These guys went above and beyond to help me out when I was in a lot of trouble with my trailer. The service was above standards but also their knowledge was impressive. I think a lot has to do with small-town kindness but also just people who care about their jobs. I highly recommend these guys and I would never go to another part store. You guys have a customer for life .

The store manager and his team went over and above on my alternator when it went out while I was some distance from my home. It was very hot but they were very friendly and as helpful as they could be and recommended a local guy who fixed it promptly...thank you for the help.

I am leaving this store a 5 star review based upon an individual employee named Drew.I was traveling from Kansas City, MO to Hot Springs, AR because my Uncle had just passed away. About 2 miles South of Waldron my truck blew a hub. Luckily, I was able to limp it to the store. Upon arrival, I noticed that the store had just closed. I observed an individual sitting in their truck getting ready to drive off. I contacted him and he stated he works there, he had just locked up and was leaving. I advised him of my situation and he offered to take a look at my vehicle to see if he could help. Upon disassembly we realized the truck was no longer driveable. Drew took it upon himself to contact the owner to see if he could re open the store to assist me, which he did. Well, as my luck would have it the store did not have the part I needed and the closest store that did was 30 miles away and closed. Without hesitation he offered me a solution. He said he would take me to the store the next morning and help fix my truck so I could make the services on time. I slept in my truck outside of the store that night. Early the next morning he did just that. He picked me up and drove me to the other store so I could purchase the part right when the store opened. We returned to Waldron and he helped me fix my vehicle on his own time once again. I was able to make it to my Uncles services on time only because of him. This young man completely restored my faith in humanity because of his actions that were based solely of his own free will. I can't thank him enough for his kindness, character, and work ethic. I really hope the management and owners of Oreilly recognize Drew for the way he represented their brand and buisness in such a positive way. There are not many people left out there like him that would do like he did for a stranger. He deserves so much good karma for his actions. Thank you Drew.

I bought the part from them and made the repair, but they wouldn't clear the check engine light afterwards come on guys. I know how things work I was a auto tech at a dealership for ten years. You can clear the code easily.

Most of the time the service here is great. Until you have to deal with a worker named Lashea, she was rude to us and we left there with our part but unhappy with our experience. Wouldn't recommend going there in the morning time when she works.

Never a problem here. Great employees friendly and helpful. I am handicapped and saleslady came to car to help me order. Neat and clean. Due to my error one part didnt fit and they exchanged it for the right part with no hassle.

So proud of our daughter who works for Waldron O'Reilly Auto Parts. I will always remember the day before her first day of work, her concern that the only tool she knew was the hammer. It wasn't long she not only knew every tool there, she also made sure you received the correct tool or part that you needed. When i was in O'Reilly's, i heard people coming in the doors asking for Shae, they wanted HER to help them. Holding the tears in my eyes, hoping they wouldn't fall...remembering ..LaShae as a single Mom determined to give her and her baby son a life to be proud of with Great Work Ethics and Respect. ...Thank you O'Reillys for giving this young lady a chance...a good job for her to achieve in. ....Thank you LaShae for being our daughter who we love so much ... and who we are so proud of.

Most of the people who work here are very knowledgeable and can help you out with a mechanical riddle. Sometimes a little pricey but your paying for quality not quantity.

Didn't have the part needed in stock, but said they would order it. Problem was I live 48 miles away. Would have a closer store order it for me. Had the auto manual needed though.
