My only problem with Rhodes Chevrolet is that they are too far away from where I live to be my primary dealership. Every single person in the dealership was kind and respectful which really helps makes something like buying a car a little less stressful. I had built my dream Trailblazer on the Chevy website and there was only one that checked every box within 250 miles and it was located at Rhodes Chevrolet. I reached out to them in hopes of possibly getting to test drive, but wouldn't be able to make it for a week due to work and weather conditions. Dana called me and did what she could to try and have my vehicle held for me, and by the time the day I could come in rolled around.. the vehicle was still there and Paul Lewis spent the whole day ensuring I got to leave in my car. Paul had the car warmed for me when I arrived for the test drive and was super respectful and helpful during the whole process. He thoroughly explained everything to me from the paperwork process to the buttons in my vehicle and how they worked. As someone who grew up with a Dad who sold cars, spending the day in a car dealership is not ideal and I truly was dreading having to sit through this process as my last car buying experience was not the best. This being said, I had a great day the day I bought my car from Rhodes. Every single sales person in the building was kind and made small talk with my boyfriend and I making sure we were okay and had everything we needed. One of the first things we talked about once we left was how respected we felt during the experience and how it was much better than the last. I definitely will be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a Chevy and keep them in mind despite the distance in the future.

Dropped my brand new 2023 Chevy Colorado Zr2 for a fuel issue and it comes out of the shop scratched up inside and outside. They apparently locked my keys inside my truck and broke into it when they should of called me and i could of remotely unlocked the truck. When i picked it up no one even said anything about damaging my truck i had to find out for myself. It spent a week in the shop and they did not even fix anything. Ronald said the parts are on order but vandalizing a customer's vehicle while it is being serviced is totally unacceptable.

Greasy hand prints inside on my steering wheel and window controls. Greasy hand prints on the outside of my truck from them closing and opening the door. Both rear center caps not put on correctly. I noticed it right after when i was getting gas and put them on correctly. If I would not have noticed it then I would have for sure lost both of them.

My truck kept stalling at stoplights. I thought I was running out of gas so I filled it up at gas station. Did not fix the problem so Rhodes was next door. I drove it over there and let them know and please fix it. Tried to charge me $3700 for a quite a number of things. Since I couldn t afford that I took it home. Fixed all problems myself with a $40 sensor. Also charged me for $15 in fuel saying I was empty when I just filled it up down the road! Do not recommend

Kat in Service dept. was awesome. Glad Rhodes hired someone with a good personality and help with my Rewards program to pay for my service, She brings a Breath of Fresh Air to that service dept. Rhodes needed that!

I had a great experience buying a Chevy Spark here. Amazing customer service, clean & inviting spaces, & they were respectful of my parameters and needs! I take my car here regularly for oil changes & even had some work done from a car accident I was in & have always been more than satisfied.

. I definitely do not recommend rhodes!!!. I brought my vehicle in because it was knocking. They called me the day after telling me that it will need pretty much a top-end rebuild on my 2020 Chevrolet silverado. Because it dropped a lifter. That was irritating enough that my brand new truck has already broke down. They told me that they had to order the parts which is completely understandable. That they will start on it as soon as the parts get there. The parts showed up six days later. I live pretty close to them so I drive by quite often and my truck was always in a different spot in the parking lot but never in getting worked on. I called multiple times and the service advisor told me that it would be done that I am next in line. 5 days later after multiple calls I decided to go in and speak to them myself. I spoke to the manager and he told me that it would be a couple more days because there is a vehicle in front of me and that he cannot help how long it takes to do them. If the service advisor would have given me a reasonable time frame I would not have been as upset. I had to cancel deliveries and put my life on hold thinking they would have the vehicle done one day, then the next day, then the next day, then the next day until I got fed up with being told it will be done tomorrow. If you have time or you can do it I definitely recommend you take them to a bigger Chevrolet dealership that may not have these issues.Update! To my Chevrolet less than 1500 miles to break down again. Took it to a Chevrolet dealership in fort Smith Arkansas named Harry Robinson. They tore it apart and found that rhodes Chevrolet not only did a terrible job at customer service but also put one of my lifters in completely backwards and not even all the way in. It ruined my camshaft, my head, and a bunch of other things. It only took Harry Robinson 1.2 days to get it all fixed for me though. Unless you want to be like me and find out the hard way about them just take it somewhere else.I have attached pictures of the damage done by this dealership.

