I left my car with them for some routine maintenance. I asked them to replace my brakes, replace the tires, an alignment, and an oil change. They promptly called me to notify me that my brakes had a lot of life left and asked me if I wanted to hold off on that! Everything was done in about 3 hours! The estimate was accurate, they were honest and the work was done in a timely manner. I'm so thankful to have found them! They definitely seem like genuine people and I will be back, as well as recommending them to friends and family!

Our usual spot didn't have a hydraulic press, couldn't complete the repair we needed. We have used Baskins before, and they were both honest and practical. Took our car in for brakes and a wheel bearing. It took less than a day and was more affordable than they originally quoted. VERY happy for their service! Will use again.

I went in for a oil change I was leaving needing body work.They said my bumber was falling off. I know for a fact that it wasn't.IF it was he should have let me checked it out before they decided to fix it on they own.What they really did was broke something and tried to cover it up by fixing it and messed up even more by me having a big gap on my driver fender and strews down my passenger side fender

Horrible customer service wouldn t recommend anyone to come here and get anything done. They tear your vehicle up and then act clueless. Need to be shut down!!

Most horrible experience with this place. On 07/21/2023, after they couldn t repair my daughter s rim, they wouldn t give her the rim back. They said they didn t have to and claimed they didn t have it. Mind you, my daughter saw a worker take her rim to the back. My daughter was driving with my son-in-law and granddaughter home to Houston, Tx. They were a long ways from home and these folks were playing games. Cops said it was a civil matter when obviously it was a theft matter. Cops wouldn t do anything. Told us we had to sue them. My daughter left their establishment and not long after got a call back from them saying they could go pick up the rim. Almost 7 hours dealing with this place. P.S. If you re not white, do not go to this place or you ll get the same treatment. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Took our vehicle up there bc it wouldn t start. Called two weeks after being told we would get a call the next day just to be told that we need to come get our car. We called a tow truck and went up there just to find out our back glass had been shattered and they knew but just couldn t inform us. Sloppy.

Great and quick service. Had a blown tire 1 hour into an 8 hour trip. Called them up and they told us they had what we needed. Hunter changed the tire in about 10 minutes filled up the other tires(including our donut) with air. Then he put back the donut for us. All in all we only lost about a half hour. So grateful.

I was passing through on a road trip when I needed service on my car and was referred to Baskins. Steve Baskins was very kind and friendly, and he made time for his staff to look at my car that day and fix the problem so I could resume my trip without much delay. He didn't up-charge me either for the work. I had a very good experience with the service there.

BASKINS Tire on Avalon in West Memphis put a tire on my car backwards. Tire wore down after one year because of the tire being put on incorrectly. Charged almost $200 for one tire. Be aware, the guy up there was rude when I took my car back for him to look at it. Go somewhere else to purchase a tire because they get your money and give you defective merchandise.

They was very friendly. But when I got in may car, my floor mats were soiled with grease. Im going to have to throw them away. I hate that because they came with the car... If I decide. To go back, I will put plastic on the mats.. Oil change, 88.00 tire rotation 25.00.

On Monday, Feb. 28th Took 2020 Toyota Camry to have a gently used tire placed on a new rim. Left the old tire/rim at home that had the stem on it. Went home picked that up came back, paid them $150 to put gently used tire on the new rim and balance all 4tires. Every appeared to be ok. I did not notice that they didn t put my old tire(which was in good condition back in my trunk along with the old rim)z my plan was to get another new rim and put that tire on it and keep it for my spare tire. Anyway, I Went home and the next morning/Tuesday, March 1st the tire was flat. Got off work late so had to take car back to the Wednesday morning/March 2nd. Was told if stem was bad they would fix at no cost. Was told of tire was bad them I d have to pay up have it fixed. They say tire had small hole in it but only drove car home after I left their shop. I thought tires are normally checked for leaks/holes when fixed at the shop. Anyway, I would expect someone to stand behind thei work especially if it was less than 24 hours after the repair. For quality customer service and the idea of keeping a new customer, I would have expected some type of compromise. You get a new tire and I will install for free or at least half price by no such offer.** also, they were not able to account for what happened to my old tire. Say that Sat it outside so someone may have come by and picked it up. I m sure that someone worked for them because that tire had great tread left on it!This pandemic has really exposed the work ethic/customer service of these businesses and their employees!I would not recommend this business to my enemy if I had one!

Got a bad oil change from this place that totaled my car.Get this: their insurance wouldn't cover the cost of a refund for that oil change. So I asked for refund from the shop itself. Can I at least have my money back for something that ruined my perfectly good car and has cost me a ton of money and stress?No, the guy says. And he told me to get lost.I wasn't mad at first. People make mistakes. But this shop is bad, top to bottom. Don't give them your business.

