I ve dealt with Cavenaugh for years !! Jonesboro and walnut ridge and they re a great group of guys to work with ! Made a call, a few text, and deal was done ! The car wash guy wasn t the best but the best salesman I know sure can wash a vehicle ! Get that extra warranty too ! Call and ask for Pickle Juice ! He s an awesome dude ! What a great ending on eclipse day !!!

The purchase experience was the best we have had in our 30+ years of buying Dodge Ram trucks. The whole dealer was staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people. Made our experience easy and fast. Salesman, Manager and Finance department made our purchase fast and pain free. Would definitely recommend and buy again at Cavenaugh Auto World.

We are very satisfied with the deal made at Cavenaugh. We arrived late in the day but never felt rushed by our salesman or the finance dept. They were very gracious despite having to stay late to finish our paperwork. We would highly recommend Cavenaugh Hyundai to family and friends.

They came and picked up my car and returned it after they serviced it. They allowed me the convenience of paying over the phone. This was all so great because I was very sick with the flu and just couldn t manage this on my own.I bought my car from them back in 2014 and they have always taken great care of my vehicle and indirectly me.

I was due for oil change and tire rotation and they did a wonderful service as usual. I needed a new tire coz there was a nail in my rear passenger side. They offer to help me with my schedule too. Great service. More power.

We lost a car due to an accident. Michael Hooks from the moment we called him, helped us. He stayed in touch with us and informed us of everything that happened. He made us aware of what vehicles were available and made the process so much easier. He is amazing at his job and his positive attitude really helps during hard times like we had.

Really enjoyed our buy caring experience. They made it easy and the figure's we were told was what the bottom line reflected. Our sales person Nate was very knowledgeable and not hire pressured at all. We will definitely use Cavenaugh for future purchases.

This was my 2nd time buying from this dealership. This buy was painless. I do not like any car purchasing process, sitting at the dealership for hrs on end takes all the fun out of a new vehicle experience for me. I started by phone and it was a great experience. I went in to pick the vehicle up and stated a time I needed to be out they did their best to get me out when I asked. They were polite and over all was a great experience.

I was stranded 300 miles from home and Cavenaugh Chevrolet resolved my problems of being on vacation and had to meet obligations . Not only did they diagnose problem with my truck and fix it by patiently waiting on parts then making the transfer of my truck back to me 300 miles away I know the whole process was not easy for them more ways than one ...but they made this 35+days problem as painless as possible for me ...this wasn't easy but they did all that and I just cannot say enough about how fantastic they are from the General Manager to Service manager and let's not leave out the tech .the Service Manager went above and beyond to make a stranded stranger comfortable and piece of mind knowing I was gonna be able to fulfill my vacation and make my reservations on time .... Thank you again Cavenaugh Chevrolet hats off to you

I recently bought a brand new 2023 Kia SORENTO. This group of people were absolutely amazing. They made sure I got everything I asked for. They stayed way past closing to make sure that I got to drive off the lot with my new vehicle happy. Thank you so much to the sales lady, Micki, that pointed me in the direction of the SORENTO. (I had not considered a SORENTO at all I truly was missing out) Markese was diligent, straight forward, and patient with all my demands. Highly impressed with this team from start to finish. Mike was the one who took care of me. He did wonderful and he never pressured me one bit. He had answers to all of my questions and provided detailed instructions on the car. The place was very nice and I would recommend it to my friends!!

Amazing team Jacob Lilly was our salesman really helpful guy and made this car buying experience hilarious and fun and the general manager was so amazing he went above and beyond for us I decided to call my sister and see what he could do to help our family get 2 new cars in 1 day and after everything was said and done there's no way even if you gave me $5000 to go somewhere else. I'd still make the same choice to purchase from Cavanaugh Hyundai in hotsprings ar right on central Ave. Thank yall so much for everything yall did we definitely will be back when time comes yall have my family's business for life!!!
