The most corrupt water company I ve ever dealt with. The bills are outrageous, they do NOT refund your deposit even after you pay off your bill, and there s numerous reports of them not even reading meters just inputting numbers. The office is rude, and I do not understand how this corrupt little water department has gotten away with stealing people s money for years!

I would just like clear water. Can anyone help me? I have been calling for the last 2 weeks, I m not from Arkansas but is gray water normalized here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Having resided in areas where water was scarce, I am truly amazed by the abundance of natural water here, flowing literally right beneath our streets. I find it quite perplexing that the pricing structure for this water utility is exorbitant compared to any other I have encountered. I'm uncertain about the reasoning behind their pricing, but I must say it is the costliest water service I have ever come across.

I paid my bill online at the beginning of the month. Checked my mail this evening and found a disconnect notice stating that I owe nearly $60, so obviously I checked my account online. That was saying I owed them around $4. Ward water might legitimately be the worst water department in the country. Garbage company staffed with garbage human beings.

This place gets more crooked by the day.Just flat out , openly, and behind the scenes taking money from its community.They literally hand pick the rates they give out.We have conducted a 90 day trial in my neighborhood, compared our usage and bills, and the MANIPULATION IS OBVIOUSShame on you crooks

Vanessa Elmore set up our water. She was the most unfrinedly and rude person we have met since moving to Arkansas last month. We had an easy setup, buying a new home, but from the moment we walked in the door, she acted like we were an interruption to her day. Very unprofessional. I hope we don t have to deal with her going forward.

Ward water is very poorly managed. You have one choice if you want your bill auto drafted and that is the 10th of the month. They charge a $100 non refundable deposit (aka $100 fee) when you connect your water with them. The city needs to bring their sewer department into this century, they are doing business like it's 1995.

Horrible customer service! The way they do business is ridiculous! Ward water is nothing more than a bunch of crooks. I paid one day late and instead of charging me a late fee(I was in there to pay before they had a chance to shut my water off) they told me in order to keep from getting my water shut off I would have to pay the past due and the current (the current wasn t due for almost another two weeks) They don t care about the customer bc they don t have too.... Wish I could give them 0 stars because that s what they deserve.

Why is my bill $60 a month when it's only one person living here most of the time? One side of my street is "within" city limits and gets to pay decent prices while my side of the street is "outside" city limits and has to deal with ridiculous prices. Lovely "city" run by a group of con artists.

How do you make all this money on these high water bills but cant afford to put a system in place to make an online payment. The non refundable deposit is ridiculous. Also the water department does not believe in helping people, all they care about is making sure they get their money.

I would give zero stars if I could I have in my hand a paid receipt for service but they still harass and threaten me to cut off my service.When I explained to the mayor that 2 disabled people live here he said "Take it up with the supreme court they allow us to do what we do" so this company thrives on harassing new people to the area and the mayor doesnt care about disbaled people I made a horrible decision when I chose Ward so now I get to call Arkansas reps until I find one who doesn't look down on the disabled

Had the water tested, gross! We are stuck with ward water. Hoped we would get a part of that Heber water I voted for ruins my appliances, toilets are gross. Need a lifetime of filters ..

To say that this place is severely mismanaged might be the understatement of the century. My favorite thing they do is charge you extra if you pay with a card, even during a pandemic. If I had access to any other water company, I would jump ship as soon as I possibly could.

Why do I pay $60 a month for thrash services if they aren't going to even get out of the truck to pick up broken down boxes that I stacked neatly to make it easier for the workers to pick up, I guess next time I'll just shove everything down the trash can and pile it up.

I just made a deposit a week ago I come home to my water shut off yesterday. They told my disabled son that I owed a bill. Just gave the deposit last week how do I owe a bill?