I found out I had 2 bad tires and needed to get them replaced immediately. Everything was closed so I googled every business that sells tires and Baskins was first and PLUS they opened at 7 the next morning, which I thought was perfect. I called to see if they had my size, they didn't but the guy told me that he can have 2 there by 11 for $71 each. So in my head I'm assuming it would come out to about $180 or $190. I call at 11 and he tell me that the tires are there. I go in and they start on my car within 5 minutes and within another 30 to 40 minutes it was time to pay. The total was around $250. I'm thinking to my self, I could have gotten 4 tires for this price at Discount Tire in Southaven. So my message to you all is to check your tires regularly and before they get bad, make your way to Discount Tire in Cordova or Southaven and get more and better quality for your money. **I don't work for Discount Tire they just have great prices on tires and installation, I promise.**

The man at the front desk is extremely rude. Called with questions and it apparently was an inconvenience to him. I was hung up on midsentence. Very poor customer service.

Wonderful experience all professional. I was passing through for an event hit a pot hole flat tire. The gentleman in the front treat me with respect and the little time i was there like a close friend and Joe in the back, THANK YOU!!! much for a fast change out, not for you I wouldn t have made my event to pay my respect to my soldier.Dont let one review let you miss out on great service and company

These guys can turn a $75 job into a $400 job faster than anyone around. Truly disappointing how they take advantage of situation. They were not truthful about the work they did and we had to find out from a more respectable mechanic in town. If truck breaks down in front of their place, I suggest you push it far away and to another place.

Amazing customer service, was on my way back to Texas and noticed my front tires were wearing bad. Was able to get in and get an alignment done and get back on the road! Would definitely recommend their service to anyone in a pinch and passing through West Memphis.

Was visiting from out of town. We developed a flat. 2 other tire centers turned us away. They stopped what they were doing and fixed our tire right away. Damn fine place. Friendly, courteous and helpful. If you are from out of town and need help I would highly recommend them.

Five hours into a eight hour trip. Blowout (no spare) on I-55 bridge west (3:15 p.m). Called couple places, Baskins stays open till 6:00 so I have tow truck drop me off there (4:30 p.m). Just needed a used tire to get me home. I will deal with my warranty after I get home. Baskins just happened to have my size 235/40/18 (MB CLA 250 Sport). Every bay was occupied so they pulled a floor jack outside the shop and change my tire there. In all my years I have never seen that. Steve and Tim gave me the Tire Rack phone number which I call whereby Steve verifies the damage over the phone saving me the trouble. I was out in less than an hour (5:25 p.m). Thank you Steve and Tim and of course Joe. If you are broke down while passing through West Memphis or local needing automobile service, let me offer you this assurance, if you can get to Baskins, I'll say again, if you can get to Baskins, everything is going to be okay.

Took truck in to get tires rotated. Told them in advance the tires were oversized. Gave a price but then tried to triple the price. Very unfriendly and have a non caring attitude. They treat their customers so bad. Be Ware.

I had a great experience having my cats oil changed and my tires rotated. They had an area for me to wait and they did a great job on my car. I was treated very well despite being a young lady who doesn t know everything about cars.

Great Customer service. Friendly people. Prices exactly as quoted and very fair to comparisons. Will definitely be using Baskins again for all our vehicle needs.

Lets start by saying after year of 2 vehicles serviced there had to have re done. Was suppose have 3 greaseable u joints installed. Paid for 3 found out only 1 was. They did alighnment on 2 vehicles. Had redone less then year later. Have doubts on other repairs. Will not go back. And times I did go. Was always different service techs.

Had to take my suburban back there 4 times for them to get my brakes right very poor customer service the guy told me never to bring my truck back to them. I left my truck there for 3 days and went to pick it up and my truck was dead first thing the guy tells me is that they didn t have anything to do with it and wouldn t even give me a jump start I wouldn t recommend them to anyone not even my enemy.

The absolute worst business I ever dealt with they messed my truck up worst then when I took it to them said it was fixed the next day engine light came back on said it was the same problem that baskins said they fixed. Then tells me that they can't work on it cause the owner Steve said he was going home. Lol. And Tim is so old he needs help just putting his pants on everyday. DO NOT Take ur vehicle up there unless you want to lose you vehicle time and money. They are crooked snakes

I took my car for an oil change and the mechanic failed to put the seal back on. My engine exploded on me in the middle of rural Arkansas. While the shop was insured and took full liability it TOTALED the car, never to be used again. When I went in to ask the manager for the said $130 dollar oil change that destroyed my vehicle, I was told "You got your oil change" and "Don't get smart with me." Unless you want to have to buy a new car you will go somewhere else.

The WORST. They say they re throwing parts at your car, charging an arm and a leg for them, when really they re not even putting the new parts on. Then they tell you you need a new motor after they have completely screwed up your car and charged you insane amounts of money. DO NOT take your vehicle here.
