We absolutely LOVE coming here!!! Helpful staff and the lady's in front are funny as hell!! Wide variety of stuff for the truck and they always have what we need, its definitely a task to get my man out of there before he spends our whole check . (Sometimes it's the other way around) lol. THANK YOU EMPIRE CHROME!! stay blessed

I ll never buy from here again they have pic posted with mounting hardware like it comes with it then when you receive it s not there. They say oh it s in the notes mounting hardware NOT INCLUDED .. if you don t do nothing else atleast take mounting hardware off pic with that HIGH PRICE .. ringadink chrome shop . That s why I go to 75 chrome shop, Raneys etc

I went to several different chrome shops in Texas and in Arkansas and they did not have what I was looking for I took a shot in dark and stopped in and I was like a kid in a candy store they had everything I was looking for the staff was amazing and very helpful I give it a 5 star all day and twice on Sunday

Very pleasent experience. They had a big selection in trucking items, and more importantly, I found what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend stopping by this place if you're a trucker and are anywhere around the Memphis area

Decent prices on the items I bought for my my 579 pete,lots of lights led and just about anything u want thumbs to them for still being up and running during this difficult time.... and remember put your masks on before going in........

It has something for everyoneBe careful when ordering they do not ship out what u order but what can find.Had to take mine back and wait for a refund.When I ordered they had it but sold it to someone else.Drove 2 hrs to return it and still left empty-handed

4/21/2023 I purchased a turbo wing from Valley chrome and I was installing it today didn t have any direction called valley chrome for help was told they couldn t help me so I called Empire Chrome just to see if they could help me they put me in touch with their shop and the gentleman was very helpful and I was able to install it! Even though I did Not purchase it from them they still were very professional and help me in my opinion they are the best chrome shop in the country they could have simply just said sorry we can t help you. Thank you so much!! 11/20/2022 Bought some dual revolution lights and I had one of the lights start messing up an only a couple of diodes was working sent hem a video on Tuesday and by Friday they sent me a new light. Very happy according that they are in West Memphis and I m in Daphne Al. Thank you

Came across this chrome shop online looking for some lights that no other chrome shop had, i look and called the big chrome shop places and no one carry them... After looking for months i found them here online.! "P3 female plug" Been shopping a lot here since then. Fast free shipping.! And prices are better than most of the chrome shops.

Very nice place enjoyable visit got some hub caps for my KW 680 front wheel very good price stop cause my hub cap decided to roll out on it's own you wanted independence. I drop in to Empire got two new one's got excellent service I ask the lady if she give a price on 2 items she did that and more gave me the order numbers for the items I requested. They've got the cool hard to find chrome pieces and lights. Great service and prices. I'm like a kid in a candy store every time I come here. Hard to leave once you walk in.

Very disappointed with customer service, you can stand right in front of the attendants and no one will ever ask if you need help, and when you ask for something you'll feel the negative attitude, like someone or something is forcing them to be there. Attitude totally stinks, I will never stop there again and will tell all my friends about it, besides social media exposure.

Richard was very helpful. Found hard to find item for my 2008 Peterbilt. Empire really went the extra mile to help me when other shops wouldn't. By the way huge selection of chrome and accessories at reasonable prices.

Always helpful. Always seem to have what I am looking for. And for some reason alot of what I didn't know what I needed. Wife cringes when I come out. But she is always happy with the results of what I have purchased.
