If I could give zero stars, I would this facility is a joke, and clearly have no clue of what they re actually doing. My truck went in for a transmission issue clutch in an automatic and got it back. Four days later going down the road and to find out, they forgot to tighten down the driveshaft. So after they did a quick fix so they didn t have to spend money on a new part get the truck back and it has a horrible vibration clutch was fine at that time. They did it back in the shop doing whatever it is they were doing to be told that the clutches now smoking Like seriously, what are you guys doing? No apologies lost out on two big runs losing a lot of money and can t nobody be held accountable for messing my truck up. I would not recommend this facility to anybody because they do shotty work. There is no accountability when they mess your truck up and then spent four or five days and could not figure out what was wrong with it. After all of a sudden, the transmission started smoking. I would not recommend these guys stay clear unless u like shotty work

This place without a doubt is awesome. I pulled in there at 10 o clock one night. Had to have a radiator put in my truck. They closed at midnight and I was under a very hot load. Needless to say these gentleman jumped right in there and within two hours I had a new radiator in my truck and I was out the door gone, awesome job

The Forman at fort smith Alan is fantastic was having trouble with my truck he helped me out even though they were short handed amazing place to work with everyone was extremely nice

24 hour breakdown service is false, they get to a truck as they see the need, then they don't fix what wad supposed to be done they do something they want to do instead and then driving away it breaks down with issue you originally took it in for! Check your bill, and be ready for their deniles!

Buyer BEWARE!! Yes everyone was friendly when we were buying our truck with CASH!! Obviously they don t care about having returning customers. Glen our salesman made sure we had a 90 day red oval warranty and even worked in a 2 year extended warranty plan. So no worries RIGHT?!! I doubt the certified inspection was properly done, because it was obvious on the way home to MS it was jumping out of gear. Ohhhh but no worries says Glen, just take it to Any Peterbilt dealer and they ll fix you up. Instead of having us take it right back there to get fixed. Well we did end up taking it to Peterbilt in Memphis. (Closer to home) where it stayed for over a month! ! Of course it needed a few minor things fixed, but of course the transmission had to be replaced. Memphis shop even sent pics there was no way it was our fault the transmission was in that shape. Call Glen and can t get any answers on warranty call manager, oh I ll have to check on that. Call Glen back, oh I can t do anything y all went above my head and called the manager. Long story short, nope, not gonna cover it. The reason he gave .you ve had it almost 2 months! Haha! Yeah because it was in the shop over a month! So expensive lesson learned, Kindness isn t Service! Drivers make sure you test drive these trucks good and make them fix everything before you leave their shop with your cash in their pocket!!! They could have at least offered some help on it. An extra $16,000+ was a hard hit just starting out!

Clean shop, nice drivers lounge and bathroom. They couldn't work me in for a few days but I still had a positive experience here.

Discovered a wheel sealed major failure after getting work done at Palmer KWThey got me in, and they gave me a quote and when the hours went over on the labor they held with what they quoted me getting the job done for a good chunk less and I was expecting

Just an all around good shop to get things done Called first thing in the morning about getting in to get 2 suspension air bags replaced and a few air leaks fixed. Jason the service manager said "come on I'll work you in." Damien the tech who did all the work rocked it. Had the bags done quick and started on the air leaks. Found 2 I didn't know about and after alot of hard work and getting covered in grease found the one I couldn't. He did a great job completing all repairs. Thank you TLG Fort Smith for a job well done and Damien for your patience in seeing the job through. Give these folks your service business. You won't be disappointed.

Very Nice Shop! Professional, very clean, and well organized. They got me in and fixed up same day! Mechanics and service guys were awesome and fun to talk to, I'll use them again if needed

Was just here, came in cause I had an engine light on and paccar solutions system said I needed to replace my nox sensor. One of the techs Daniel came out and hooked up his computer and come to find out I just needed a bunch of updates, turned out to be a great day. Everyone here is so polite and professional, and the woman at the service desk is awesome. The shop is clean and they have an area to drop your trailer. Definitely recommend this place, top notch service.

Let me tell you about this place. Everyone is so friendly. They even gave us a ride and picked us up from the airport that is 25 minutes away! They got our truck in extremely fast and the part we needed is on national back order for 2 weeks. We were able to locate a used part and they had no issues installing the used part... if I ever break down again, I don't think it would be a bad place to do it at.

A/C went out late Friday afternoon leaving Little Rock called TLG and they said they'd work me in when I came through the area. Within 30 minutes of arrival truck was in the shop and being repaired. They stayed with it finished just after closing at midnight and got me back on the road. Will definitely stop again if needed. Thanks TLG, y'all treated me right and did a great job!

From the Service writer, to the shop Forman. I was informed of the start time, parts, and labor cost, and completion of my truck. Very clean lot, very clean, and well organized shop. Tech's were busy every time I was there, and not playing on their phones like I see at other places. Had been in 2 other shops in the previous days for the same issue, Peterbilt TLG diagnosed the issue, and fixed it ! Thanks guys, and gal's ya'll are the best. To be honest, I usually steer clear of dealing with dealer shops, but I will definitely use them again, and definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

Exceptional service . Mac ( night shift ) , Jeff and Bill ( morning shift ) handled my truck problem nicely and professionally. Place was very clean. The only thing they don t have the part that I bought from kenworth dealer but its acceptable. Fixed the issue same day in no more than 2 hours. They definitely deserve 10/10.

Great customer service!! Rollin through town got a check engine light came in and from there Jacob in service and his mechanics handled the rest, kept us up to date with the status of parts and eta that would help us meet promised delivery dates, thanks a bunch fellas!!!

Been a dedicated TLG customer since I picked Tater up in Joplin Nov 13, 2015. I've used the shops in Joplin, Springfield, Springdale, and tonight I'm in Ft. Smith. Also had Tater in the Strafford body shop. Best prices, best service, best mechanics, best support people.

I purchased a 2014 Pete a few months ago and Tim Jones walked me through the whole process and also worked to get me the best interest rate. I also want to say he provides service after the sale. If I have a question about anything he will return my call as soon as he can if he is not available. If anyone is looking to buy Tim is great to work with.

Can I just say THANK YOU! THANK YOU! to sales dept. Glen Johnson, the maintenance dept. and the entire upper management team. We purchased a 2018 Pete 579!! Wow! what a beautiful truck with all the bells and whistles. We flew in from Jacksonville, Fl to pick it up and had a minor glitch after the test drive, I believe the entire management team came out! Problem solved!! Can you say (VIP TREATMENT) lol We drove back over 1000 miles, enjoyed every minute of it. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my fleet. Thanks again guys!