It would ve been 1 star but luckily the lady at the front of service desk was nice. Whoever is in the products department on weekends is lazy. The fact that you are asking for VIN number instead of looking up the car by the full model, proves that. There is more than one way to look up a specific car. Then was told to call Monday because he can t get the key price for a cut. Just sounds like a person that doesn t want to work.

I brought in my 1999 Oldsmobile 88 LS for an oil change and tire rotation also for a complete inspection. They told me that my rear brakes were no good and needed replaced. I set it up for repair, meanwhile I had a friend who was a mechanic to check it out. All I needed was wheel cylinders on both sides a little cleaning and a lot of brake fluid. My brake alarm was going off for several days because they never checked my brake fluid and filled it up. It was over halfway empty. I know sometimes people make mistakes but this is a costly one for me. They were going to charge me several hundred dollars for labor and parts that I didn't need for when I got it done for $31.26 for parts and $50 for labor. I'll be back Rhodes for my oil change, but I'm more careful about other things.

Took in my car to get looked at, they had my car for a full month and did do it figure anything else out, whenever they gave me my car back the car didn t even turn on and there was scratches on the bumper. The car was in worst condition than when I took it there, they completely killed my battery then go on to say the cables need replacing even when my car wasn t having any issues with the cable before I took it there. They said they would order the negative battery cable from Texas and at this point it s been a week and they don t even know where they cable is when it wouldn t take a week to get from Texas to Arkansas. The absolute worst dealership I ve ever had to deal with.

I had looked everywhere for something, even though I wasn't sure if I wanted a small truck or an SUV. I found this Equinox online and was considering financing through my bank until I got a much better APR through the dealership. I was very grateful, as it saved me a bundle in the long run AND I have the benefit of the Power Train Warranty and GAP coverage. They have such great staff, everyone was so helpful! Ray Watkins was great and helped me get exactly what I wanted! I love my new Equinox!!! I will definitely be doing business there again!

So, I saw a Texas Edition V6.2 truck while going home from work, had to stop and look. I am a RAM man, and honestly told the salesman that I was just looking. Great service, Hunter, the sales man, completely understood that I was just looking, took the time to show me the truck, started it, showed me features that were quite awesome, tail gate auto open and close, showed me another truck with the safety features I was shopping for in a truck. Great sales person, non pressure, easy going and excellent information. I may be a RAM guy, but, may be swayed with this trip to the dealership to at least consider the Texas Edition V6.2 truck as a purchase point.

Place is a joke, they did my alignment and didn t tighten the bolts up on my A arm, took a video when I discovered it and brought it in and they deny it being their issue, even though I called 3 days after the alignment about my front end popping ever since they did my alignment. No accountability, and huge mistake on their part!!

I made an appointment and was helped in a timely manner. Told the gentleman I was going to wait on it which I had no problem waiting and being patient.About 45min later I saw my car come around and be parked. So I waited 15min never had anyone come tell me it was ready. So I walked in and asked if it was by chance ready or if it was still being worked on. The guy with the reddish hair and beard rudely said I have no idea but I have to handle what is in front of me. So I said okay and waited another 20min. Went back in to office there was a line at this point and all the other customers were not happy as well. So finally after 45min of my car being ready he was able to help me and my paper work had been sitting in front of him the whole time. The man was helping customers that were walking in but was letting the customers that had been waiting just sat out in the lobby area. If I would not have gotten up and waited I would have sat there no telling how long also being 40 weeks pregnant and very uncomfortable. Like I said I didn t mind waiting but seeing your car done and waiting 45min seems a bit ridiculous and the tone and attitude of the gentleman made the experience even more unpleasant.

