I was told that I can come in so they can help figure out why my odometer light is partial showing. When I get there the I try to explain to the GM the issue but she quickly turned me away telling me I need to go to a dealership that they don t do those kind of services. I came in looking for advice since I m just trading it in, not to get it fixed by an auto part store... When I told her I was directed her by an associate that said they can take a look to figure out the problem. She responds the Asian lady? That s because she s new. Well it seems like the new hires know how to listen to the problem and are more willing help find a proper solution. I went across the street to Autozone and got the information I needed in 10 minutes. Good associates, bad management.

Shipped a UPS package. 4 guys working and all were friendly and very helpful. They were able to process my package and give me a confirmation receipt. I will use them if I ever need to ship anything in West Memphis again. Keep up the excellent service guys.

Every single employee that works here is amazing. Everyone was so friendly, and the atmosphere was so fun. They also went way out of their way to help me with the car I was driving.

I purchased wiper blades and was asked would I like for them to put them on, I said sure. Needless to say after about 5-10 minutes the guy had no clue as to what he was doing. I said that's ok and his response was ok good because it's time for me to get off anyway & I don't won't to break it. I'm good for breaking things. My thought was why did you volunteer then.

I travel all around the country in my bus helping out travelers hitchhikers and train riders. I go to auto part stores all thew time for maintenance parts and stuff to keep my bus going. The staff I'm this location tonight were done off the sweetest and most helpful I've ever come across. I don't remember their nastiness but they definitely made a tense situation feel a lot better for me <3 thank y'all so much for the kindness and direction in fixing my transmission tonight <3 #dirtykidrescueteam loves y'all

Excellent service. I had a windshield wiper replaced on my Ford Fusion driver's side and it was replaced quickly. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

Me and my father came to the store and purchased a battery and some windshield wipers the other day and Homer checked us out and he came outside and put the battery on and the windshield wipers on for us and he was so kind and really helpful.

Had ordered a window regulator for my car. Said it would there later that day. The young blonde woman ordered the wrong part and I chased it all over memphis and west memphis. I'll be back but wont be dealing with that woman again. 4th time its happened and always dealt with her when it does happen

They did not have the part I needed but one of the guys there went above and beyond trying to help me locate what I needed. Replacement parts for Lincoln's are hard to come by.
