i asked about my food, and she just looks at me in a very mean way, the customers started coming to the bar area to ask for extra things needed like coffee and utensils since they didn't get any, also asking if the could get their order since the customers had been waiting for some time too, when i saw them manipulating food with their hands after scratching the head, i decided to just forget about eating at this place!Never again!!

Came to this stop during a snow storm. The staff was very nice and kind. They made fresh food for us and were pleasant. Kimberly, Kenosha, Jordan were super. Thanks again for everything.

Great RV dump station island on the right after you turn into main entrance. Pay $10.00 inside and they give u a code to enter. Nice clean station convenient to I-40 interstate exit/entrance. We were there on Sunday 3:30pm.

Ya ever noticed that the treatment of the reviewers are dependent apon their gender and color. If a colored person, mostly good reviews. If a woman, despite color. Good reviews Except in Dennys. If you're a white man, bad reviews in every department. Dennys included. The only Exception is the self depreciating white person who feels like their achieving something by writing good reviews even though this dump never earned them. The Management on down should be fired for allowing this to happen.If the rolls and colors were reversed this place would have been out of business already. Funny how racism is okay for some Racist and not other Racist. Racism isn't exceptable by anyone, Anywhere. Or atleast it shouldn't be. It seems to thrive here at the west Memphis J.

Just outside the front door. Makes me think twice before eating anything from this location. Only reason stopping here is because my company only fuels at flying J or Pilot.

The gas pumps were pumping really slow we were cleaning out the vehicle and the pump didn t stop automatically so the gas was overflowing.The bathrooms could use some cleaning.

It s your typical j. I just stopped and got fuel. Islands were pretty clean and stocked. Nice scrubbers for the windows. No trash stacked and the pumps were clean too. I ll be back

Called to order a pizza and was told I can not order over the phone. Never had that problem at any other Flying J how else are you supposed to order pizza when ur on the road.

Worse dennys ever been in hr to get food and a hr to cash out.. I don t know if it has anything to do with me being the only white person in the restaurant

I do not recommend this location. I got here in the evening and found out there washers are broke down. They said their showers were working but there's no one here to clean them. All the showers are dirty!! So I go to the front desk and the woman tells me though they don't come in until 5 a.m. what Flying J / Pilot doesn't have someone to clean showers pretty much the whole day and night?? I will not be patronizing this location ever again!!

05/15/2021 Pros: Hot showers. I didn t eat here but the food looks good. Did do laundry, small room but I m glad they have it. Morning shift customer service was how it s supposed to be.Cons: customer service during the evening shift to late night was trash! I would have given 5 stars.

The employees make it the worst flying j to come to in the entire United States in my opinion. They act like either they are new and don't know what to do or the attitude they give just kills it. I try to avoid this place because more than once I walk away shaking my head asking the questions why? And why does this continue?

Store number 607 is very bad customer service and they are just laughing for the customer and it s very dirty and all the staff is very bad even the supervisor he didn t respect the customer

This place is the best, no hot box food, rats, gas pumps are closed, and Dennys closes at 5pm. The parking is prime, always full and garenteed to leave just enough space to hit someone

Black mold eating up the shower. Trash in the trash can and on the floor when I entered. Terrible water pressure and limited hot water. Fuel bays are disgusting. Fuel pumps are loose and decrepit. Parking lot is full of pot holes and trash. I know this is Memphis and Memphis is known for sub par truck stops but get real, Pilot/Flying J is a mega million dollar corporation. This is unacceptable. Do better.

If your a middle aged Caucasian male you should definitely avoid this place. Very rude cashier. They definitely go out of their way to tell everyone to have a blessed day except people who look like us. It's really sad to serve your country and be subject to this kind of treatment. Thank you for the WATER IN DIESEL pumps today. 18 trucks damaged (2 of them on the picture). Including our carhauler - 2021 Ford F350 powerstroke.