Had looked all over and didn t find anything that was in our price range. If it was affordable it didn t have anything on it. In about 15 minutes Jerry Corley at Rhodes Chevrolet had the perfect little SUV for us. It was a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer with remote start, heated seats, safety features, great mileage and the best part..it was pretty! We got the best deal too after spending a couple months looking. The owner David Neal even stopped to visit with us and told us thanks for coming in and for doing business with them. That is a rare thing these days. Another thing that is rare is no markup from MSRP on their vehicles and no silly additions for a couple thousand dollars. Our Trailblazer even came with carpeted floor mats and a temporary spare tire with jack. Most cars these days don t even have a spare so roadside service wouldn t do you any good. Thanks again Rhodes!

I brought my vehicle in for a A/C issue and also a broken DVD player. As well as a routine oil change/tire rotation. I am SO happy I use Rhodes because they notified me of my tires rubbing and recommended an alignment to help save my tires. My other issues were fixed very efficiently and Rick was wonderful at notifying me on updates and any issues they ran into throughout the whole process! I will continue to use Rhodes as my go to place.

I would say we were 'treated like family', but family doesn't always treat you the way we were treated at Rhodes Chevy; with respect, fairness and honesty. Thomas, Donn and Richard all went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that we understood every step of the process. My wife is Asian and I cannot stress enough at how at home she felt in dealing with Donn, who is also Asian. He is truly an asset to Rhodes Chevy and I hope they realize that. And Thomas is perhaps THE best car salesman I have ever met. With Thomas, gone are the stereotypical depictions of what a car salesman used to be. Thomas has drive and ambition but never did I perceive that he is money hungry or that he was ever lying or misleading us or reeking of cigarette smoke like so many other salesman I have met in the past. Thomas is well versed with every single vehicle on the lot. He taught us so much about our 2018 Equinox while we were there that later, whenmy wife and I were reading the manual and paperwork at home, we realized we already knew pretty much everything thanks to Thomas. Congratulations and thanks to Donn, Thomas and Richard for making our very first new car purchase a happy and fulfilling one. They even found financing that beat our local Arvest bank! Wow! My wife and I are definitely coming back in 2-3 years to trade our 2018 Equinox in for another new car now knowing how well we will be treated and we look forward to it!

Rhodes Chevrolet service is awful. I went there for a recall and a couple of sensors. Before it was said and done they charged me 700 bucks for battery cables 1000bucks for front brakes and rotors then told me they left plastic pieces on them and said I needed back brakes which would be another 1000 bucks took somewhere else had them done for 400. Still had trouble out of front brakes which they refused to fixed. I have disabled children and only the one car. I finally took my trk that my father left me in the will and had to trade it off because of all the brake and electrical troubl I had after rhodes worked on it. Oh and they fired the workers that had worked on my trk. And have offered no assistance in me recouping any of the money. Do not use Rhodes! They told me I just had bad luck.and they weren't responsible! That truck ran great it only had 74000 miles on it when they started working on it. And because I didn't trust them and didn't want to shell out a couple more thousand dollars. I picked up trk and now they say they don't have to do nothing.

We took my car in on Friday evening August 19, 2022 to find out they forgot to put my car in the system for an oil change, however the gentleman that waited on us Jerry went above and beyond to get it taken care of. He is awesome with people and his customer service skills exceeded our exceptions. Everyone should take some of his personality and customer service and use it in everyday life. My check engine light was on they did $1400 on the DEF system I left the dealership got 2 miles up the road and I got messages to have my emissions system serviced. I went back they did something and sent me on my way. I drove it 3 days and it s giving me the same message again. So I m not very happy right now. I take it back Monday and we will see what happens.

Oscar was the best to work with by far! He was so caring and friendly. He cares about people. It isn t just a vehicle sale to him. The finance manager was wonderful too. We will definitely plan to buy from them in the future! If you are looking for a vehicle ask for Oscar! He is not pushy and very patient when you cannot make up your mind. They stayed late and didn t rush us at all. Great customer service and we made a friend in the process!!

I had an appointment to get my tires rotated and oil changed at 4 pm. I was still there after 5 and my tires were not rotated and when I asked them about it they said that the tread on the front was more worn and they didn t want to rotate them. They were behind, is this why I was given the lame excuse for not rotating my tires? Also, it appears that they have different people working there now. Maybe that could be the issue too. I am not the only person I know of who they have failed to rotate tires for when requested. How often has this happened to me in the past? Not sure I will return in the future.
