Yesterday stopped by to replace the leaking brake chamber on the trailer. Took them almost 3 hours to do it. Now I am sitting at the Love's truck care to fix that job. Pictures attached.Do not recommend this shop. Be Careful, Drivers.Short update: I've called them and spoke to the manager, I explained what the issue is, and I asked to reimburse me 279$ I paid at their shop. He said he will need approval from the owner, but.... nobody called me back, probably too busy for it.

Great service. Went to the shop to replace a tire on my trailer. Back on the road within 1 hour.Fair price! Thank you!They also have road service 24hours.

Guys know how to fix trucks. Experienced. They have building for 6 trucks. No trucks in line. Room to drop the trailer. Drive axle seal leaking. 8.30 in, 11am out. New seal and brakes. Good price.

Very knowledgeable mechanics. Got me in and out. Great customer service. So often a lot of repair shops are nothing but scam artists. Refreshing to find a dependable shop!!!

This is a family owned business. These gentlemen are professional and got me in and out the door equally as fast as I came in. I appreciated their business because my issue was small and I called a bunch of other shops in the area that clearly was trying to take advantage of my situation. I spoke with the owner and he told me what to expect and when I showed up everything went exactly as he stated. I appreciate y'all brothers.

Honest people. Got 2 brake chamber hoses frayed themselves, 1hr + parts, when moving out the bay, they ve noticed brake chamber cracked, charged only for part. Had to tip mechanic myself. 2hrs total in n out .

Great service. Good bunch of guys. Fair and reasonable prices. Had to get a new spindle and bearings on my trailer today and they took good care of me in a timely manner. 5 stars for me. Highly recommend

I am a Truck Driver and my truck broke down on I40! Another mechanic came out and diagnosed the issue he stated it was the dryer and he would come back early tomorrow morning to fix it! He never showed up! Then my company called ELH Truck and Trailer > come to find out it was NOT the dryer that was the problem, it was only a trailer line!!! Dryer was more to fix than a line!!! This is a very HONEST Company!!! Thank you very much Mr. Enos

Stay away from this scammers the only thing that they are trying to do is to rip you off. I sent a truck for a expansion valve in the bunk they quoted me 3h labor and $100 for the part, but at the end they decided that was not enough for them so they end up putting on the bill $325 AC recharge and when i asked why they owner or somebody told me the Freon in the BUNK( like the truck is running on 10 frons you know and it has 10 compressor) is low, little that he know truck was worked on for the ac compressor and it was full with Freon, so after that he starter to treat me that he will take all the Freon out that was my Freon that i already pay . At leas be honest and when somebody asks how much it will be just tell them the exact amount don't ripe of people.

My truck came in the shop for DOT inspection. Firstly i was told one price and it turned out to be completely different. These guys are scammers, overpricing and rudeness is there trade Don t waste your time, money and nerves here!!!!

Went in for an air leak. Had a couple trucks ahead of me and was out of there in about an hour. It was a simple fix. The mechanic and man in the office were professional and everyone seemed friendly. Overall I had good service at this shop. Plus they had good jams playing on the radio...always a plus. Thanks!

Enos did a great job, drove 80 miles to were my truck was broken down and work hard until it was fixed.. he didn t quit until got the problem solved. He fixed a DEF problem on my truck Volvo D13, 2016. The best.

Nice guys and they got right on it...I believe you get what you pay for and they did a fantastic job on my air ride...If I ever have a break down in West Memphis Arkansas I now know who to call....After having a parts changer fix it I took it to them and had a Professional fix it haven't had a nother problem... and I'm hard on my truck..Thanks Guys..

What a great bunch of guys. Friendly from the time I arrived, they were quick to get me in, extremely helpful, and did an awesome job. I can't say enough about the great experience I had here, and if I ever need anything while in the area, this is my go to place. Thanks for the great job fellas, I won't forget it.

I wish there was more businesses like this one out there. They jumped to help us out on a Sunday morning when the shop was actually closed. Did a great and affordable repair and put our truck back on the road in just a few hours. Thank you so much for your help. Look forward to bringing you more business.

These guys are the best. They'll go the extra mile for you. Had a starter go out and batteries old AF. In the middle of an ice storm . Luckily I was just a few miles away from the shop. Had to get a tow for repairs but they hooked me up with that too. The tow driver is a wizard with those cables ! If you ever need prompt, courteous service in West Memphis area , call these guys!!

These people they are good i been petro truck stop w Memphis AR more than twenty hours for sealweels leaken they finish two hours but little the price high no bromblem i wish came yesterday i m not missed my delivery

From the very first phone call they made me feel like family, and once I got there I understood why. Because it is a family setting, everybody there treated me like they had been knowing me for years. and they made me feel like they had my best interest in mind. they did quality work for a reasonable price, and didn't have me sitting there all day. And they kept me informed on what they was doing to my truck every step of the way. the owner is very honest and straight forward, but if you get a chance to meet paw paw,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,. He is the back bone of them all and I can tell that they get there hard working and integrity from him. I will definitely be back and incurage everybody to trust them for all of your repairs. Thank all of y'all

Called ahead for a used drive tire they told me they had some, when I got there they refused to show me any stating once My truck is in the shop they will show me some at that time. Basically like a bait and switch to sell me what they have not what I m wanting

I recommend them 110%!!! We worked with Enos. My husband had a blown tire and broken rim on his semi truck. I had scheduled a service with another company that took over 4 hours to show up and these guys passed by and helped my husband so fast I was amazed. Very good pricing and service! Thank you Enos!

This place is great. Owner Ennis was awesome great guy. Treated me fare. I was broke down on i40 lost track bearing. He fixed it the brought me to his shop 15 miles away and replaced two others I wanted done. He was commucating and to his word. I recommend this shop for all your west memohis needs. Thk u again ennis much appreciated. Sorry it took me so long for the review.

I don t going to come back on this place the put the computer on my truck to see what happens the told I have to change the DPF filter they don t work with DEF problem. I take the truck for another shop when they put the computer my problem was EGR ACTUATOR was bad not DEF FILTER they don t give me the right diagnostic code for my truck

In the trucking industry, it can be difficult to find such amazing customer service. The folks at ELH Truck and Trailer handled all of our business needs with care. Trustworthy, reliable and helpful. They went above and beyond when handling our equipment without over charging. As a bonus, they were helpful with my driver's need for an overnight stay in the area, as well. Thank you, ELH!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Enos for a truck problem. Enos hooked up his diagnostics to the vehicle and found the problem, but it was a problem engine that he didn't work on. Since he didn't fix the problem he didn't charge me a dime. He also let me store my vehicle on good lot overnight and had a friend of his tow it the next day for the cheapest rate I've gotten for a tow. Good honest Workmanship. I didn't feel like a number here and he dedicated allot of time after hours for nothing.
