Went into get a windshield wiper, purchased one that was too long and brought it back in to get a shorter one. Told a nice man what I was doing and grabbed a shorter one, handed it to my husband to try on outside while I was looking for someone at the counter with the one that was too long in my hand. Then heard What are you doing by a woman cashier I didn t even see. While trying to explain what I was doing and getting interrupted and scolded the best way I can describe the experience - it felt I was 16 years old again about to get grounded for a month. I was in complete shock of this whole experience. She DEMANDED me to get the other one he was trying to make sure fit. Exact words Go get the other one! The reason for me going to the counter was to see if they needed the packaging or even exchange since they were same brand / same price. All of them need to be accounted for! I walked out and my husband brought in the packaging for the one that fit. Which is what I was going to do. Nice as pie to my husband though. This was by far the worst retail experience I ve ever had and this b**** who thought she was my mama does not need to be in customer service.

OMG TERRY IS AMAZING. VERY FRIENDLY ALWAYS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRETTY GOOD WITH THE CARS.. SHE HELPED ME WITH MY BATTERY FROM THE PART TO ADVICE TO VERY HELPFUL LESSONS.. NOW I THINK I CAN FIX MY CAR LOL .. THANKS TERRY YOU ARE APPRECIATED. STAY BLESSED

Mr.Bill did what advanced Autos own GM across the street couldn t do. Autozone gave me professional advice and helped me throughly look at my car and find the answer to my problem all while they were busy. 10/10 staff always super helpful and knowledgeable I should ve known to come here first!

They are lazy, and they do not know how to do their job. They are rude and unprofessional. They lady working needs some respect, and knowledge in what job she has and what she is selling. This store is going down hill daily. Professionalism is the key to success. Respect goes a long way.

Asked to get my battery changed and was denied and told to go to Marion they luckily changed my battery for me with no problem! Very great customer service at the Marion location

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were 3 hours from home and the check engine light came on. With Covid19, they are unable to check the computer for you, but they gentleman handed me the monitor and told me exactly where to plug it up and what to do. I brought it back in and he ran it. He handed me the printout with the diagnostic reading. I highly recommend this Autozone!

After a horrible vacation in Memphis, we left excitedly. So many attitudes for no reason I that city. I lost hope and we left early. Had to stop at the auto zone in West memphis to get oil and the bigger lady behind the counter almost made it all better and she didn't even know it. She was o nice and pleasant. Engaged my daughter in a conversation about her nails. She was just so nice wish I would've gotten her name. Thanks for showing some kindness!

I don't know why my last comment was removed but again this location has female workers that has the worst attitude there is. Workers walking around our of uniform sweater cap and long sweater. She has the worst attitude ever.

So I have a 2010 Jeep Compass and my light hasn't came on in the last 3 years and with my angel I came when I went to the shop to get a check then because it was something was wrong with my ignition coil he wanted me to buy a $42 part but I saw that I can get a whole set off of Amazon for about 36 bucks. He had me check it myself but that was a great learning experience for me as a woman because I need to know these things about my own vehicle.

The Ladies at this store went above and beyond to help my wife who was broken down a pilot with 5 150 lb dogs in her car on a Sunday morning. Special thanks to Payton and Shirly. Great customer service

Same experience as shane. Everyone just talking and standing around. No one even noticed me for 10 minutes. I left and went somewhere else. Older Guy said fine leave then as I walked out. Pathetic.

They were very friendly and helpful. I didn't know which wiper blades to get so they helped me get the right ones. They even put them on for me.

I went there and they didn't even want to help me as far as taking a battery post off to the point where I had to take it off off myself I think they're overpriced But one of the staff members was somewhat OK
