Do not get a car from this company! They are so money hungry and dirty! They don t keep the promises in the contract about warranty! And Celeste at the front desk is a big fat disrespectful big back pig that always have an attitude. They are horrible people!

My name is actually Sarah House car-mart has a quote, that's said," we keep you on the road". they really do keep you on the road on qoute. we bought a van last year from car-mart, happen to been in a wreck. Car-mart help us with another van. everyone in there is so kind. If you are looking buy a nice car that keeps you on the road Go to Car-mart

The associates at the West Memphis Car-Mart are very helpful, professional and great to deal with. I walked in found my SUV, did the paperwork and out the door into my SUV in total 2.5 hours. I have done business with 3 different Car-mart locations now and will continue to do business with the West Memphis and Jonesboro locations (both are very good locations due to their associates and knowing the process from choosing a car to making sure all documents are done correctly before you walk out the door into your new ride. I will never do business at the Poplar Bluff Missouri location again.

My experience with Car-Mart was excellent they took time out to help me get a vehicle that I picked out they was up front about the price and what I needed to do and it helped me with my down payment and I was able to get the car and vehicle that I wanted and I thank God for that and I refer friends.

There cars are no good I purchased a 2011 Elantra that didn t last 30 min then I was told I could pick another car that had to be put in the shop a week before they could give it to me . Once in the new car after two months I started to notice something wrong with it as well, took it back to them ,for a diagnostic for them to tell me the problem and documented it. Once done I still was told to go to a professional mechanic to run a diagnostic so I can get paper work from them to put in Car Mart Shop and still have to Pay Car Mart. They are annoying as well you have to tell every aspect of your life to set up a payment plan and they will call you a lot . I wish someone would have told me in the beginning I would have never went there

I have being going back and forth for 2 months about writing this review. I brought my car on June 1 of this year, drove fine for about a month, then it suddenly wouldn't pick up speed on the 30th. Called and spoke with the ASM and she assured me that they would come and tow the truck to their facilities. Didn't happen, 5 days later they finally pick it up, it goes to the shop, so after a month of paying notes on a car I don't have, they give me a one, after I called corporate because they stopped answering my phone calls. This car seems perfect, after a week my transmission is out, I called them once again and let them know, paid to have it towed to their facility again. Fast forward weeks later and 8 still don't have a vehicle, still paying a car note and they have NO IDEA WHEN EITHER CAR WILL BE READY! Please don't waste your time or money. Absolutely horrible experience and I would NEVER recommend them to anybody!

Wasn't getting any results until Mr. Keith Ivory got there.. Without hesitation he did what needed to be done checked in with me gave me updates and had me in and out of there in no time

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. The People there are rude and very unprofessional. My car was messed up the very first day when I left the lot. Told the GM and he said if you continue to have problems,bring it back to us . Took it back up there and told him my car was making very loud noises and my breaks are loud. My car sat in the shop for 3+ days only for me to get the car back how I sent it to them. Paid money to replace a tire because they gave me the car with a hole in it. Still having problems with my car and then on top of all the noises and things,my car shut completely off and wouldn t start back up. Had to go back to the shop once again. The GM here (Bernard) told me he would give me another car that s equal value to my car. He gave me his personal number and told me to call him so that he could approve putting me in something new and rejected all of my calls. He then texted me and told me he would call me back after rejecting my call and never heard anything else from him. I have made multiple trips back from Oklahoma to west Memphis just for me to get down here for him to say I ll put it in the shop. My car now has a engine light on and oil light on. It doesn t pick up in speed and my car now makes very loud noises from accelerating and braking. Plz save your time and money and don t go here. The manager over repairs is very very rude and disrespectful and she lies a lot as well as the GM

I had a problem with making one of my payments well Solander Hunter helped me get my payment back on track and now I can make my payments on time. I love how the employees at Carmart are so helpful. I will be buying another car from them again

I really appreciate Marquin for helping us get a car for our daughters. They were starting to get license and we didn t want anything expensive! He kept his eyes open and called us when he had something. The General Manager was amazing as well by coming out to greet us and asking if we were satisfied! Thanks

Very busy place, but staff was patient and polite. I purchased a vehicle through Jarvis who's very knowledgeable about vehicles he's selling. Quin assisted with the paperwork ensuring that I understand the paperwork and process of the purchase. I would definitely recommend the next customers to these two gentlemen. Although the rest of the staff were very polite and attentive.

I ve had my truck with for over a year now and I ve had problems with my truck ever since I got it and I had problems getting the old GM to get things fixed on it but now that they have a new GM, Bernard he s very nice and understanding when it comes to my car note. And his assistant manager was helpful as well.

I wish my experience was as good as a lot of others. My car broke down in the middle of the street. They came and got my car and towed it who knows where. And THATS IT!!! (I had to walk home to the other side of Memphis literally, because I THOUGHT I had a reliable car.) I haven t heard ANYTHING about my car. And when I call I get a promise of a call before they close on the status. But I hear nothing so I have to call THEM the next day and hear the same exact thing over again. NOBODY seems concerned about getting my car back to me nor even the status of the car. I have NO other vehicle to get around in thus causing me to spend UNNECESSARY money on Ubers and Lyfts. It s $30 one way by Lyft to get to my job. Then I have to get home. Another Lyft. NOBODY is concerned about any of that. BUT they ARE however Concerned about that payment that I CANNOT pay right now due to spending UNNECESSARY money on rides when I should have a reliable car and pay my car note ON TIME. And to top it off they want me to spend more money catching a ride to come and verbally tell them in person that I can t pay my note and make to arrangements (that I AM going to keep) and then spend more money to go back home to spend money to get to work. I let them know over the phone my plans to pay half my note now and the other half with my next payment due to all of this and they still insist that I come in. I HAVE NO WAY THERE!!! So far they have only shown that they only want the $$$$$$$$. Screw YOU, what you going thru and what THEY putting you thru. Just pay that car note.Update: Mr.Roy made everything right. He is really a sweetheart. I m not sure what was wrong with my car but he put me into something else. Car mart and Mr. Roy Knowles is a good place to shop for a good used car. If it s not right then it will be when he is done. Thank you so much Mr. Roy (and Jarvis lol).

If your in the West Memphis or any of the surrounding areas please stop in and visit Car-Mart of West Memphis. I had the distinct privilege of working with Mrs./Ms. Barbara who helped me diligently find a vehicle that was within my budget and this wonderful woman has a lot of patience and compassion to help with all your auto needs. Mr. Jarvis is truly on point with getting your vehicle ready for a test drive and get anything fixed to make sure Car-Mart is putting a good running vehicle on the road for you. And last but surely not least please see Mr. Quin for all your closing, titles, general questions and any other bumps that may occur with purchasing a vehicle. The staff is excellent in customer satisfaction and I am very grateful for all their help.

Car- mart of West Memphis is the worst place to go and buy a vehicle. They will tell you what they think you want to hear, but will do the opposite. There car is expensive and for a $ 18000 vehicle, nothing should go wrong after 4 months. The service contract you have them is a joke. You have to pay for your own diagnostic and take it to them befor they try to repair, then you have to wait for an appointment, which they falsified and when you bring in the car , they will keep it for a week or more. Don't do what I did, go somewhere else to buy a car. Car- mart of West Memphis is the worst. Although I had a bad experience with the old manager, Mr Bernard the new GM went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of even though it wasn't covered under my warranty thank you so much
