Great folks there!Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.I found parts for a 1990 Chevy Suburban! Really didn't figure I'd find what I needed but they had them.Order online and pickup at the store or shipped to your front door.Extensive stock in the store and even more you can get overnight.Need a special tool? Could be you can "borrow" it from them. Just leave a deposit and when you return it, you get a 100% refund. Decide you want to keep it? Just don't take it back and you own it.Check things like your battery, alternator, check engine light, starters, etc for free. Free install of wiper blades and battery.Check out their towing equipment and such!Just a great place to get parts, testing, information or cleaning supplies/fluids for your vehicle.

I came in to buy some oil and ask if they could help me replace a few spark plugs, normally this isn t something they would do but a man named Joe was so helpful, he took time out of his busy day to make sure that I got the help I needed, even though the heat is ridiculous, So thank you so much to Joe and the rest of the team !!! I will definitely recommend this location to everyone and will be back for all my needs !

Super thankful for this place!! I've been having alot of issues with my car lately.. So have needed to stop by here several times in the past month or so.. Every time I've stopped here for any of my vehicle needs, they have been really friendly & quick to help or answer questions! No matter who's been at the counter!Tonight I had to stop in for a few things.. One of them being a fuse for lighter outlet so that I can charge my phone on the go! The guy that helped tonight, Thomas, went out of his way to come out & check on me to make sure I didn't burn myself while adding coolant to my car & then knowing that I needed to replace a fuse, he started checking fuse boxes & when we saw that the one I needed changed wasn't seen in either the the box under the hood or inside car under dash, he insisted we ask google & found out that it was in the trunk of all places! He was dedicated to helping me fix my problem, outside at night, in the cold! & he replaced & fixed it with a good attitude even once we saw it was more difficult than expected!I recommend this location to anyone in the Van Buren AR area, any day, any time!!Thanks guys for being so helpful & making my life easier!!

They helped me test my battery and replaced it when it failed. They can also tell you what's wrong with your car when the engine lights on.

I walked in while it was raining outside and I asked for help and it was Jay an employee first day on the job he got right on it what I asked for help finding/putting on the wind shield wipers and we had a good convo and he did an amazing customer experience thank you jay from Tony

Very high priced and the parts I needed they had to get from another store not even in stock...cheaper to buy on line and pay next day shipping..

Needed a battery and they took care of me, installed it, and helped try to find a possible vacuum leak. Nice new store with knowledgeable personnel.

O'Reilly Auto Parts stores need managers running them like the manager at the Van Buren Arkansas store. He knows how to make it right with the customer when you go for a part and they say they have it and it's not there
