Randy and his team are absolutely fantastic! My daughter's 20 yr old car died across the street from them while traveling home from college (we live 4 hrs away) - alternator died. They took care of it & worked with us long distance like we were their neighbors. Great work & such a relief knowing they treated us so well from so far away. Great folks! Stellar work!

My ESC Off light came on on my Hyundai Santa Fe and after taking it to a different place and that place replacing my front struts, they still couldn't tell me the problem. I took it to River Valley Muffler and Auto Center and they worked on it until they figured out the problem and I had my car back in a week! They were so kind and easy to work with. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone.

Guy didn t seem interested in minor exhaust work. Told me it would be 2 weeks and like $75 before they could weld an exhaust tip on. I asked him to go ahead and schedule it. He put me on hold. I hung up after 11 minutes. Might be good work. I really don t know though. I went somewhere else and got it done same day for $30.

Shouldn t even give them one star. Was told by Tim to bring my car in at 8 am and that it would be done by noon. Well instead it sat in their parking lot all day with my keys in the car and it unlocked all day! The only thing they could tell me was we couldn t get to it today . I highly recommend anyone who cares about a business keeping their word to NOT go here. They are a joke!Service: Exhaust

I went there with my baby, just wondering if they could take a look at my car to see if it could be repaired. We waited in the waiting room which was completely disgusting and I was scared to let my baby down on the floor. After 40 minutes they told me I needed a new Cadillac converter. I jyst had a new one put one less than a year ago. After I told them that they said your pipes are busted. Needless to say I wasn't going to have them work on it. I went to a different place that was fairly close. I immediately knew this place was much more professional amd theyade me feel at ease. Turns out ot was a $30 gasket. $100 labor vs. River valley quoting me over a thousand. These guys need to close the doors and clean the place up and reevaluate why they are in business. Don't go here!!

Replaced my front strut assembly and then found out that they did not actually do anything to my vehicle and charged me for it. I highly recommend going somewhere else unless it s a simple oil change, but would still choose somewhere else. Biggest scam mechanic shop I ve ever seen.

Take your vehicle here if you're looking for the best auto mechanics ever! Had two cars worked on by these guys. They know what they're doing, and are very friendly, professional, and fair. Would go there for all my auto work if I still lived there.

Working out of town and needed muffler work done as well as oil change. They got me in and out quick. Ended up paying less than what i expected to spend. Highly recommend. Hope i don't need to go back but if so, this is shop I'll use.

Not a trustworthy business at all. The other review(s) of them saying they will rip you off is true, especially if you don't know about vehicles. Better off finding a shop in FSService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took my Hummer in for a brake job and to get a rattle noise looked at. The mechanic took the belt off and now, the morning after, it wont start. The mechanic even had a problem starting it. I've never had a problem getting it started. These people refuse to fix what they messed up.

This is the ONLY place I will take my vehicle. Every service is done great and in a very timely manner. Didnt tell me he was going to check out my vehicle walked up and asked him how he was doing today and ignored me, didnt even tell the lady up front what codes it was showing she had to go find him for like three minutes and dude wouldnt even talk or look at me. Kinda disrespectful but found out what i needed.

Was told that I didn t need a appointment to install some headers. I walk in, guy tells me it s going to be next week before he can get me in. Unorganized staff. Will not be coming here again.

Called this place Monday morning to get a muffler set on they told me to come Wednesday morning so I took the day off work to bring my truck there ...well when I got there they said that they couldn't do it that day..went to jody's and got it done that day.

Love the food. Love the atmosphere just wish I could get the correct to go orders. Twice my order has been wrong.
